<![CDATA[Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) have a strategic role in the development of a country. Every SME needs to improve its competitive advantage. One way to improve the competitive advantage is to utilize social media in running the business. The research aims to This study aims to implement the use of social media with reference to the AIDA Model for SMEs. Â The fresearch focuses on social media facebook. SMEs are given training in using social media. Training participants as respondents from this research are 20 SMEs. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Hubermann. Results from this study indicate that the AIDA model can be used as an approach in using social media facebook. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the used of knowledge management methods for SMEs entrepreneurs by using information technology. SMEs as the support and savior of the economy should be able to manage their knowledge, in order to compete in knowledge-based economy era. The existence of information technology (IT) is used as a tool and technique to simplify the process of knowledge management. With the existence of the IT, knowledge management process can be done quickly, effectively and efficiently. This study using descriptive analysis. The samples of this research are 30 SMEs entrepreneurs of food production (culinary). From the results of the descriptive analysis we can see that Methods and tools of knowledge management involving the most widely used IT SMEs in Batam is an advanced search tools. While knowledge management methods and tools that do not involve IT most used by SMEs in Batam is a Peer Assist. (SA)]]>

<![CDATA[One of the important stages in the development of a system is testing. This stage is to ensure that the system that has been built is of good quality. The testing technique commonly used is blackbox testing. BlackBox testing to check whether the system interface functions are appropriate or not. The SMME equity empowerment system with the SIOSTIUM domain has been completed. So, the next stage is to check the system, whether the function of each form is running according to the program that has been used. Thus the blackbox testing technique used in this study is Equivalence Partitions. The way the Equivalence Partitions technique works is to see based on the input data on each form for testing based on its function. Based on the testing in this study, it was concluded that the quality of the MSME equity empowerment system was in accordance with the expected function.]]>

<![CDATA[Tugas dan tanggung jawab pemerintah Indonesia diantaranya, pemerataan pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan pemberdayaan UMKM diantaranya sosialisasi, pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pembinaan. Fenomena yang terjadi selama ini dalam pelaksanaan satu kegiatan, beberapa UMKM pernah mengikuti kegiatan dengan tema yang sama. Namun, ada pula UMKM yang belum pernah mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Sehingga, terjadi overlaping kegiatan dan peserta. Penyebabnya karena tidak adanya informasi yang jelas dan akurat mengenai kegiatan apa saja yang pernah diikuti oleh seluruh UMKM khususnya di Kota Batam. Permasalahan ini menimbulkan dampak tidak meratanya pemberdayaan UMKM yang dilakukan. Teknologi Informasi (TI) sebagai perantara antara UMKM dan Pemerintah serta pihak lain yang berkepentingan. Model analisis implikasi sistem memperlihatkan peran dan menjawab bagaimana TI mempengaruhi subsistem secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menghasilkan identifikasi terhadap suatu permasalahan yang lebih mendalam, dibangun dalam model tradisional dan analisis GAP, acuan untuk menghasilkan model usulan sistem baru yang lebih baik. Hal ini diduga karena pertama, model yang dihasilkan sebagai titik awal untuk melihat secara menyeluruh perubahan yang terjadi terhadap usulan sistem baru dalam pemanfaatan TI tehadap implikasi sub sistem tradisonal dan kontribusi dalam penyelesaian permasalahan yang terjadi. Kedua, model usulan sistem baru menggambarkan adanya komunikasi penghubung antara UMKM dan narasumber untuk mengatasi GAP yang terjadi.]]>

<![CDATA[Reward dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja bagi para karyawan untuk terus memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik. Sehingga para karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik dapat di kategorikan sebagai karyawan teladan. Pada PT. XYZ yang berada di kota Batam, selama ini dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pemberian reword belum didukung dengan suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Sedangkan dalam proses penilaian tersebut terdapat beberapa kriteria yang digunakan untuk pemberian reword kepada karyawan. Sehingga, untuk mendukung penilain yang subjektif dari perusahaan terhadap karyawan maka, sangat penting menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode simple additive weigting (SAW). Penggunaan metode tersebut dengan memberikan pembobotan terhadap kriteria yang digunakan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan yaitu target transaksi, absen dan pengambilan cuti. Berdasarkan kriteria dan alternatif yang ada, setelah dilakukan pembobotan dan perhitungan didapatkan 3 rengking teratas dalam pemberian reword yaitu v7 nilai 5,5,, v1 nilai 5,3 dan v8 dengan nilai 5.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan teknologi informasi dimanfaatkan pada semua aspek kehidupan manusia, tak terkecuali dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi bagi siswa kelas X SMA Ananda. Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Ananda Batam merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Ananda dengan jumlah sampel 62 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai pemanfaatan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi bagi siswa kelas X SMA Ananda Batam sebesar 76,94% dari nilai yang diharapkan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to design an application prototype that can help the distribution of information for coastal communities. The Riau Islands Province Medium Term Regional Development Plan 2016-2021 explains that investment opportunities in the Riau Islands begin to penetrate the coastal areas. The Batam City Government is try to ensure equitable development through access to information technology, but coastal communities still have difficulty utilizing the information technology. This research is a qualitative research with a Design Thinking approach. The Design Thinking approach has five stages namely emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, test, and implement. Design Thinking Approach is an approach used to create innovation by focusing on "Human Centered Design". Data collection methods that will be used in this study are observation and interviews. The results of this study are the Becakap Prototype application which has four functions, namely scholarship information, sea level information, weather information, and for action. This application makes it easy for coastal communities to access the information needed.]]>

<![CDATA[Kesehatan Mental menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang belum terselesaikan di tengah masyarakat Indonesia. Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2018 menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 19 juta penduduk Indonesia yang berusia lebih dari 15 tahun mengalami gangguan mental emosional, dan lebih dari 12 juta penduduk berusia lebih dari 15 tahun mengalami depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi berupa aplikasi untuk mendukung pemulihan kesehatan mental dengan pendekatan design thinking. Design thinking terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu empati, penetapan, ideasi, prototipe, dan ujicoba yang berbasis pada kebutuhan pengguna. Metode pengumpulan dan pengolahan data menggunakan wawancara dan brainstroming. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Langauage (UML). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk membantu para mental health warrior mengatasi masalah kesehatan mentalnya, dibutuhkan aplikasi dengan fitur yang memungkinkan mereka untuk berinteraksi tanpa dihakimi dan merasa ditemani (Fitur Teman Cerita), juga fitur yang membantu mereka mengatasi kecemasan (Fitur Journaling dan Fitur Kelas Pengembangan Diri), dan juga fitur yang membantu mereka bertemu dengan psikolog untuk mengatasi permasalahan mentalnya.]]>

For this reason, this research created a script that can be used to monitor services on the server. This research was conducted by collecting data, observing and researching the library using telegram bots and bash scripts as supporting applications in monitoring service activities. This study aims to make it easier for administrators to handle servers.
