Cholesterol is a fatty substance contained elements in the blood and can not be dissolved. causing factors of the high cholesterol is the process of aging, heredity and an unhealthy lifestyle. By setting a healthy diet based on blood type, cholesterol in the body will be controll. The use of Expert System for Determining Patient Menu Foods Healthy for Cholesterol Patients According to resolve the problem by consuming food according to blood type. Search method was used Backward Chaining and Forward Chaining. Abstract:Friendship (FSP) Shop is a store operations located in Central Semampir Street Gang 6/6 - 60 213 Surabaya East Java. FSP Shop sells a variety of apparel products for youngsters such as clothes (shirts and T-shirts), jeans, jackets and accessories (slayer, hats, etc.). Sales made by the FSP Shop is currently done by through the online store website. User or users of the website include online store owner as admin and customer FSP Shop itself. For now, the sales website used by FSP Shop is still very modest in which only covers the sale process only. The website does not focus on the interests and customer satisfaction is evident with no variations in supply and service to customers. It has an impact on sales of the clothing store business into the future, allowing the loss of customer loyalty, and lead customers do not want to shop again at the store. Besides these two problems, FSP Shop himself wished to increase the number of sales of each item in the future as well as continue to maintain customer loyalty.From the above problems, website development FSP Shop online store today with the adoption of cross selling. Cross selling is a suggestion that is obtained based on the data transaction history. Cross selling is also capable of determining other products which could be sold as well.Based on the results of trials that have been done by the FSP Shop, then the application can generate an output display for information on cross selling products that can be used as a recommendation. In the teaching-learning process, student violation often occurs, the handling of which would need parent involvement. However, parent involvement is still minimal to date, since the parent would only be aware of the violation when they receive the warning letter from the school. In addition, with the number of student violation keeps increasing day after day, miscalculation often occurs in the violation data recapitulation which is conducted quarterly, all to the disadvantage of the student in terms of the sanction applied by the school.To ascertain that the process of handling student violation can run smoothly, SMAN 14 Surabaya has established a student violation monitoring and evaluation application for purposes of recording, directing and supervising student development during the teaching-learning process at school.With this application, the monitoring and evaluation process can be achieved due to the function of the dashboard in the application which can show the percentage of violating actions; and there are also recommendation and evaluation proposed by the school, and the school may also issue warning letters in a real-time manner without having to wait for the quarter data recapitulation. The application may also send out notifications in the form of SMS to the parent, and either the parent or the student may access the student violation report to see the detail of the violation.

UD Arbain Graphic Surabaya is the printing services of entrepreneurial ventures. The issue that is Production Division is still a difficulty in controlling stock, determine the re-ordering of materials you’ve almost reached the reorder point. Another problem in the process of recording of the purchase note recapitulation not arranged neatly, making owners of difficulty in the payment process and the recording of the purchase to be invalid. The owner of the difficulty in checking the payment of unpaid / debt payments to Supplier, there are several payments made on time the due date it also. Based on the above issues, the required solution is the Application Web-based Production Material Purchases. The application was made may help determine the amount of raw material to back with obvious method i.e reorder point method; can give information materials usage, the notification function can provide raw materials that must be purchased, and give the function notification of payments. Based on the results of the evaluation, the application is able to display a list of purchases that help its Administration and Owner of the logging in the purchase, Production Division can gelp determine the amount of raw material to reorder point method returns, as well as being able to display the purchase notification and payment to help the Administration Division and Owner in giving the warning.Keywords: Purchase, Raw Materials, Reorder Point.

BMT Amal DD cooperative as a syari’ah financial cooperative working a credit unit activity. The process of writing and transaction of the members still uses manual way that is by writing transaction of the members in a big book transaction. This causes many problems, such as the difficulty in finding the transaction of the members because the coorperation clerk has to find the transaction data one by one in every transaction book. Besides that, the calculation process of the monthly instalment and the division of profit can cause new problems. Based on the existing problem, it is needed saving and loan cooperative application which can help solve the problems in BMT Amal DD cooperative. The saving and loan cooperative application will assist the cooperative clerk in finding the data of members transaction, calculating montly instalment, calculating the division of the profit as well as helping to make financial report. The application of saving and loan cooperative can manage the transaction data in BMT Amal DD cooperative resulting information in the form of members saving transaction, cost transaction report, instalment payment report, operational cost transaction report, profit division report, general journal report, general ledger, balance report, and lost and profit report.

PMI Surabaya dengan jumlah 192 karyawan yang dibagi tiap levelnya yaitu 10 orang level manajer dan 182 orang level operator. Bagian seksi kepegawaian kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan, seperti kesulitan perhitungan nilai dari data yang didapatkan karena masih menggunakan perhitungan manual, keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja karyawan yang sering menghambat dalam pemberian reward/punishment, belum adanya rekap data dari keseluruhan penilaian kinerja setiap karyawan/setiap bulan/setiap tahun, dan karyawan belum mengetahui detail dari hasil penilaian kinerja, sehingga beberapa karyawan merasa tidak puas dengan hasil akhir penilaian.Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan di atas, dibangunlah aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web, yang dapat membantu kepala divisi untuk memudahkan dalam menginputkan nilai dari kinerja karyawannya berdasarkan dokumen DP3. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu bagian seksi kepegawaian dalam menghitung nilai karyawan yang sudah diinputkan oleh kepala divisi dan membuat laporan, serta membantu keseluruhan karyawan untuk menampilkan informasi hasil perhitungan nilai secara detail.Dengan adanya aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web dapat membantu dalam proses perhitungan penilaian kinerja. Adanya pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja, mempermudah karyawan melihat secara detail rekap penilaiannya.

Ashara Husada pharmacy is in cooperation with YAKES health foundation PT .Telkom Indonesia. This health foundation formed to serve needs of health for the employees, retired employees, and their families those residing in Sidoarjo and the surrounding areas. Clinics and pharmacies Ashara Husada not only serve the employees, retired employees, and families, but also conducts services for the public. The difficulty lies in the recording of the transactions are still manual , a period of of purchase the medicines are not periodically and stocks information of medicines being inaccurate. After were analysed the existing problems then it leads to Design of pharmacy. Design help to recording the transactions, handle a shortage and excess stock of medicines, as well as displaying dashboard of the medicines, medicines sales, stock of medicines, and rejection of the sale of medicines. From the trial of the application of the pharmacy can help pharmacistsâ€™s work there are 1 ) records the transactions of medicines, 2 ) handle deficiency and excess stock medicines with rop Â calculation 3 ) displaying dashboard from sales of a medicines, the purchase of medicines, stock of medicines and rejection medicineâ€™s sales.
