Abstract

Building customer loyalty at Multi Sport Pontianak requires corporations to create new, innovative, and differentiated products. Quality assurance is one of the most important aspect beside employing technology to provide better information to customers and also better before and after sales services. This research employs research and development method to design E-CRM with sequential Linear and Unified Modelling Language as tools for system modelling. Ordering information system design with E-CRM helps store users to build better customer loyalty with uptodate information and promotion to targeted customer. By listening to customer, better customer loyalty will be achieved. E-crm provides better understanding of customers with its real time interaction during sales process. This feature enables corporations to build better products and services and in the end creates better customer loyalty.

Abstract

In the application of the outpatient information system business process at the Bengkayang Regional General Hospital, there are still problems faced, namely the occurrence of incompatibility of patient medical data information in the examination section / poly section, resulting in delays in the patient handling process. This is the background for the author to analyze the business process of outpatient system information at the Bengkayang General Hospital using the Business Process Management Life Cycle method. This study aims to determine how effective it is in managing the outpatient information system business process at the Bengkayang Regional General Hospital. The analytical technique used is BPMN, value chain, business area analysis and the method used is the BPM life cycle. The results of this study can support the current business processes for the better. With the addition and improvement of optimal technology, with existing information system technology to obtain a more detailed and complete procedural flow chart. The resulting procedure flow chart will integrate the data in each part of the service unit in the outpatient department, so that the data can be used together between departments so that data duplication can be avoided.

Abstract

One of the developments in technology in the modern era is computers as a alternative for human labor. The development of advanced technology must also be balanced with the right application. Web application is one of them because it makes easier to access information on any device as long as it’s connected to the internet. This research aims to create a POS application that can help in facilitating more structured data management with the features provided. The method that this research used is Action Research. Website design using Prototype method, modeling in design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and database modeling using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Website development using the Laravel framework, and testing using the Black Box method with Equivalence Partioning. The results obtained from this study are the Live Search feature which helps in searching for item data, the notification feature for minimal stock so as not to be late in placing an order, Authentication Login using Jetstream Laravel, there are barcodes and print invoice to assist in the transaction process, error messages feedback or succesfull. successful, the calculation of the income reports, and this research was developed using the Model View Controller (MVC) concept architecture.
