Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the increasing number of people doing electronic trade. One of them is trading women's products electronically in Pekanbaru City. Electronic trading often creates obstacles such as payment procedures, legal protection, electronic signatures, and dispute resolution mechanisms that occur in the future. Electronic trading must also comply with positive law. Even though there are a number of obstacles in trading electronically, this type of trade still has an interest. Besides that ignoring technological developments will have a negative impact in the future, so that openness and proactive and anticipatory nature are alternatives that can be chosen in facing the dynamics of technological development including trade developments such as electronic commerce or commonly referred to as electronic commerce or e-commerce. This is because Indonesia has become part of the global e-commerce market. The focus of this research is 1). What is the legal protection of consumers in the trade of women's products in Pekanbaru City? 2.) What is the legal settlement if a dispute arises by the parties in the electronic trade in women's products in Pekanbaru City? The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal protection of consumers in the trade of women's products electronically in Pekanbaru City and to find out how to resolve their laws in the event of a dispute by parties in the trade of women's products electronically in Pekanbaru City. The results showed that legal instruments in Indonesia have provided legal protection to consumers even though they are not yet fully like the UUPK and the ITE Law, but there are still consumers who do not understand the UUPK and the ITE Law. And there are still consumers who do not understand their rights and obligations as consumers. The dispute resolution mechanism available is either through justice or outside the court. Abstract

The pandemic that is being experienced by Indonesia, namely the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, has led to the implementation of large-scale social restrictions in order to accelerate the handling of the spread of the virus. As a result of the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia, including in Riau Province, where every City and Regency has increased, especially Pekanbaru, the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). This study tries to answer this question by using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Naïve Bayes Classifier is a probabilistic and statistical method of classification technique that predicts future opportunities based on previous experience. The use of the Naïve Bayes algorithm to predict the growth of Covid-19 cases in Pekanbaru obtained a good performance score with 90.00% accuracy, 90.24% precision and 91.90% recall. Based on the results of the classification of the datasets used in this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Policy for Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in the city of Pekanbaru has proven to be effective where there has been a decline in the category of growth of Covid-19 cases with a high category from 70% to 25%. Vice versa, the growth of Covid-19 cases in the low category has increased from 30% to 65%.

Abstract

Abstract Riau has many new tourist attractions that are no less attractive to tourist attractions that are already well-known in other regions of Indonesia, but are not widely known by domestic and foreign tourists. So far, the promotion of tourist attractions is only based on writing and photos of one side that is less interactive. Increasing the promotion of tourism locations is needed to increase the interest of tourists to visit the place. One effort that can be done in the development of media promotion of tourist attractions is to use current technological developments, such as a Virtual Tour application. Virtual Reality (VR) application which is designed to be used as a medium of information and tourism promotion in Riau province. The impression of a virtual reality tour using 360°degree photos makes users feel as if they are in the environment. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages which include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The sample data was used as many as 18 tourism sites taken from 3 districts namely Pekanbaru City, Kampar and Rokan Hulu. Based on the results of the study obtained all the functions of the application run well and are expected to help tourists and the public provide information about the location of tourist attractions and can increase the potential of tourism in the province of Riau, especially Pekanbaru City. Keywords: virtual reality tour, promotion, tourism, riau, android Abstrak Riau memiliki banyak tempat – tempat wisata baru yang tidak kalah menariknya dengan tempat wisata yang sudah terkenal di daerah lainnya di Indonesia, tetapi belum banyak diketahui oleh wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Selama ini promosi tempat wisata hanya berdasarkan tulisan dan foto satu sisi yang kurang interaktif. Meningkatkan promosi lokasi pariwisata diperlukan untuk meningkatkan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke tempat tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengembangan media promosi tempat wisata adalah dengan menggunakan perkembangan teknologi saat ini, seperti sebuah aplikasi Virtual Tour. Aplikasi Virtual Reality (VR) yang dirancang digunakan sebagai media informasi dan promosi pariwisata provinsi Riau. Kesan virtual tour reality menggunakan foto 360° derajat membuat pengguna dapat merasa seolah-olah berada di dalam lingkungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yang meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Data sampel digunakan sebanyak 18 tempat pariwisata yang diambil dari 3 kabupaten yaitu Kota Pekanbaru, Kampar dan Rokan Hulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat semua fungsi aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan diharapkan dapat membantu wisatawan serta masyarakat memberikan informasi tentang lokasi tempat wisata dan dapat meningkatkan potensi pariwisata di propinsi Riau khususnya Kota Pekanbaru. Abstract

Rapidly developing technological advances have encouraged the emergence of various increasingly sophisticated electrical measurement equipment, including the Kilo Watt Hour meter (KWH). The weakness of this KWH meter system is that the warning system is only in the form of indicator lights and buzzer alarms which are often ignored by users and their range is limited. Users who are outside the home also cannot know the condition of electricity at home. So an electricity token notification system is needed to make it easier for users. This tool is designed by utilizing Arduino Uno, SIM 800L, Potentio. SIM 800L is used to send SMS notifications and Potentio to simulate the number of electricity tokens. In this tool Tsukamoto Fuzzy method is applied to determine the output condition based on the input value. The purpose of designing this tool is to improve the KWH meter warning system so that it can reach users outside the home.

Abstract

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir adalah seorang pelajar yang sedang berjuang demi mendapat gelar sarjana dan memilih tujuan hidup dengan tugas yang baru seperti pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya. Untuk mendapatkan tingkat kelulusan dengan baik dan tepat waktu. Mahasiswa sangat bergantung pada pengaruh dari faktor dalam dan luar kampus. Pemilihan dan penentuan data yang digunakan, diambil dari data publik. Dengan 379 orang mahasiswa tahap akhir sebagai responden. Pengujian ini membandingkan algoritma K-NN, NBC, dan SVM yang lebih baik menyelesaikan masalah terkait prediksi tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa pascasarjana. Berdasarkan perbandingan algoritma tersebut dengan teknik splitting data, didapatkan bahwa Algoritma K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan (NBC) Naïve Bayes Classifier dan SVM (Support Vector Machine) untuk prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan akurasi 87,8%, presisi 87,8%, dan recall 84%.

Abstract

Digital image files or images are sometimes a valuable asset. Digital images that are private and confidential are very vulnerable to interception by other parties, especially if the image is distributed via the internet. To increase the security of digital images so that their confidentiality can be maintained, a special technique is needed to protect digital image messages, namely with cryptographic techniques. This study aims to determine the performance of the SIMON algorithm for digital image security. SIMON algorithm performance results are compared with the vigenere cipher algorithm in terms of time and image file size produced. In this study used base64 encode for the encryption process and base64 decode for the decryption process. The performance of the SIMON algorithm in securing digital images results in an average encryption time of 969 ms and an average decryption time of 1537 ms. The SIMON algorithm requires a longer time for the encryption and decryption process when compared to the Vigenere algorithm. The cipher image encrypted by the SIMON algorithm has a size larger than the original file by 36%. However, when compared to the cipher image encrypted by the Vigenere algorithm, there is no significant difference. The UACI value obtained from the SIMON algorithm cipher image obtained an average yield of 18.94%. Based on the theory of differential analysis, it can be said that this value is still vulnerable to differential attack. This is based on the UACI value which has not met the minimum threshold value of 33%.

Abstract

PNN (Probabilistic Neural Network) adalah salah satu jenis jaringan saraf tiruan (artificial neural network) yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai macam aplikasi, seperti prediction, classification, word embedding, medical detection, biometric identification dan aplikasi lainnya. Meskipun PNN menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam banyak kasus, algoritma ini juga memiliki kerentanan terhadap serangan dan kekurangan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian tentang aplikasi dan kerentanan PNN sangat penting dalam pengembangan sistem pembelajaran mesin yang lebih aman dan andal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis tentang aplikasi dan kerentanan PNN. Metode tinjauan literatur sistematis digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis publikasi terkait PNN dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah. Hasil tinjauan literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa PNN telah berhasil digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi dan menunjukkan kinerja yang baik. Namun, beberapa studi juga mengungkapkan kerentanan dan kelemahan PNN. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang aplikasi dan kerentanan PNN, yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan teknik yang lebih aman dan andal dalam pembelajaran mesin. Hasil tinjauan literatur ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber referensi bagi peneliti yang tertarik dalam pengembangan sistem pembelajaran mesin yang lebih baik dan andal menggunakan algoritma PNN.

Abstract

Abstrak - Artikel ini membahas perkembangan algoritma Lightweight Kriptografi (LWC) dari awal pengembangannya hingga saat ini, dengan fokus pada penerapannya di perangkat Internet of Things (IoT). Dalam lingkungan IoT, keamanan menjadi tantangan utama karena keterbatasan sumber daya pada perangkat. Oleh karena itu, algoritma LWC yang efisien dan aman sangat dibutuhkan. Artikel ini mengulas berbagai algoritma LWC, tahap perkembangan, dan upaya standarisasi yang dilakukan oleh NIST. Melalui studi literatur ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang tren, tantangan, dan solusi dalam pengembangan LWC untuk perangkat IoT.Kata kunci :  Algoritme Lightweight, Internet of ThingsAbstract - This article discusses the development of the Lightweight Cryptography (LWC) algorithm from its inception to the present, focusing on its application in Internet of Things (IoT) devices. In an IoT environment, security becomes a major challenge due to the limited resources on the device. Therefore, efficient and secure LWC algorithms are urgently needed. This article reviews various LWC algorithms, their development stages, and standardization efforts conducted by NIST.
