Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran pimpinan terhadap upaya penegakan disiplin kerja dalam suatu organisasi. Disiplin kerja adalah serangkaian aturan-aturan yang berlaku yang telah terlaksana dengan baik apabila anggota organisasi atau karyawan dengan kesadarannya sendiri melaksanakan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan tanpa adanya suatu paksaan. Idealnya seorang pimpinan dengan kemampuan manajerialnya harus  dapat menanamkan kedisiplinan kerja yang tinggi bagi para karyawan dengan tujuan agar pelaksanaan tugas dapat berjalan lancar sebagaimana mestinya.  Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan komitmen yang kuat dari pimpinan terhadap upaya penegakan disiplin kerja agar dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan akhir dari  penegakan disiplin kerja itu sendiri adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Kata kunci:  pimpinan, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 leads to innovation in all aspects including education. In this era, teachers need to adapt to change by using technological advances to support teachers' innovation. This study analyzed that innovative learning strategy through cyber technology improves teacher performance innovation in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. However, the application of innovative learning strategies through cyber technology for students will not be successfully applied in learning without the support or guidance of the teacher. The teacher's role as a mentor cannot be replaced by cyber technology. Therefore, Blended Learning is the most appropriate model in implementing innovative learning strategies in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. It is a combination or integration of cyber technology and teacher as adviser or motivator. Blended Learning is an interesting learning system that motivates students in learning that focuses on creativity and student participation. While, contributions from all parties are needed to prepare teachers as human capital who are ready to adapt the industrial revolution 4.0 through various education or training programs.Keywords: Innovation Performance, Innovative Learning Strategy, Blended Learning,Teacher Competence

Abstract

This study shows that Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement are related to Professional Identity and Turnover Intention to Employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in Banda Aceh City. Therefore, this study provides literature on the contribution to professional identity and turnover intention through the mediating role of job satisfaction and employee. This study uses COR theory which shows that when employees have professional identity, employee engagement, job satisfaction, they will feel they have many valuable resources. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the type of sampling selected is stratified random sampling. This study uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of HLM that Professional Identity has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have a negative effect on Turnover Intention. In addition, Professional Identity has a positive effect on Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. In this relationship, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have an effect as a mediating relationship between Professional Identity and Turnover Intention.
