Abstract

E-voting is a tool to support the voting process starting from recording, voting, and counting votes using electronic devices. E-voting promises a faster voting process, reduced budget costs, lost votes due to damaged ballot papers during the voting process, and others. E-voting is also used in high school student council elections. Young people are more computer literate (computer literacy) and interested in using new technology (e-voting) than adults and older people. This study aims to determine the suitability of e-voting in the SMA OSIS election to the user's task support using the task-technology fit (TTF) model. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. This analysis is used to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the 4 formulated hypotheses can be accepted and the students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul feel the suitability of technology support when voting using e-voting in the selection of the high school student council.

Abstract

Portal UAA merupakan sistem informasi terpadu bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan informasi kegiatan akademik. Pengaksesan Portal UAA sering terjadi kendala dalam menginput password, sehingga diterapkan sistem single sign on untuk mengakses layanan mengunakan akun yang sama dan dapat meminimalisir resiko keamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesiapan pengguna dalam menerima dan menggunakan sistem single sign on pada Portal UAA, dengan mengunakan metode technology readiness index (TRI). Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2018-2020 pengguna Portal UAA sehingga memperoleh sebanyak 231 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan disproportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 50 responden dengan Teori Roscoe sebagai sampel dalam pengujian instrumen dan hipotesis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa optimism dan insecurity mempengaruhi secara signifikan kesiapan teknologi sistem single sign on pada Portal UAA. Sedangkan innovativeness dan discomfort mempengaruhi secara tidak signifikan kesiapan teknologi sistem single sign on  pada Portal UAA.

Abstract

abstract: Sandy Shop is a store that is engaged in the sale of men's clothing. The business was established one year after the first child of the couple Mr. Ikhfan and Ms. Erniwati, precisely in 1999, and the name of the shop itself was taken from the name of their first child, Sandy Ervan Kurniawan. The sales system that occurs at Sandy Shop is that consumers come to the store to find and select items to buy. In doing marketing, only through conversation from person to person. Another problem is the sales process that is only centered in the city of Sawahlunto, making customers outside the city find it difficult to buy the product and to manage sales data Sandy Shop uses the conventional method of using a sales notebook. Based on interviews with Sandy Shop owners, the majority of clothing stores in the city of Sawahlunto have not used internet media as an alternative means of promotion. With the existence of the Web E-Shop at Sandy Shop, it is expected to provide convenience to the public to make purchases/orders for products without having to come to the store, and expand marketing and increase consumer confidence. The method used in the development of e-shop web systems is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method and the software used to design and design the PHP programming language, MySQL database, Notepad ++, and XAMPP text editors. Abstrak: Toko Sandy merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian khusus pria. Usaha ini didirikan satu tahun setelah anak pertama dari pasangan Bapak Ikhfan dan Ibu Erniwati yaitu tepatnya pada tahun 1999, dan nama toko itu sendiri diambil dari nama anak pertama mereka yaitu Sandy Ervan Kurniawan. Sistem penjualan yang terjadi di Toko Sandy adalah konsumen datang ke toko untuk mencari dan memilih barang yang akan dibeli. Di dalam melakukan pemasaran, hanya melalui perbincangan dari orang ke orang. Masalah lainnya adalah proses penjualan yang hanya berpusat di Kota Sawahlunto membuat pelanggan yang berada di luar kota merasakan kesulitan apabila ingin membeli produk tersebut, dan untuk mengelola data penjualan Toko Sandy menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu menggunakan buku catatan penjualan. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan pemilik Toko Sandy, mayoritas toko pakaian yang ada di kota Sawahlunto belum menggunakan media internet sebagai sarana promosi alternatif. Dengan adanya Web E-Shop pada Toko Sandy diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan pembelian/pemesanan produk tanpa harus datang ke toko, serta memperluas pemasaran dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem web e-shop adalah metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dan software yang digunakan untuk merancang dan mendesain yaitu bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, text editor Notepad++, dan XAMPP.

Abstract

User satisfaction is one of the important points for evaluating information systems or applications. Information systems or applications are said to be "good" if users are satisfied with the information system implemented in an organization and ADIBA MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) application is one of example. ADIBA MSME application is engaged in business economics. ADIBA MSME uses flutter platform with dart programming language. ADIBA MSME can map the distribution of closest LKS in Yogyakarta so that it can be accessed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) actors. The existence of ADIBA MSME is expected to be the right solution in creating connectivity (link and match) between business actors and LKS so that the mobilization of LKS funds becomes more productive, effective, and efficient. Even though this app is already used, we still need to find whether users satisfy or not with this app. Therefore, we do this research to find that. The user satisfaction model in this study is End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and data processing methods to determine the relationship between indicators and construct to user satisfaction using SEM-PLS. The purpose of this study is to determine user satisfaction with ADIBA MSME application.
