Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen program studi manajemen S1 Universitas Pamulang (UNPAM) tahun 2020 merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menitik beratkan pada Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana pada pelaku UMKM wedding organizer Iwan Tenda Depok. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pemaparan bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan memberi motivasi kepada karyawan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana. Diperoleh hasil 95% pelaku UMKM dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana secara mandiri. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan solusi dalam masalah pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik agar keuntungan yang di dapat bisa dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin untuk perkembangan usahanya.

Abstract

The program partners are teenagers from RT 002 Rw 013, Rangkapan Jaya Lama Village, Depok City. The main problem for our partners is that hospitals still have the human resources to prepare them as well as possible for the challenges of the time. Design is the design of a product or object to be manufactured, and graphics is the science of forming dots and lines to provide information and form images related to the printing process. This graphic design training can be taught from the high school level, so soft-skills are relevant to creating product logos. With these soft-skills, teens can even turn it into a source of income by offering photo editing services. Additionally, this skill will enable students to easily edit photos in an ever-evolving technology environment. The hope is to kickstart entrepreneurship by launching graphic design services to support future steps in building the creative economy. Allowing you to start early to improve your skills and mindset to build.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Seven Civilians in West Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative associative and data were collected through questionnaires distributed via google form. Total population and sample are 56 respondents. The analysis used includes: validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. The results showed that Leadership (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y= 8.134 + 0.410 X1. The results of the t-test obtained tcount > ttable (8,540 > 1,677) or with a significant probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 9.973 + 0.393 X2. And with the results of the t-test obtained tcount < ttable (4,066 <1,677) or with a significant probability value of 0.100> 0.05 then H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. The results of the simultaneous test showed that Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y= 8.134 + 0.410 (X1) + 0.393 (X2). And the results of the F test obtained the value of Fcount > Ftable (21,090 > 2,800) or with a significant probability of 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution given by leadership and work discipline to employee performance is 57.5%.  Keywords:  Leadership, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance
