Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research will answer two problems that is 1) To know how humanistic approach in the implementation of learning process of Equivalency Education Program of Package C in Independent Learning Center for Self-Reliance Society 2) To know out put of humanistic approach in learning process of Equivalency Education Program Package C Center for Learning Activities of Setia Mandiri Community. This research was conducted at PKBM Setia Mandiri Village Dawuhan Subdistrict Poncokusumo Malang Regency. The subjects of the study were Tutor, Section of Equality, FK PKBM, PLS Inspector, Village Head, and Student of Learning. Qualitative research approach that aims to explore the concept and implementation of humanist education in the learning process of Package C on PKBM Setia Mandiri. The result of research at Community Learning Center concluded that first, Humanistic Approach in Package C Learning process in PKBM Setia Mandiri includes humanistic approach in recruitment of studying citizens, humanistic approach of managers to tutors, humanistic approach of managers to learners, humanistic approach of tutor to citizens learn . Second, the Out put humanistic approach in the learning process of packet C that residents learn especially school-age is expected to continue the next level, that is to college or can berwira effort. At the same time can have the character, a good attitude towards each other especially to older people Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini akan menjawab dua permasalahan yakni 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendekatan humanistik dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Setia mandiri 2) Untuk mengetahui out put pendekatan humanistik dalam proses pembelajaran  program  pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di Pusat Kegiatan belajar Masyarakat Setia Mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PKBM Setia Mandiri Desa Dawuhan Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang. Subyek penelitian adalah Tutor, Kasi Kesetaraan, FK PKBM, Penilik PLS, Kepala Desa, dan Warga Belajar. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggali konsep dan pelaksanaan pendidikan humanis dalam proses pembelajaran Paket C pada PKBM Setia Mandiri. Hasil dari penelitian di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat disimpulkan bahwa pertama, Pendekatan Humanisik dalam proses Pembelajaran Paket C di PKBM Setia Mandiri meliputi pendekatan humanistik dalam rekrutmen warga belajar, Pendekatan humanistik pengelola terhadap tutor, Pendekatan humanistik pengelola terhadap warga belajar, Pendekatan humanistik tutor terhadap warga belajar. Kedua, Out put pendekatan humanistik dalam proses pembelajaran paket C bahwa warga belajar terutama yang berusia sekolah sangat diharapkan dapat melanjutkan kejenjang berikutnya, yaitu ke perguruan tinggi atau dapat berwira usaha. Sekaligus dapat memiliki karakter, sikap yang baik terhadap sesamanya terutama kepada orang yang lebih tua.
