Abstract

Building customer loyalty at Multi Sport Pontianak requires corporations to create new, innovative, and differentiated products. Quality assurance is one of the most important aspect beside employing technology to provide better information to customers and also better before and after sales services. This research employs research and development method to design E-CRM with sequential Linear and Unified Modelling Language as tools for system modelling. Ordering information system design with E-CRM helps store users to build better customer loyalty with uptodate information and promotion to targeted customer. By listening to customer, better customer loyalty will be achieved. E-crm provides better understanding of customers with its real time interaction during sales process. This feature enables corporations to build better products and services and in the end creates better customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstracts: Requirements specification is the need for the early phases of software engineering and is very important because it affects the flexibility, reliability, accuracy and usability. No matter how good coding and design systems that do not will still be able to provide a real desire by the conditions encountered. In fact, the needs for requirements engineering and FAST approach method does not always ensure produce quality software systems so that require system migration. In this process the need for requirements analysis should also consider factors that can not be empirically expressed quantitatively. Further requires adaptability and develop alternative priority needs in terms of the requirements document. Communication skills, the use of simple terms, open to users of the system, and displays a vivid example of what is needed and avoid the pitfalls of the intelligence domain to limit the success factors in aligning with the expectations of users of the system.Keywords : requirements specification analysis, requirements engineering, FAST approach, system migration, quantitative and empirical pitfalls intelligence domain.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Telkom Tbk – Kandatel Pontianak is one of biggest Government Owned Company (BUMN) which service is in telecomunication service for public in Indoeisa. Business process in Customer Care department is to know the quality of customer service, how much the dependence of Customer Care to the use of technology is, and what the respond of customers for the service given by Customer Care is. Research type used in this paper is descriptive methode according to facts taken from Customer Care department of PT. Telkom Tbk – Kandatel Pontianak. Data collecting methode used in this paper is primary data taken directly from respondent by using questioners and interviews. The methode used is business process analysis with data analysis strategy in form of business area analysis. The conclusion that can be taken from this research is that running business process for Customer Care department can be seen in the availability of interrelationship between business functions and business units. Each business functions have their own tasks and responsibilities. Every executive members in Customer Care department have their roles and relations with their business functions. Mapping of business functions vs organisational units matrix is used so that every activities in organisational functions become clear. Abstract

Along with the development of technology that is increasingly rapidly and it cannot be denied that the technology as secondary to the needs of its users. So far this technology has also been applied to several fields, one example the presence of technology in the education sector which allows its users to do the wedding package selection process. This decision support system for determining criteria in addressing the issues facing a marriage in providing information that is timely, accurate and efficient for those who need the information, where the information contained in the data storage medium that is specially prepared. Research using ELECTRE method for calculation process and web-based applications with PHP programming language that can access each user regardless of where the user is based on the criteria of the results users can determine which criteria will be taken and according to the budget.

Abstract

Abstracts : On this paper, we conducted research on the CV. Fajar Khatulistiwa Pontianak where there are obstacles in the sales of goods such as difficulty in finding goods data, customer data, the records are repeated due to recording errors or missing files. Besides the old reporting process because the data must be re-examined and cannot be generated immediately, it is this which causes slow reports must be submitted to the leadership. The method used in this research is descriptive method and data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentary studies. System development methodology used is Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary, Normalization, Databases and Tables Specification Entity Relationship Diagram. The results of this proposed prototype design using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language which can assist companies in dealing with inventory. Moreover, it can facilitate the sale and purchase of data storage, data storage sales returns and purchase and storage of data in or out goods. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis untuk memberikan model proses bisnis yang dikembangkan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 114 pelaku industri kreatif kain tenun di kota Sintang dan Sambas provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses bisnis. Data diambil dari Disperindang provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Sampel di pilih dengan metode probabilistik sampling. Model pengujian hipotesis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil positif dalam Pengembangan Model Proses Bisnis Industri Kreatif kain tenun memberikan dampak bagi pelaku industri di Kalimantan Barat untuk mengadopsi cloud application untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui teknologi manajemen proses bisnis. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bahwa Cloud Application Adoption harus menjadi prioritas strategis untuk setiap industri kain tenun dalam proses bisnisnya.Kata kunci: Teknologi manajemen proses bisnis, cloud, industri kreatif, daya saing.

Abstract

Route planning from several locations is a common problem encountered. Google Maps provides a feature to plan routes from multiple location but does not provide a feature to find the optimal route from these locations. Based on the survey, 61.9% of respondents have a low level of confidence when planning the optimal route from several locations. So we need software that can help in planning the route. This research utilizes genetic algorithms to help plan routes from several locations. The genetic algorithm used includes components in the form of chromosomes, fitness values, selection, crossover, and mutations. In addition, Google Maps API used as the data source that provides maps, directions, and distance matrices. The design method used extreme programming. The software is made using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript programming languages with MySQL DBMS. In addition, Black-box and White-box testing method is used in this research. The results of this study are route optimization software that works by using genetic algorithm components to obtain optimal route from several locations with the advantages of using Google Maps API and selecting location points and starting points that are flexible. This study aims to highlight the benefits, limitations, and future prospects of route optimization. The findings of this research will contribute to assist decision-makers in adopting effective strategies related to route optimization.

Abstract

The Mandiri Farming Business Store has a need to be able to increase sales, manage goods/products so that they can be conditioned, and sales or marketing that is classified as conventional, which causes human error and farmers who have to come all the way to the store to get product information. This research aims to build a codeigniter-based sales website that has an MVC concept and a product recommendation system. This will simplify the shop activity process. The scope of the research uses the CodeIgniter framework which has an MVC concept and a product recommendation system to build sales websites. Using the midtrans API as a payment gateway. The form of research used is a case study. The research method used is DSR (Design Science Research). The design method used is the Agile Extreme Programming (XP) method. The results of this research produced a fertilizer and plant seed sales website that provides product and goods information to buyers and makes it easier for buyers to make purchases online. The conclusion of this research is that it facilitates sales and purchase transaction activities in stores. This research suggests adding other features such as delivery services.

Abstract

Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak merupakan lembaga pendidikan swasta di pontianak. Dalam mendukung proses bisnis Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak menerapkan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Murid Baru (PMB), Pembayaran Sumbangan Pembangunan Pendidikan (SPP), Dana Sumbangan Pendidikan (DSP) namun pengelolaan data dilakukan terpisah sehingga trasnformasi data masukan,  keluaran dilakukan berulang dan belum terintegrasi dengan yayasan mengenai aktivitas PMB, Pembayaran SPP, dan DSP menimbulkan permasalahan outputnya informasi diberikan sekolah pada yayasan tidak tepat waktu. Mengenai pembayaran dilakukan orang tua siswa tidak tervalidasi antara yayasan dengan sekolah, sehigga sekolah melakukan penagihan ulang pada siswa/orang tua siswa. Tujuan penelitian mengahasilkan EA terintegrasi melalui Portal Akademik Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak. Penlitian ini menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) merancang sistem informasi Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak. Permodelan bisnis menggunakan Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). Penelitian menghasilkan EA Sistem Informasi Portal Akademik berisikan 5 entitas yaitu siswa, orang tua siswa, petugas penerimaan siswa, keuangan sekolah,  keuangan yayasan. Kesimpulan EA diharapkan proses bisnis Sma Islam Al Azhar 10 Pontianak berjalan sesuai Visinya memiliki komitmen dalam pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi. Saran perencanaan EA yang dikembangan dijadikan pedoman pembangunan, pengembangan Sistem informasi sebagai pendukung proses bisnis agar tecapainya keselarasan strategis bisnis, strategi SI dan TI.                   Kata kunci— Enterprise Architecture Planning, BPMN, Value Chain, UML

Abstract

Peranan tata kelola teknologi informasi menjadi model utama bagi perusahaan agar dapat mengetahui kebutuhan sistem dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur. PT. Maulana Karya Persada Tayan perlu  tata kelola teknologi informasi agar memastikan informasi dan teknologi dapat selaras, mendukung tujuan bisnis perusahaan, dan membantu pengoperasian sistem berjalan sesuai yang direncanakan. Penelitian bertujuan melakukan pengukuran tingkat kematangan serta mengetahui nilai kesenjangan dari sistem informasi weighbridge dari sudut pandang domain AI dan kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1. Metode penelitian menggunakan R&D (Research and Development). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 2,741 atau 2,74 (defined). Maka didapatkan 3 domain AI yang mendapatkan priority antara lain domain AI4 (Memungkinkan Operasional dan Penggunaan), AI6 (Mengelola Perubahan), dan AI7 (Instalansi dan Akreditasi Solusi Beserta Perubahannya). Domain yang mendapatkan nilai tertinggi diperoleh domain AI3 (Memperoleh dan Memelihara Infrastruktur Teknologi) sebesar 2,810 dengan gap sebesar 0,190. Sedangkan domain terendah diperoleh domain AI7 sebesar 2,657 dengan gap sebesar 0,343. Pada domain AI7 memiliki keterkaitan dengan control objective input yaitu PO3, PO4, PO8, PO10, AI3, AI4, AI5, dan AI6. Kemudian control objective output yaitu DS8, DS9, AI4, DS13, PO5, PO10, dan ME2. Penelitian ini memberikan kebaruan bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan sistem informasi weighbridge dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1. Kata Kunci: Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi, COBIT 4.1, Acquire and Implement, tingkat kematangan
