Abstract

Research known bankruptcy property management process done after being decided by a court judge and seized the debtor's property bankruptcy by the curator, in this management curator will call the creditors to match the bill of receivables by holding a meeting verification, peace meetings and other meetings while on settlement if there is no peace agreement then the curator will sell and divide the assets that have been collected is reduced by bankruptcy costs and the rest will be shared with creditors, while that if the bankruptcy estate is not enough then creditors can take the effort law through the procedure renvoi, while the curator will still perform their duties to perform the division in accordance with pari passu principle pro rata parte, while in the judge's decision on level of the Commercial Court, Cassation and judicial review has been reflect justice and balance for the parties because in the judge's decision still considers the portion of the creditor's position preferred greater than the settlement of bankruptcy assets later the rest is distributed to other creditors fairly.

Abstract

This study analyzes the reality of religiosity of students of the Religious Studies Study Program class of 2020 and the role of the Religious Studies Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in maintaining student religiosity. The main focus of this study is how the quality of religiosity of students of the Religious Studies Study Program and the implementation of the efforts and role of the Religious Studies Study Program in maintaining and improving the religiosity of its students. The research method used in this study is to use a descriptive qualitative method with a sociological approach and religious psychology. The results of this study show that in reality students do not experience a decrease in the quality of their religious beliefs as a Muslim. And the Religious Studies Study Program is able to implement its role and efforts in maintaining and improving student religiosity. The conclusion of this study confirms that a religious education institution which in this study is the Religious Studies Study Program, this is indeed one of the most important factors that has a very large and significant role in maintaining student religiosity.

Abstract

This study will explain the iconography of the symbols of Dewi Durga at the Dewi Durga Temple MAA Tangerang. Researchers are interested in discussing the symbols of Dewi Durga because Dewi Durga is a symbol of the “mother of the universe” which has many manifestations. This study aims to discuss the iconography of the symbols of Dewi Durga at the Dewi Durga MAA Temple, Karawaci District, Tangerang City. This study uses a qualitative approach and data processing uses a descriptive-analytical method. The approach used is anthropology by using the theory of symbols put forward by Mircea Eliade. The results and discussion of this study indicate that there is an iconography of the symbols of Dewi Durga at the Dewi Durga MAA Temple such as the weapons used, namely cakra, pedang (khadga), gada, sankha, danus and sara, trisula and padma. Then one hand with the other in abhaya mudra. Worship of Dewi Durga is called Navratri (nine nights). Worship of Dewi Durga is focused on the first to third day. On the fourth to sixth day for Dewi Laksmi and on the seventh to ninth day, people usually worship Dewi Saraswati. On the tenth day, the people celebrate the highlight of the event (Vijaya Dashami). This research concludes that the symbols of Dewi Durga need to be known, especially for adherents of Hinduism. Symbols are the way to go to the sacred and transcendent. Therefore, it is important to know the symbols and meanings contained in them so that worship becomes khusyuk.

Abstract

This research examines the eco theological perspective of Seyyed Hossein Nasr and Vandana Shiva, by looking at the relationship between humans, nature and God. The research uses library research. This research shows that eco theological principles are relevant when considering the transfer of forest functions in Indonesia. Forests are seen as a sacred element and a mandate from God to be managed and cared for properly and forest management must prioritize fulfilling the rights of living creatures in forest areas, as well as the eco theological value of cherishing and loving other living creatures. So as a conclusion, Islam and Hinduism, through their theological values, support the preservation of nature.
