Adoption of the exam objectives in a learning process is to determine the quality of one’s learner after going through the learning process. Exams are also an evaluation of the monitoring process carried out continuously and sustainably will ultimately be able to fix the quality of education. Determination of the ever-increasing standards expected to encourage the improvement of education quality, which is the determination of educational standards is the determination of the limit value (passing score). Someone said to have passed / are competent when it has passed the limit value. In the world of Education in Higher Education Raharja for example, in order to obtain the concentration Communication and Innovative Technology (CCIT) who have exam system that v used Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Benchmarking the learning standards. But it was not as easy as expected, due to problems regarding the exams are still using paper based are not inaccordance with the standard CCNA Benchmarking using computer-based exam. Benchmarking standard exam is CCNA is a computer based exam where students can do the exam questions on a computer that random such questions, which makes each student can work on the problems at the same time but each working on different problems. In the matter of computer-based working time limits there are also questions it. In Higher Education Raharja, test is still manual (paper based) where the students are still working on the exam questions and answers contained in the paper. The concept paper based is much less effective,can not even detect students who work together when the exam. At present it has developed a new method is more effective and certainly the most can help overcome these problems. Example for computer Based exam is CCNA exam and The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) computer based and Raharja high-standard universities. In this article also identified at least four fundamental problems concerning the concept of computerbased exam, defining test methods based computer as a new way of tackling paper based exam, and final test of is to implement a computer based on the Higher Education Raharja. Computer-based methods is very important to be developed, because its function is effective in providing quality improvement exam in Higher Education Raharja thus continues to provide ease in doing the exam students and faculty in terms of giving value to students. In addition, computer-based exam process is also well suited to the needs. It can even be said that the computer based exams can erode the operational work of approximately 80% of original work not to perform the correction process answers all students who did a paperbased exam.

Penggunaan teknologi komputerisasi di era globalisasi saat ini sangat pesat sehingga dapat memudahkan semua kegiatan di segala bidang khususnya dalam kegiatan audit financial report pada sistem informasi akuntansi. Banyak kendala yang dijumpai auditor dalam melakukan audit dengan metode konvensional dalam lingkungan pemrosesan data elektronik. Namun seringkali kendala tersebut cenderung diabaikan dan kurang mendapat perhatian serius bahkan oleh si auditor sendiri. Akibatnya terjadi inefisiensi yang tidak disadari. Oleh karena itu kendala yang terjadi dapat diselesaikan dengan berbagai cara, antara lain dengan menggunakan computer assisted audit technique (CAATs) melalui pendekatan data uji dan parallel test facility (PTF).

PT Indonesia Stanley Electric is a company founded to meet the needs of vehicle lighting equipment 2 wheel and 4 wheel PT ISE start molding and light industry preferred the lighting equipment of motor vehicles, and the next stage is planning the manufacture of electronic komponoen motor vehicle. Stanley company headquartered in Japan until now PT ISE has 34 branch companies in several countries outside of Japan. Stanley Company in Indonesia is a subsidiary branch to 24, which is named PT Indonesia Stanley Electric (PT ISE). PT Indonesia Stanley Electric is located at Jl. BhumiMas 1 No. Cikupamas Industrial Area 17, where the company is using the Rolling Door as a means of exit and entry of Forklift who still use manual systems and for operation by pressing the open or close button made by a another operator to operate Rolling Door. Smartphones with Android operating system more widely available in the market at a more affordable price. Android operating system itself is open source operating system that can be modified according to user needs. The control system uses the Android-based smartphone is used to control the Rolling Door from a certain distance without having to interact directly with the Rolling Door. In this study, a prototype device Rolling Door control system automatically uses the Android-based Smartphone controls associated with the program of the microcontroller ATMega8 implanted using the Bluetooth network. In a mechanical system that is functioning there is a DC motor to drive the Rolling Door, the system switches to use proximity switches to determine the stopping point of the system. For electronic systems use 12 volt dc relay circuit, and using bluetooth module HC-05. With this system the user can operate the tool to open and close the Rolling Door via Smartphone, in addition to be used as a means of communication but also used as a device that is communicated to control a hardware device.

Measurement is important in the world of science. On these readings on the scale height measuring instrument manual that humans do have a level of accuracy and precision are less so frequent occurrence of human error. Then the required height gauges that can work automatically, perform the measurement process, read the measurement results, as well as notify the measurement results with the ATmega328 microcontroller-based voice output. Digital Height Measuring Circuit uses ultrasonic sensors are used to detect objects around sensor.Jika ultrasonic waves bounce back to the receiver, means there is an object in the vicinity of the sensor. The microcontroller will calculate the time it takes to receive ultrasonic waves and determine the distance between the sensor with the floor. Running text or commonly known as text running a medium to deliver information that is most often encountered as a means of advertising that are informative. Running text display is generally in the form of LED-LED are connected and assembled into a row of LED or may be a dot matrix. Submission of information by displaying the running text has not been effective and efficient in terms of use. There are still shortcomings that enable people to experience vision errors and too long waiting for the text to be displayed. Thus the necessary tools to deliver information that can work optimally to minimize shortages by designing a control tool running text using voice (voice) and arduino uno. This tool uses a series of android smartphones facilities to provide input sound is converted into a data string and compiled in arduino using serial communications, and will be displayed on the LED Dotmatrix as output. Submission of information by using running text that comes with using sound can improve efficiency and effectiveness in the use and also the time required so that it can reduce the level of difficulty of the user in receiving the information

Along with the development of science and technology so rapidly trigger the emergence of new technologies, one of which is RFID. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a process of identifying the object or objects using radio transmission frequency. RFID is a new technology, and will continue to evolve in line with advances in integrated circuit technology, it can be ascertained that the RFID tag can be applied in various fields. RFID systems offer increased efficiency in controlling inventory control in the identification of objects. RFID can be used to store and receive data remotely using a device that RFID TAG (transponder). Many applications can utilize RFID systems, for example for indoor security systems, highways, libraries, class attendance, even as the identity of the student / students. Therefore, in this researchRaharja College presenting a Smartcard System Design using RFID as a device interface and ARDUINO UNO as a controller to be used as a door security system. With the presence of this system is expected to be a useful new innovation in Raharja College and can improve the shortcomings of existing systems and can provide maximum service to the whole personal raharja.

This research will discuss a system designed to control water use savings. Because water is one of the natural resources of the non-biological. At this point nearly everyone save or hold water in the sump. But, sometimes the water is sure to be closed or turned off so that the water will be wasted over the limit sump. The existence of thisprototype is no more water is wasted down the drain sump over the limit. As for the circuit system used on the prototype consists of a Water Level Sensor as the water sensor, microcontroller (MCU) as Node, Relay switching as that can control the activeand non-active system running, and Solenoid Valve as a valve that cuts or close the stream when the water height is sufficient. So this system aims to control the height of the water in the sump automatically and control the use of water become more efficient
