The importance of professional zakat development is also one of the government's efforts to increase the source of state income other than taxes and create synergy between tax and zakat. Along with the development of the Islamic economy which is the solution to the economic development of the Ummah, the professional zakat can be used as a source of funding to be distributed for the welfare of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the capacity of the ability to pay professional civil service zakat. The method of data collection is done by distributing random questionnaire to 200 civil servants from various agencies that live in the city of Palembang. Data analysis was carried out based on descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that civil servants have a great potential to be collected income zakat.

Holding an event is one of marketing communication tool that conducted by a company, institution, or organization to achieve certain goals. In the implementation, to reach the desired targets of visitors, event organizer can invite buzzer media partner as third party to promote their event, including in Semarang city. One of buzzer media partner form that exist in Semarang is EVENTSMGID. EVENTSMGID have done media buzzing well to attract consumers. However, in reality there are some events which are cooperate and trusting marketing strategy through social media to EVENTSMGID could not reach the visitors that they want so they loss.Therefore, this research aim to know whether buzz marketing of EVENTSMGID is correlated with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner. Beside buzz marketing exposure, this research also examining the correlation of Educational Level of Follower with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner. The theory used in this research is Elaboration Likelihood Theory. This is explanatory research that will explaining cause and effect among variables. Sample of this research are active followers of EVENTSMGID during one last year. The amount of respondents are 96 peoples took based on purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this research is Kendall Tau-B analysis. The results of this research showed that the exposure of buzz marketing has positively correlated with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner and the educational level of follower has negatively correlated with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner.

Research has been conducted on the analysis of corrosion rate of zinc electroplating on AISI1045 steel in a corrosive medium of 3.5% NaCl and 5% NaCl. The electroplating time variationused is 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes. Corrosion rate was carried out by soaking steelfor 174 hours in NaCl medium and calculated by weight loss method. The ideal time in the Znelectroplating process is 10 minutes in 3.5% NaCl solution with a weight reduction of 0.023grams and a corrosion rate of 1.670723071 mpy, while in the Zn electroplating process for 15minutes in a 5% NaCl solution the weight reduction is 0.033 grams and the corrosion rate is2,386747245 mpy. The test results on microstructure using a metallurgical microscope can beconcluded that AISI 1045 steel without electroplating is easily exposed to corrosion comparedto the Zn electroplating process.

AISI 1045 steel is a steel classified as medium carbon alloy steel which is widely used as the main material in machinery so it must have good mechanical properties such as hardness, wear resistance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of heat treatment on the wear rate of AISI 1045 steel. The research method used was AISI 1045 steel which was given a hardening heat treatment with a temperature variation of 800ÂºC, 850ÂºC, 900ÂºC with a holding time of 60 minutes, followed by rapid cooling using water . after that the specimen will be tested for wear by using a standard Pin On Disc. the results of the study show that the wear value at 800ÂºC has an average wear value of 15.0762 mg / cmÂ², then at a temperature of 850ÂºC has an average wear value of 11.33933 mg / cmÂ² and at a temperature of 900ÂºC has an average wear value of 9 9488 mg / cmÂ². In conclusion, there was a very strong influence on the use of hardening temperature variations on the AISI 1045 steel wear and the smallest wear value on the specimen given by the hardening process at 900ÂºC with an average wear value of 9.9488 mg / cmÂ².

Pada penelitian ini akan dikembangkan sebuah sistem untuk penjualan tiket seminar berbasis website sebagai sistem afiliasi penjualan tiket seminar, yaitu dengan membantu penyelenggara seminar untuk mempromosikan atau memasarkan penjualan tiket seminar. Dikembangkan sebuah sistem rekomendasi dalam memilih seminar untuk direkomendasikan dengan mencari variable yang mempunyai atau mendekati kesamaan. Metode Collaborative Filtering digunakan sebagai panduan untuk mencari kesamaan antara kategori. Adapun hasil yang di peroleh dari sistem rekomendasi pada aplikasi pendaftaran berbasis web menghasilkan rekomendasi seminar yang tepat

Ice tube, also known as crystal ice, is generally transparent ice which is cylindrical in shape and has cavities with small pieces. Ice tube is one of the most popular types of ice because it is more practical. Along with the shifting of people's needs from block ice to tube ice, the need for tube ice is increasing. To expand the big opportunities, we need ice tubes that can be made at home with small scale production. With a simple design and at a low cost. ice machine designed to use a vapor compression system. The main components consist of: compressor, condenser, capillary tube, and evaporator with refrigerant using R22. Considering that the tube ice machine is designed at home with a 12V DC pump as a water vacuum and sprays water into the evaporator with a water flow rate of 1.4 liters per minute. To determine the performance of the system with different water flow rates, performance testing was carried out on a tube ice machine with variations in the flow rate of spray water with several voltages, namely at 9 volts, 12 volts and 15 volts. From the tests that have been carried out, the results show that at a voltage of 9 volts it has the lowest efficiency of about 75%, with an evaporator temperature reaching -5.5°C and a condenser temperature of 46°C, at a voltage of 12 volts it has an efficiency of around 77%, with an evaporator temperature reaching -4.25°C and the condenser temperature is 43°C, while at 15 volts it has the highest efficiency of around 82%, with the evaporator temperature reaching -1.06°C and the condenser temperature 39°C. However, the operational cost rates for using an ice tube machine at a voltage of 9 volts, 12 volts and 15 volts are Rp. 634.56,- ; Rp. 765.85, - and Rp. 1223.07,- per kilogram of tube ice for 45 minutes on operational test.

Axial pumps are a type of centrifugal type water pump that is widely used by the agricultural and fishing industries to move water in large capacities. This research aims to study the effect of adding Ball Mouth to an axial flow pump designed and made from 6 inch PVC pipe powered by a 1.5 kW electric motor. This research uses an experimental method, namely by testing 3 prototype axial pumps using Ball Mouth model A, model B and without using a ball mouth. The test was carried out by varying the number of propeller blades, namely blade 2, blade 3 and blade 4. Data was taken by measuring volume flow rate via U-Notch and electrical power consumption via an Ampermeter measuring instrument. The results show that the addition of the Ball Mouth, especially model B, increases the volume flow rate and pump efficiency significantly. However, the differences between models A and B are not consistent across blades, indicating the importance of design adjustments for optimal results.

Zakat has a transcendental and social dimension. It applies the principles of justice, balance and equity, also the benefits of people. In reality,people do not understand and know the implementation of agricultural Zakat. The research has some aims to determine the degree of awareness during the farmers implementing agriculture zakat in Sidoharjo,Tanjunganom subdistrict,Nganjuk regency. The case study of this research is “qualitative approach”.The techniques of data collection are observation,interview,documentation.While,the data analyses techniques used are reduction,presentation,and summary/verification data. Based on the result study,it can be cloncluded that the use and distribution of agricultural Zakat depend on the periodisation of both the harvest and Ramadan period.The Implementation of zakat can be in the form of money and material.zakat has the same meaning with infaq and sadaqah. This statement is not exacly and not accordance with shar’i rules. The farmers know about zakat but they don’t understand about agricultural zakat yet.The reason is due to that the awareness among farmers are low.Caused by the less understanding of the management Zakat,especially agricultural Zakat,low level of their educations,the distribution of Zakat is not yet on exactly target and unavailable Zakat management institution.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Restu Mahkota Karya Cikampek. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research aims to develop a mathematical model, where this research does not only use theories taken from the literature or theoretical studies, but is also very important to build hypotheses that have a relationship with the natural phenomena to be studied. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and tested through a simple linear regression test, test the correlation coefficient and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the effect of organizational culture on performance is 37.3% and the remaining 62.7% is not examined in this study.

In recent months, a controversial incident has stirred public discourse, wherein a victim of a "begal" crime found themselves implicated as a suspect and detained by law enforcement. This development raises concerns about the discernment exercised by authorities in rendering decisions without meticulous consideration and logical evaluation. The victim faces charges under Article 338 of the Criminal Code, pertaining to the unlawful taking of a person's life, and Article 351, paragraph 3, concerning assault leading to the loss of life. The employed research methodology adopts a descriptive approach, facilitating a problem-solving investigation by delineating the conditions of the subject or object under study, which may encompass individuals, institutions, or communities based on observable facts. This study adheres to a qualitative research approach, prioritizing an in-depth understanding of the problem over generalization. The secondary research involves data derived from secondary sources, not obtained directly from the primary source. The dual focus addresses two primary inquiries: first, why can a victim facing a charge of taking someone's life be subjected to imprisonment? Second, does victimology maintain relevance within the criminal justice system in Indonesia? The discerned conclusion underscores the imperative for law enforcement officials to exercise heightened prudence when handling cases involving victims turned suspects. It advocates for a judicious approach, combining firmness and logical analysis in decision-making processes and the apprehension of individuals involved in criminal incidents. This scrutiny is pivotal to ensure the equitable and just treatment of all parties within the criminal justice system.
