Abstract

In this research, we propose a novel recommendation for improving CCT-D and lumen output (LO) of the 6600K in-cup packaging white LEDs (ICP-WLEDs) by varying its particle concentration. By using Light Tools and Mat lab software based on the Mie Theory, we derive the influence of the red phosphor particle’s concentration on the D-CCT and LO. The results show that the CCT-D are significantly affected when the concentration of the red phosphor varying from 0% to 1.8%. The CCT-D decreases from 4000K to 2200K and LO increases from 800 lm to 1300 lm.

Abstract

The unbalanced mode, negative/zero sequence, variation of real power are caused by the nonlinear or unbalanced loads increase the power transmission losses in distributing power systems and also harmful to the electric devices. Reactive power compensation is considered as the common methods for overcoming asymmetry. The critical issue in reactive power compensation is the optimal calculation of compensation values that is extremely difficult in complex circuits. We proposed a novel approach to overcome these difficulties by providing the creation of new analytical connections of the steady-state mode parameters (voltages, currents) depends on the controlled parameter for the arbitrary circuits. The base of our approach to reactive power compensation is the fractional-polynomial functions. We present a new description of the behavior of voltages and currents depending on the controlled parameters of the reactive power compensation devices, and we prove its effectiveness.

Abstract

Compared with conventional lamps, LED-based light sources have a superior lifetime, efficiency, and reliability, which promise significant reductions in power consumption and pollution from fossil fuel power plants. The main purpose of this paper is proposed and investigated the effect of the concentration of Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+conversion phosphor on the CCT deviation (D-CCT) and lumen output (LO) of the 6600 K conformal-packaging white LEDs (CPW-LEDs). For this purpose, we used the Light Tools and Mat Lab software to investigate this problem. From the research results, we can state that the concentration of the red phosphor crucially influenced on the optical quality of the 6600 K CPW-LEDs. The D-CCT can be decreased from 4700K to 2500K, and the LO can be increased from 600 lm. to 1200 lm. This research can provide the new recommendation for LEDs industry at this time.

Abstract

In this letter, we propose a novel power splitting protocol for energy harvesting half-duplex AF relaying communication systems. In our proposed system, the relay harvests energy from the source transmissions, by employing adaptive PS protocol, for powering the retransmissions to the destination. The proposed model system is investigated in cases maximize and non-maximize ergodic capacity. Firstly, we perform the analytical mathematical analysis for deriving the integral closed-form expression of the outage probability and the ergodic capacity. Then, the analytical analysis of the system performance can be convinced by Monte-Carlo simulation with helping Mat Lab software. Finally, the numerical analysis provides practical insights into the effect of various system parameters on the system performance of the proposed system. This paper can be considered as a recommendation for the energy harvesting communication network.

Abstract

Distributed parameter system (DPS) presents one of the most complex systems in the control theory. The transfer function of a DPS possibly contents: rational, nonlinear and irrational components. This thing leads that studies of the transfer function of a DPS are difficult in the time domain and frequency domain. In this paper, a systematic approach is proposed for linearizing DPS. This approach is based on the real interpolation method (RIM) to approximate the transfer function of DPS by rational-order transfer function. The results of the numerical examples show that the method is simple, computationally efficient, and flexible.

Abstract

In the last decade, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), which based on spontaneous light emission in semiconductors can be considered as the main light sources for civil and industrial purposes. In this paper, we presented and investigated the effect of the Sr[Mg3SiN4]Eu2+ concentration on the optical properties of the 5600K remote-packaging WLEDs (RP-WLEDs). We use the Mat Lab and the LightTool software to investigate the effect of the Sr[Mg3SiN4]Eu2+ concentration on the CRI, CQS, D-CCT and LO of the 5600K RP-WLEDs. From the result, we can state that the concentration of the Sr[Mg3SiN4]Eu2+ influenced on the CRI, CQS, D-CCT and LO of the RP-WLEDs. The red Sr[Mg3SiN4]Eu2+ phosphor can be considered as the novel recommendation for LEDs industry.

Abstract

In this study, we investigate the effect of concentration of the red Y2O3:Eu3+ phosphor on the Color Rendering Index (CRI), Color Quality Scale (CQS) and Lumen Output (LO) of the 7000K in-cup packaging white LEDs (IPW-LEDs). The physical model of the 7000K IPW-LEDs is conducted by Light Tools software. By varying the concentration of the red phosphor from 0% to 0.36%, we use the Light Tools software to investigate the CRI, CQS, and LO of the 7000K IPW-LEDs. From the research results, it can be observed that the CRI and CQS can be increased to 85 and 71, respectively. However, the LO has a decrease in the increasing trend of the red phosphor concentration. This paper provides the new recommendation for the manufacturing of the IPW-LEDs.
