Abstract

The process of criminal cases settlement is based on the regulation of time limit on trial. It is difficult to see the each stage of process because of the number of case files handled. To know the status of settlement, it needs monitoring system of RFID technology built by design to a model of Rule Based Expert Systems. It facilitates the process of data files so it can produce the right, quick and accurate report. The priority of criminal case files is based on the level of completion difficulty while the tracking involves 3 locations: police, public prosecutor and district court. Rule Based Expert System method works following an expert's knowledge in solving a problem. The design that has been made is capable of being implemented and according to the user’s needs. It helps to quickly generate the right information of criminal case settling time process.

Abstract

One of the problems in the criminal case completions is that the difficulty of making decision to estimate when the settlement of the case file will be fulfilled. It is caused by the number of case files handled and detention time changing. Therefore, the fast and accurate information is needed. The research aims to develop a monitoring system tracking and tracking of scheduling rules using Rule Based Expert Systems method with 17 rules, and supported by Radio Frequency Identification technology (RFID) in the form of computer applications. Based on the output of the system, an analysis is performed in the criminal case settlement process with a set of IF-THEN rules. The RFID reader read the data of case files through radio wave signals emitted by the antenna toward active-Tag attached in the criminal case file. The system is designed to monitor the tracking and tracing of RFID-based scheduling rules in realtime way that was built in the form of computer application in accordance with the system design. This study results in no failure in reading active tags by the RFID reader to detect criminal case files that had been examined. There were many case files handled in three different location, they were the constabulary, prosecutor, and judges of district court and RFID was able to identify them simultaneously. So, RFID supports the implementation of Rule Based Expert Systems very much for realtime monitoring in criminal case accomplishment.

Abstract

One part of the academic information system at Universal University is a learning management system (LMS) that is used to support learning activities, so this system must be designed to be able to provide convenience for students as the main users. There are intrinsic motivational behaviors that need to be identified as consideration of factors that might have an impact on students' perceptions in their intentions to use a system. The Hedonic-motivation system (HMS) theory emphasized that in order to increase one's intention to use information systems, then the pleasure factor needs to be included along with the usability factor and the ease of use factor. The four HMS variables used in the measurement are ease of use, usability, enjoyment, and intention to use. The measurement results will be obtained dominant influential factors that can be used as a basic guideline in designing system interactions in the form of conceptual designs for the development of LMS at Universal University.

Abstract

One of the important stages in the development of a system is testing. This stage is to ensure that the system that has been built is of good quality. The testing technique commonly used is blackbox testing. BlackBox testing to check whether the system interface functions are appropriate or not. The SMME equity empowerment system with the SIOSTIUM domain has been completed. So, the next stage is to check the system, whether the function of each form is running according to the program that has been used. Thus the blackbox testing technique used in this study is Equivalence Partitions. The way the Equivalence Partitions technique works is to see based on the input data on each form for testing based on its function. Based on the testing in this study, it was concluded that the quality of the MSME equity empowerment system was in accordance with the expected function.

Abstract

Tugas dan tanggung jawab pemerintah Indonesia diantaranya, pemerataan pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan pemberdayaan UMKM diantaranya  sosialisasi, pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pembinaan. Fenomena yang terjadi selama ini dalam pelaksanaan satu kegiatan, beberapa UMKM pernah mengikuti kegiatan dengan tema yang sama. Namun, ada pula UMKM yang belum pernah mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Sehingga, terjadi overlaping kegiatan dan peserta. Penyebabnya karena tidak adanya informasi yang jelas dan akurat mengenai kegiatan apa saja yang pernah diikuti oleh seluruh UMKM khususnya di Kota Batam. Permasalahan ini menimbulkan dampak tidak meratanya pemberdayaan UMKM yang dilakukan. Teknologi Informasi (TI) sebagai perantara antara UMKM dan Pemerintah serta pihak lain yang berkepentingan. Model analisis implikasi sistem memperlihatkan peran dan menjawab bagaimana TI mempengaruhi subsistem secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menghasilkan identifikasi terhadap suatu permasalahan yang lebih mendalam, dibangun dalam model tradisional dan analisis GAP, acuan untuk menghasilkan model usulan sistem baru yang lebih baik. Hal ini diduga karena pertama, model yang dihasilkan sebagai titik awal untuk melihat secara menyeluruh perubahan yang terjadi terhadap usulan sistem baru dalam pemanfaatan TI tehadap implikasi sub sistem tradisonal dan kontribusi dalam penyelesaian permasalahan yang terjadi. Kedua, model usulan sistem baru menggambarkan adanya komunikasi penghubung antara UMKM dan narasumber untuk mengatasi GAP yang terjadi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne social company that helps in the development of  IT to help welfare organizations and companies such as building applications to develop IT  and addressing social problems is the Tri-Niche Indonesia company. In addition to IT services the Tri-Niche also develops other innovative projects at home that support the resolution of various social problems through the power of IT by collaborating with welfare entities and companies. IT has unlimited potential, always advancing and developing. One of the things done by Tri-Niche Indonesia is by preparing an application to manage company employee data so that it is easier to make rescue related to human resources needed. The research objective was to build a user interface design for HR monitoring applications. First, make preparations in the form of identification of problems related to the user interface and data collection techniques using interview techniques. The design stage analyzes the solution and then builds a user interface based on user needs using HRCMS. HRCMS is a graphical display that is used as a liaison between the "HRCMS" Application and users. This research builds user interfaces to animate employee data using Android HRCMS. The results of this study consist of a simple User Interface design based on the principle of User Interface Design as a reference to make it  easier for employees to use applications.Keywords: Android HRCMS, Design, Mobile Application , User Interface.ABSTRAKSalah satu perusahaan sosial yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan kekuatan teknologi informasi untuk membantu organisasi kesejahteraan dan perusahaan seperti membangun aplikasi inovatif untuk menyelesaikan kendala TI serta mengatasi masalah sosial adalah Tri-Niche Indonesia. Selain layanan TI Tri-Niche juga mengembangkan proyek inovatif in-house lainnya yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah sosial melalui kekuatan TI dengan berkolaborasi dengan entitas kesejahteraan dan perusahaan.  TI memiliki potensi yang tidak terbatas, selalu maju dan berkembang. Salah satu hal yang dilakukan Tri-Niche Indonesia ialah mempersiapakan aplikasi untuk memanajemen data pegawai perusahaan agar lebih mudah dalam melakukan pemantauan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun rancangan user interface terkait aplikasi pemantauan SDM. Pada tahap utama melakukan persiapan berupa identifikasi masalah yang berkaitan dengan user interface  dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara. Tahap perancangan melakukan analisis solusi dan kemudian membangun user interface berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna menggunakan HRCMS. HRCMS (Human Resource Cloud Management Software) merupakan bentuk tampilan grafis yang digunakan sebagai penghubung antara Aplikasi “HRCMS” dengan pengguna. Penelitian ini membangunan User interface untuk memantau data pegawai menggunakan Android HRCMS. Hasil penelitian  berupa rancangan User Interface yang sederhana berdasarkan prinsip User Interface Design sebagai acuan untuk memudahkan para pegawai dalam penggunaan aplikasi.Kata Kunci: Android HRCMS, Design, Aplikasi Mobile, User Interface.

Abstract

Reward dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja bagi para karyawan untuk terus memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik. Sehingga para karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik dapat di kategorikan sebagai karyawan teladan. Pada PT. XYZ yang berada di kota Batam, selama ini dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pemberian reword belum didukung dengan suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Sedangkan dalam proses penilaian tersebut terdapat beberapa kriteria yang digunakan untuk pemberian reword kepada karyawan. Sehingga, untuk mendukung penilain yang subjektif dari perusahaan terhadap karyawan maka, sangat penting menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode simple additive weigting (SAW). Penggunaan metode tersebut dengan memberikan pembobotan terhadap kriteria yang digunakan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan yaitu target transaksi, absen dan pengambilan cuti.  Berdasarkan kriteria dan alternatif yang ada, setelah dilakukan pembobotan dan perhitungan didapatkan 3 rengking teratas dalam pemberian reword yaitu v7 nilai 5,5,, v1 nilai 5,3 dan v8 dengan nilai 5.

Abstract

One type of pet is Chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus). Chickens are the result of the domestication of red jungle fowl (Gallus gallus) which is most commonly kept throughout the world. These animals include animals that are easily maintained because they are good at adapting to various conditions of the place. Types of chickens include Broiler, Kedu, Nunukan, Pelung, Garut. Chicken disease can be caused by bacteria, parasites, and viruses. Sometimes the guards don't know that their pet chickens are sick. This can result in death due to delay in handling given. There are also owners who self-treat their chickens, without knowing clearly beforehand what diseases they are suffering from and what drugs are suitable for the disease. Other factors that influence the occurrence of this problem include the limited availability of veterinarians and are not always available at all times. Therefore, an alternative is needed that can provide convenience and ability like a veterinarian in diagnosing infectious diseases suffered by domestic chickens using the naïve bayes method - certainty based on android with 15 types of diseases including Avian influenza, Encephalomyelitis, Chlamydiosis, Pullorum, Fowl Typhoid , Chicken Pox, Chicken anemia syndrome, Helicopter Disease, Aspergillosis, Infectious Bursal Disease, Infectious Bronchitis, Diarrhea, Bacterial Pododermati, Pyotraumatic Dermatitis and Pyoderma. Analysis of test results is done by comparing the results of system diagnoses with the results of diagnoses performed by experts based on the input of the same symptoms from 50 test data, it is known that 45 system test data are declared to match the expert test data, the accuracy of the accuracy of diagnosis results of 90% is in good category.

Abstract

Various kinds of potential are owned by a community, especially Batam as a target of tourist destination. One potential that continues to be fostered is regional crafts that realize the economic independence of the community itself. The Government partner that have some programs to foster and develop regional handicraft products is National Craft Council of Batam under the guidance of the Industry and Trade Office. There are some obstacles faced by the management of traditional handicrafts, in term of promotion since it has been carried out in the exhibitions that are limited by time and place. It makes the development of the promotion and their potential run slowly in terms of disseminating information. It becomes the basic consideration for an online system of traditional crafts that prioritizes speed, easiness, flexibility and interactivity for some system users. Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) is part of the agile software method. This method helps users to define clearly the system needs through early and continuous software delivery. The iteration in the design process makes it easier to adjust the needs of system users. The results of the system design are adjustments to the functional requirements of the system in accordance with the user needs.

Abstract

Every company wants the best and maximum results in every production process. To achieve the best results in the production process/company activities, it is necessary to have support from every aspect of the company such as employees, supporting facilities, etc. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is support from the company in the form of salary increases. In the process of determining/considering an increase in employee salaries in the company, there are several obstacles or problems that will be encountered/faced by the company, including time efficiency, calculating employee performance, and the number of employee data files that must be processed. Decision Support System is a system to support material decision makers / makers in terms of semi-structural decisions. The profile matching method is a method for solving a problem so as to rank the best candidates from predetermined criteria. This study uses several criteria in decision making including work attitude, personality and responsibility, Based on 3 employee data, the final result is A01 and A02 getting a 5% increase in basic salary while A03 is 4%. and the results of this study is to use the Profile Matching method to find out the ranking or value weights in the assessment of the best employees, in the results of this study it helps in making decisions more quickly and accurately and the results can be accounted for.
