Abstract

ABSTRAKBeberapa faktor yang menjadi penentu tingkat kenyamanan dalam ruang pada desain rumah tinggal adalah desain envelope (selubung bangunan), karena mempengaruhi beban panas yang diterima mencapai 80%. Atap menjadi elemen pertama yang melindungi rumah tinggal dari berbagai cuaca dan menerima energi panas langsung dari matahari. Oleh karena itu, pengaruh bentuk atap terhadap kenyamanan dalam ruang menjadi hal yang menarik untuk diteliti, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap suhu udara ruang didalamnya.Objek penelitian adalah ruang yang berada dalam satu bangunan rumah tinggal yang menggunakan dua jenis atap, yaitu atap miring dan atap datar yang berada di kawasan Ancol, Jakarta. Penelitian difokuskan pada dua ruang yang berada langsung dibawah penutup atap. Penelitian hanya fokus pada faktor-faktor kenyamanan termal, seperti suhu udara, kelembaban udara relatif, aliran udara, dan suhu permukaan, serta suhu udara rongga atap. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung, pengukuran lapangan dengan rekayasa, dan mengumpulkan teori dan standar kenyamanan termal yang berkaitan dengan variable penelitian setelah itu akan diolah dengan tabulasi dan grafik, dan dianalisa untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitiannya adalah suhu permukaan atap, suhu udara rongga atap dan suhu udara dalam ruang pada ruang yang menggunakan atap datar lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ruang yang beratap miring.Kata Kunci : atap, rumah tinggal, kenyamanan termalABSTRACTSome of the factors that determines the level of comfort in the room on residential design is the design envelope (building envelope), because it affects the heat load received 80%. Roof becomes the first element that protects homes from various weather and receives heat energy directly from the sun. Therefore, the influence of the shape of the roof of comfort in the room becomes interesting to study, to know how big influence on the air temperature inside the room. The object of research are spaces that are in a residential building that uses two types of roofs, the sloping roof and flat roof located in Ancol, Jakarta. The study focused on two spaces located directly under the roof covering. The study only focused on thermal comfort factors, such as air temperature, relative humidity, air flow, and the surface temperature and air temperature roof cavity. The goal is to determine and compare the thermal conditions of each of the space. Research using quantitative methods by direct observation, field measurements engineering, and collecting theories and standards relating to thermal comfort research variable after it is treated with tabulations and charts, and analyzed to obtain conclusions. Results of the study was the roof surface temperature, air temperature and air temperature roof cavity in space on the space using flat roof is higher than the slant-roofed space.Keywords : roof, houses, thermal comfort

Abstract

Kenyamanan termal dalam Ruang Terbuka Hijau kota memiliki peran yang penting. Keadaan termal berkaitan dengan kenyamanan dan kesehatan para pengguna RTH. Penelian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pendapat para pengguna mengenai keadaan termal RTH tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran keadaan termal RTH serta penyebaran kuisioner bagi para pengguna RTH. Lokasi survey untuk penelitian ini adalah Taman Menteng dan Taman Suropati di Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taman Menteng pada pagi hari dengan suhu udara 28-29 C dirasakan netral oleh para responden. Sedangkan Taman Suropati dengan suhu 28-29 C netral tapi tidak menonjol. Sebaliknya pada waktu sore dengan suhu 31 C di Taman Menteng dirasakan agak dingin oleh responden, sedangkan Taman Suropati dirasakan netral. Fenomena ini terkait dengan lingkungan kedua RTH yang agak berbeda. Taman Menteng dibatasi jalan yang ramai dan Taman Kodok. Sedangkan Taman Suropati seluruhnya dikelilingi oleh jalan yang ramai lalu lintasnya. Selain itu, Taman Menteng memiliki pelataran keras yang cukup luas, sedangkan Taman Suropati memiliki pepohonan yang cukup rindang.Kata Kunci : kenyamanan termal, ruang terbuka hijau, keadaan termal

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasjid pada umumnya didesain dengan banyak bukaan ventilasi untuk memasukkan penghawaan alami kedalam bangunan dengan maksud untuk menurunkan suhu didalam.Masjid Jendral Sudirman merupakan masjid dengan bukaan jendela pada tiap sisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh dari bukaan terhadap kinerja termal pada runang dalam masjid. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif evaluatif dengan pengdekatan kuantitatif. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan cara mengukur suhu udara, suhu permukaan dan kecepatan angin. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 3 hari dari jam 09.00 sampai dengan 17.00 dengan menggunakan simulasi percobaan pada bukaan. Dari kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa pengaruh bukaan terhadap penurunan suhu udara didalam tidak signifikan. Penurunan suhu tertinggi adalah pada perbandingan percobaan jendela terbuka sebagian dilantai 2 dan 3 yaitu sebesar 1,18 oC.Kata Kunci : Bukaan Ventilasi, Kinerja Termal, Masjid ABSTRACTThe mosque is generally designed with many ventilation openings to incorporate natural penghawaan into the building with the intention to lower the temperature inside. Mosque General Sudirman is a mosque with window openings on each side. This study aims to determine how the influence of openings on thermal performance at runang in the mosque. The method used is descriptive evaluative with quantitative approach. Measurements are made by measuring air temperature, surface temperature and wind speed. Measurements were carried out for 3 days from 09:00 to 17:00 hours by using experimental simulations on openings. From the conclusion obtained that the influence of openings to the decrease in air temperature inside is not significant. The highest temperature drop was in the comparison of experimental open-window experiments on the 2nd and 3rd floors of 1.18 oC.Keyword: Ventilation openings, Thermal Performance, Mosque

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan termal para siswa dalam ruang kelas serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bukaan terhadap kenyamanan termal siswa di ruang kelas. Objek dari penlitian ini adalah tiga ruang kelas di SDN Pondok Jagung 1, Kota Tangerang Selatan.  Kelas yang diteliti adalah dua kelas di lantai satu dan satu kelas di lantai dua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Yaitu berupa kuesioner (Kualitatif) dan pengukuran kenyamanan termal menggunakan alat pengukuran (kuantitatif) berupa kecepatan angin (Anemometer Vane Probe), pengukuran suhu permukaan (Infrared Thermometer) dan pengukuran kelembapan ruangan. (Dry and Wet). Pengukuran yang dilakukan mengggunakan tiga experiemen yaitu dengan ventilasi tertutup semua, ventilasi terbuka menyilang dan ventilasi terbuka semua. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak ventilasi yang terbuka maka semakin rendah nilai PMV yang diperoleh karena suhu udara akan semakin dinging. Kemudian semakin banyak ventilasi yang dibuka maka nilai PPD (%) akan semakin menurun. Sehingga benyaknya ventilasi pada ruangan akan mempengaruhi kenyamanan termal ruangan. Sedangkan nilai kenyamanan termal yang diperoleh adalah kelas 3A dan 3B belum memnuhi kenyamanan termal. Namun kelas 4A adalah kelas yang paling mendekati zona Kenyamanan termal. Kata Kunci : Kenyamanan Termal, PMV, Ruang Kelas.  ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of thermal comfort of students in the classroom and to find out how much influence the openings to the thermal comfort of students in the classroom. The object of this research is three classrooms in SDN Pondok Jagung 1, Kota Tangerang Selatan. The researches are two classes on the first floor and one class on the second floor. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative method used as data collection method. Namely the questionnaire (Qualitative) and thermal comfort measurements using measurement tools (quantitative) in the form of wind speed (Anemometer Vane Probe), measurement of surface temperature (Infrared Thermometer) and humidity measurement of the room. (Dry and Wet). Measurements were made using three experi- ences: all closed ventilation, open cross ventilation and all open ventilation. From these results it can be concluded that the more open ventilation, the lower the PMV values is obtained because the air temperature will be more dinging. Then the more ventilation opened then the value of PPD (%) will decrease further. So that the ventilation in the room will affect the thermal comfort of the room. While the thermal comfort value obtained is class 3A and 3B have not fulfilled thermal comfort. However class 4A is the class closest to the Thermal comfort zone.

Abstract

Definitions of green buildings, in essence it should be environmentally friendly and sustainable ranging from planning, implementation to operation of the building. In the implementation of the legislation is needed to ensure its implementation. Candy MOE issued a regulation on the criteria and certification of environmentally friendly building where the content has some similarities with the green building parameters issued by GBCI. Parameter issued by GBCI is Appropriate Land, Energy Efficiency and Refrigerants, Water Conservation, Resource and Material Cycle, Quality and Comfort Air, and the Built Environment Management. This research question is whether there are other laws that support the concept of building a 'green'. The method used is descriptive review the regulations of the aspects of green building. The results showed that there are many laws and regulations in Indonesia has not accommodate green building design criteria. This could mean there are no rules or regulations already exist, but still expressed in general.

Abstract

Masjid Bayt Al Qur’an merupakan masjid yang mengusung konsep Go-Green dengan arsitektur bergaya modern-minimalis yang menghadirkan layanan umat seperti pelaksanaan shalat lima waktu dan peringatan hari raya agama Islam, serta mengadakan berbagai kajian keislaman yang secara rutin dilaksanakan, sehingga kenyamanan termal sangat diperlukan. Masalah penelitian ini adalah banyaknya ataupun luasnya bukaan pada ruangan masih tetap menggunakan ac dan kipas angin saat ruangan digunakan untuk aktifitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kenyamanan termal di masjid memenuhi persyaratan kenyamanan termal pada SNI 03-6572-2001. Alat yang digunakan adalah meteran, infrared thermometer, anemometer, temperature humidity meter dan kuesioner. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 2 hari percobaan dengan 6 waktu pengukuran per harinya, dari pukul 13.00 WIB – 16.00 WIB. Hasil kenyamanan termal masjid menurut SNI 03-6572-2001 yaitu kondisi ruang menggunakan ac nyaman dengan nilai rata-rata 24,47°C / 66,60% dan ruang tanpa ac tidak nyaman dengan nilai rata-rata 28,09°C / 67,50%, untuk ruang menggunakan kipas angin nyaman dengan nilai rata-rata 27,81°C / 61,86% dan ruang tanpa kipas angin tidak nyaman dengan nilai rata-rata 29,00°C / 64,16%. The Bayt Al Qur'an Mosque is a mosque with a modern minimalist style architecture that incorporates the Go-Green concept, offering five daily prayers, offering community services such as commemorating Islamic holidays, It conducts various Islamic studies that are conducted in Thermal comfort is therefore very good. A problem with this study is the number or extent of openings in the room that still use air conditioners and fans when the room is in use for activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the thermal comfort of a mosque meeting the thermal comfort requirements of SNI 03-6572-2001. The tools used are meters, infrared thermometers, anemometers, thermohygrometers, and questionnaires. Measurements were taken on two test days, from 1.00 pm WIB to 4.00 pm WIB, with 6 measurements per day. Thermal comfort results of the mosque according to SNI 03-6572-2001, i.e. the condition of the room with air conditioning is comfortable with an average value of 24.47 °C / 66.60% and the room without air conditioning is not comfortable. Average 28.09°C / 67.50%, average 27.81°C / 61.86% for room with comfort fan, average 29.00°C / 64.16% for room without comfort fan.

Abstract

To obtain natural light in the room course need aperture wide. However, it will cause the room to become hot because radiation also can come in. To reduce the radiation, the curtains are used to reduce such radiation. This resulted in the lighting level in the classroom decreases. When this is the case, then artificial lighting is needed. This study aims to optimize natural and artificial light in classrooms that use a curtain. The results showed that the level of natural lighting that can reach all of the space obtained by opening all the curtains. At the point of measuring in the front (near the board) reached 284 to 325 lux. However, on the side of the window gets very high light from 3100 to 3340 lux (TU 10, 11, and 12). If the blinds partially open (50%) the light only reaches the middle of the room (TU 7,8,9). The use of lights is not a lot of role because of the level of exposure of the lamp not according to the standard

Abstract

Kampung Melayu is an area in East Jakarta that often experiences flooding. Many RWs were affected. One of the impacts is the problem of providing clean water during floods. This community service will discuss the handling of water sources in mosques which are often used as a means of evacuation during floods. In addition, the mosque also functions as a source of clean water when a flood occurs. This Abdimas provides assistance in procuring water tanks for clean water in addition to the existing tanks. The mosque management and the community welcome this activity and it is hoped that there will be other activities in the future

Abstract

One of the most important aspect in architecture is the selection of exterior material. This materialsurface faces directly with building’s surrounding climate and environment, transferring the heat through its wall and roof significantly so it requires more consideration from the planners. Widely use of glasses as building’s exterior impacts its heat absorbing thereby it needs more power for air conditioning in order to keep the interior temperature productively workable. The objective of this research is to observe the impact between glass partition and interior thermal condition, how the habitants react, and also the ideal temperature for both users and building’s OTTV. Correlational research combines results from thermal observation and user’s perceptionin order to get its convenience thermal condition and to know its OTTV so we can issue the standard
