Abstract

In this paper, we proposed and investigated the amplifier-and-forward (AF) time switching relaying half-duplex with impact the eavesdropper. In this system model, the source (S) and the destination (D) communicate with each other via a helping of the relay (R) in the presence of the eavesdropper (E). The R harvests energy from the S and uses this energy for information transferring to the D. For deriving the system performance, the lower and upper bound system intercept probability (IP) is proposed and demonstrated. Furthermore, the Monte Carlo simulation is provided to justify the correctness of the mathematical, analytical expression of the lower and upper bound IP. The results show that the analytical and the simulation curves are the same in connection with the primary system parameters.

Abstract

Nowadays, many research papers focus on the WPCN problem and how to improve its efficiency. In this research, we propose and investigate Hybrid Decode-Amplify and Forward Protocol (HDAF) of the Full-Duplex (FD) Energy Harvesting (EH) Relaying Network with the Time Switching (TS) protocol. In the beginning stage, we present the HDAF mode, which can be work like a Decode-and-Amplify (DF) or Amplify-and-Forward (AF) modes based on the best of its performance in the FD EH relaying network. Furthermore, the closed-form expression of the outage probability (OT) is analyzed and derived in connection with the primary system parameters. Besides, the comparison of the system performance in the AF, DF, and HDAF is proposed and investigated. Finally, all the results are convinced by the Monte Carlo simulation for all cases.

Abstract

Relay communication is considered as a popular solution for expanding the coverage, increasing the transmission capacity and reducing the power consumption of the communication networks. In this paper, we proposed and investigated the two-way decode-and-forward (DF) half-duplex (HD) relaying network with the direct link between two sources S1 and S2. Firstly, the system model, energy harvesting (EH) and information transmission (IT) are presented. The closed-form analytical expression of the system outage probability (OP) is analyzed and derived in the next stage. Finally, the correctness of the analytical expressions is verified by Monte Carlo simulation. The research results show that the analytical and simulation are the same in connection with the primary system parameters.

Abstract

In this research, thephysical security layer with a friendly jammerin half-duplex (HD) relaying networksover the Rayleigh fading channel is proposed and investigated. Firstly, we proposed the system model and the time switching, power splitting protocolsfor the system model. Then we conductedthe mathematical analysisfor deriving the exact analysis and asymptotic analysisintegral forms for intercept probability (IP). Finally, the analytical formulationis verified by the Monte Carlo simulation with all main system parameters. From the results, we can show that the simulation and analytical values are the same values.

Abstract

Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) with advantages such as superior spectral efficiency has been considered as a promising multiple access technique for the fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks. In this research, we propose energy harvesting (EH) NOMA system relaying network over Rayleigh fading channel using selection combining at the receiver. Firstly, we investigate the system performance in terms of the closed-form expression of the outage probability (OP). Here we compare the OP of two destination users of the proposed system. Finally, all the results is convinced by the Monte Carlo simulation. From the results, we can confirm that all the analytical and simulation results are the same in connection with the primary system parameters.

Abstract

In this paper, the system performance in term of the ergodic capacity of a half-duplex decode-and-forward relaying network over Rician Fading Channel is investigated. The power splitting protocol is proposed for the system model. For this purpose, the analytical mathematical expressions of the ergodic capacity in cases of maximize and no-maximize ergodic capacity are derived and discussed. Furthermore, the effect of various system parameters on the system performance is rigorously studied. Finally, the analytical results are also demonstrated by Monte-Carlo simulation in comparison with the analytical expressions. The research results show that the analytical mathematical and simulated results match for all possible parameter values for both schemes.

Abstract

The use of new energy sources to replace traditional energy sources is the worldwide interest based on its irrefutable advantages, especially in regions where supply systems Power supply cannot reach. The devices installed capacity has a significant effect on the economy as well as on system operation. In this paper, formulate and solve the problem of optimizing installed capacity for devices (generators, charge controllers, storage, inverters) that are used in independent renewable energy systems. In illustrating this method of calculation, we apply it on a standalone system, i.e., it is not connected to the power supply grid.

After that, the effect of various system parameters on the proposed system is investigated and demonstrated by Monte-Carlo simulation. Finally, the results show that the analytical mathematical and simulated results match for all possible parameter values for both schemes.

Abstract

In the last time, the system performance of the energy harvesting relay network has been considered in many studies. In this paper, we propose and investigate the outage probability (OP) of the Decode-and-Forward (DF) Energy Harvesting (EH) Full-Duplex (FD) Relaying network in Power Splitting Protocol (PS) using MRC Technique with the presence of the direct link. In the first stage, the integral form of the OP is derived in two cases with and without the presence of the direct link. After that, we analyze the influence of main system parameters on the OP and comparison between two cases with and without the presence of the direct link. Finally, the results show that all simulation and analytical results match well with each other based on the Monte Carlo verification simulation.
