Abstract

Permasalahan yang timbul pada proses pendaftaran yang saat ini dilakukan seperti proses penerimaan masih menggunakan media formulir sehingga proses perekapan dilakukan secara berulang, hal tersebut berdampak pada kinerja yang lambat untuk menyajikan informasi kepada kepala sekolah. Proses test ujian seleksi dilakukan langsun disekolah yang berdampak pada kebutuhan biaya operasional pengadaan kertas ujian tes dan penilaian yang dilakukan secara manual berdampak pada kesalahan koreksi hingga penilaian yang dianggap secara objektif. Tujuan penelitian yaitu membangun sistem penerimaan peserta didik baru secara online menggunakan webite. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode prototype dengan penerapan sistem berbasis webiste dengan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan database Mysql. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat mempermudah proses penerimaan siswa baru secara online menggunakan website dengan mengisi formulir pengisian data diri calon siswa dan mengupload berkas pendukung atau syarat. Proses seleksi juga dapat dilakukan secara langsung dengan mengisi ujian tes online yang secara otomatis mendapatkan skor setelah ujian dilakukan

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology today brings convenience to human life. One of the things that is growing quite rapidly is a web-based application. The proliferation of web-based applications is a challenge for web-based application developers in developing security aspects. Vulnerability Assessment of the E-Learning web application aims to detect vulnerabilities, describe vulnerabilities, assess vulnerabilities based on the Common Vulnerability Scoring System, and provide solutions. The research stages used were the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing Life Cycle. In looking for vulnerabilities in this study using the Home version of the Nessus Vulnerability Scanning. Based on the results of the vulnerability scanning, it was found low vulnerability, medium vulnerability, high vulnerability, and critical vulnerability. Each vulnerability certainly has a different impact on vulnerability, but on a critical vulnerability, namely the Elasticsearch Transport Protocol Unspecified Remote Code Execution has the most serious impact with a base score of 9.8, so the overall risk level on the Web E-Learning application is High. So it can be concluded that the E-Learning Web application at ABC University is said to be vulnerable, because it has a serious impact that affects Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of the E-Learning web application through its vulnerabilities. Therefore, ABC University must immediately make improvements and evaluations of the security of the E-Learning Web Application so that the risk of vulnerability in the E-Learning Web Application can be reduced.

Abstract

Abstract. This community service program aims to accelerate the digitalization of education in Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province, through the implementation of Content Delivery Network (CDN) technology using Starlink services and the Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. The 3T areas (frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped) in this region face infrastructure challenges that hinder stable and fast internet access, which is crucial to support technology-based learning processes. This program involves the installation of network devices, such as Starlink for stable internet access, gigabit switches, and the integration of the Moodle-based e-learning system. Additionally, intensive training is provided to teachers, administrators, and students on using Moodle as a digital learning platform and managing technology-based educational content. The program's success is measured through several parameters, including internet stability and speed, the improvement of digital skills among teachers and students, and the adoption and utilization rates of LMS Moodle in the learning process. Speed test results show a significant improvement. Survey results indicate a substantial impact on teachers' digital literacy. Based on questionnaires distributed to a total of 30 training participants, 60% (18 participants) reported being very satisfied with the alignment of the training materials with their needs. Regarding the delivery of the materials, 63.33% (19 participants) were very satisfied, 26.67% (8 participants) were satisfied, 6.66% (2 participants) were neutral, and 3.33% (1 participant) were very dissatisfied. Direct observation during the implementation showed that teachers could effectively utilize Moodle LMS to manage digital classes. They were trained to create and organize teaching materials, assign tasks, and monitor student progress. This evaluation also highlights the potential for replicating and sustaining the program in other schools within similar regions. Through this evaluation approach, the program is expected to have a tangible impact on improving the quality of learning, expanding digital access, and serving as a model for implementation in other 3T areas across Indonesia.
