<![CDATA[Guna membuktikan keefektifan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition(CIRC)dan Latihan Penelitian pada pembelajaran meringkas isi buku terhadap peserta didik yang berkreativitas Verbal berbeda serta menjelaskan adanya interaksi antara kedua perlakuan tersebut. Disain penelitian termasuk jenis quasi experiment dengan desain pemasangan subjek melalui tes awal-tes akhir pada kelas eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kemampuan meringkas isi buku peserta didik kelas VB SD Negeri Pakis 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas VA SD Negeri Bawang1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes hasil belajar, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) 2x2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran meringkas isi buku (1) model CIRC efektif bagi peserta didik berkreativitas verbal rendah dan tinggi, dengan nilai 72,38 dan 87,42; (2) model Latihan Penelitian lebih efektif digunakan bagi peserta didik yang berkreativitas verbal tinggi, dengan nilai 79,24; (3) nilai rata-rata peserta didik pada pembelajaran dengan model CIRC lebih tinggi daripada Latihan Penelitian, yaitu 79,00>74,79. Kesimpulannya, dalam pembelajaran meringkas isi buku, CIRC lebih efektif daripada Latihan Penelitian dalam interaksinya dengan perbedaan kreativitas verbal peserta didik.]]>

<![CDATA[Synergy is one of the values of the Ministry of Finance that should be internalized by students of PKN-STAN. Cooperation is the key element in creating synergies. Based on the author's observation, collaboration levels of college students in Diploma Program I of Tax still need to be improved. Students tend to learn individually rather than in a group, so the collaboration is not formed as a team. It needs a great effort from the lecturers to improve student collaboration during lectures, so that students learn from each other and cooperate in solving various problems of learning. The main purpose of this research is to improve cooperation among students using work-in-group learning methods in the Capita Selecta Personality Development subject.The method used is Classroom Action Research using three cycles. The subjects of the research are three classes at the Diploma I Tax Program  in the first semester on Regional Finance Education and Training Office of Medan. The research design is that every class was classified into five groups with each group consists of five to six students. During the learning process, author made observations about this collaboration. The observation results of each cycle is used as a reaction for the next cycle that can be used to enhance the cooperation of college students in accordance with the set targets. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the collaboration of college students increased during the lecture by applying team work learning methods. In the first cycle, the average of student collaboration is 2.69, showing lack of cooperation among students, in second cycle the result score is 4.13, which means they are able to work together, and in third cycle is 4.15 which means able to cooperate.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstracts: The first step to reach the E-commerce is to understand the environments in which trading would take place. Business Intelligence is an activity of gathering information about the environmental elements that interact with the company. E-commerce failure to achieve planned goals, because the understanding of the environmental conditions of trade faced by the company is not in accordance with E-commerce applications are implemented. This is due to the information collected can not provide a clear picture of environmental conditions. This study aims to describe the fields of information and categories that can be used as a starting point to describe the environmental conditions that affect the company globally. Global Business Intelligence System is used as a general framework, which can be developed according to specific company needs and objectives. In general, the system consists of six fields of information and 31 categories. The process of collecting information in this system using a Modus Scanning that has the characteristics of active and focused on the desired categories. Each information field with the categories that have described the different influences, both as a driving force, the power resistor, and by providing pressure to the company's business. Differences influence of environmental conditions provides an explanation of the level of preparedness organizations in the application of E-commerce, as a business strategy to gain competitive advantage. <![CDATA[Besarnya jumlah penggunaan smartphone dan jumlah kepemilikan kartu telepon prabayar serta tingginya cyber crime mendorong adanya peraturan menteri tentang registrasi kartu prabayar. Suksesnya atau tidaknya penerapan peraturan registrasi kartu prabayar tidak dapat lepas dari kesadaran pengguna melakukan registrasi kartu prabayar. Penggunaan media sosial oleh pengguna smartphone untuk mengetahui dan memahami informasi tentang peraturan tersebut dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran registrasi, hal inilah yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah dalam penggunaan media sosial apakah faktor karakteristik demografi pengguna media sosial, keaktifan penggunaan, dan keterlibatan pengguna di media sosial berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran registrasi kartu prabayar? Survey untuk penelitian deskriptif-korelasional ini dilakukan di kota Pontianak kepada sejumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden dari populasi pemiliki smartphone di kota Pontianak yang menggunakan media sosial, yang kemudian hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan multiple regression dan moderated regression analysis. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa faktor karakteristik demografi pengguna media sosial, keaktifan penggunaan media sosial, dan keterlibatan pengguna di media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap tumbuhnya kesadaran registrasi kartu prabayar. Dan, pengaruh ketelibatan pengguna di media sosial terhadap kesadaran registrasi kartu prabayar dimoderatori oleh faktor kakarakteristik pengguna dan keaktifan penggunaan media sosial.Kata kunci: Penggunaan media sosial, karekteristik demografis, keaktifan pengguna, keterlibatan pengguna, Moderated Regression Analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[In the application of the outpatient information system business process at the Bengkayang Regional General Hospital, there are still problems faced, namely the occurrence of incompatibility of patient medical data information in the examination section / poly section, resulting in delays in the patient handling process. This is the background for the author to analyze the business process of outpatient system information at the Bengkayang General Hospital using the Business Process Management Life Cycle method. This study aims to determine how effective it is in managing the outpatient information system business process at the Bengkayang Regional General Hospital. The analytical technique used is BPMN, value chain, business area analysis and the method used is the BPM life cycle. The results of this study can support the current business processes for the better. With the addition and improvement of optimal technology, with existing information system technology to obtain a more detailed and complete procedural flow chart. The resulting procedure flow chart will integrate the data in each part of the service unit in the outpatient department, so that the data can be used together between departments so that data duplication can be avoided.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemasaran digital memang erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan teknologi terutama teknologi digital sehingga banyak disalahpahami bahwa pemasaran digital adalah suatu bentuk pemasaran produk atau layanan yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Para pengguna teknologi masih dipandang sebagai konsumen semata. Padahal, pemasaran merupakan tentang hubungan orang dengan orang. Karena itu, memperbaiki kesalahpahaman melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang konsep p emasaran digital menjadi suatu yang penting untuk dilakukan. Seminar sebagai metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan penyajian secara deskriptif kualitatif mengenai peran keterlibatan generasi digital dalam pemasaran digital. Hasil dari pelaksanaan seminar yang dihadiri oleh 20 orang peserta, yang merupakan mahasiswa STIE Boedi Otomo, mendapat respon yang baik. Mereka antusias dalam memperhatikan pemaparan dan tanya jawab. Peserta yang hadir merupakan generasi digital natives sehingga mereka lebih cepat paham tentang pemaparan tentang cara menggunakan teknologi digital dan pengaruh perilaku digital natives dalam pemasaran digital. Akhirnya, para peserta mengerti bahwa pemasaran digital adalah memahami cara orang menggunakan teknologi dan memanfaatkan keterlibatan mereka secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat lanjutan masih perlu dilakukan berkaitan dengan pelatihan mengelola akun media sosial supaya menjadi media pemasaran yang efektif.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the implementation of spending using the SAKTI application in government work units based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 210/PMK.05/2022 concerning Payment Procedures in the Context of Implementing the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This research is normative juridical, using statute and conceptual approaches, written descriptively analytically. The study analyzes the payment procedures for goods purchases by government work units in the treasurer module of the SAKTI application. The research results generally show that government work units have experienced the benefits of SAKTI in terms of administration and payment of government work units according to the mechanisms/procedures established by applicable regulations. Various interpretations of payment techniques using the SAKTI application have resulted in additional procedures carried out by government work units that are not regulated and even conflict with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 210/PMK.05/2022. Additional procedures that conflict with regulations need to be evaluated and refined in the SAKTI application so that it complies with generally applicable legal provisions and principles.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of man hauler which classified as heavy-duty vehicle and operated on the upper ground mining, requires high safety measurement as arrange in the UN-ECE No. 66. The safety measure demands vehicles to undergo both structural testing and analysis. The investigation of structural testing for heavy-duty vehicles has been developed to the rollover testing that used tilting platform, to see the deformation impact toward the residual space and foresight opportunities for further development on the vehicle structure or warning system. Rollover testing is costly and time consuming, so new or developed vehicle structure needs finite element model analysis, to predict the deformation level due to rollover incident. Both testing have the same goal which is to confirm the vehicle structure able to protect the passenger compartment. Therefore, this study aims to present a guidance to test a complete set of 22-seat man hauler vehicle with stress distribution analysis, quasi-static loading test of body section, and tilting platform. The results of the stress distribution test are that the load is concentrated on the element number 148 in the rear UNP 100 profile. The results of the quasi-static loading test are that the maximum stress that occurs is 33 % b the allowable stress. The simulation result under this condition shows that the maximum deflection value occurred in the side frame structure is 167.9 mm. The largest deformation due to rolling test occurred at point E has value of 27 mm located on the right side that experienced impact on the floor during the test. The overall testing and analysis are able to verify and confirm the vehicle structural strength, that the vehicle able to withstand the rollover impact and to protect the passengers.]]>
