Abstract

Locally Advanced Breast Cancer (LABC) bagian terbesar (50-60%) dari penderita kanker payudara8. Menurut pakar breast cancer ditandai dengan perubahan warna kecoklatan pada data histopatologi yang diambil pada jaringan (sampel) yang diambil melalui oprasi. Untuk mengetahui bagian ketidaknormalan yang saling tumpang tindih dari breast cancer maka dibutuhkan pemisahan bagian warna dari citra HER2. Metode dilakukan dengan color deconvolution dimana dengan menggunakan metode ini warna dipisahkan berdasarkan stain yang telah didefinisikan melalui larutan Hematoxylin, Eosin dan Diaminobenzine. Hasil pemisahan warna berdasarkan stain telah teruji dalam mendapatkan hasil keakuratan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Purwarupa sistem berbantu komputer untuk penentuan skor 2+ pada citra digital HER2 akan dijelaskan dengan singkat. Purwarupa ini dibangun sebagai alat bantu untuk menegakkan diagno-sis pada kegawatan sel kanker payudara berdasar citra mikroskopis digital. Citra digital diperoleh dari foto mikroskopis jaringan sel kanker yang telah melalui proses immunohistochemical (IHC). Ada dua proses utama yang dilakukan dalam purwarupa ini yaitu penajaman warna dengan model pertukaran warna dan ekstraksi ciri warna. Model sistem cerdas untuk penentuan skor berdasar-kan informasi luasan area tersegmentasi saat ini sedang dalam proses validasi.

Abstract

Local craft industry is now starting to compete with other industries in the process of advancing the region and even the country's economy. Yogyakarta, as a tourism destination known for its traditional cultural values would be more interesting if the culture of local crafts can be more openly introduced. The high interest in the local craft makes tourists want to see, and even to try the process of making of local crafts in Yogyakarta. Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) with genetic algorithm method works by providing Yogyakarta's local craft location recommendation, from closest to farthest location that can be visited by tourists with the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) on their smartphones. Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) with genetic algorithm (GA) method provides the best traveling route for tourists who want to find and visit Yogyakarta's local craft location in one hand.

Abstract

Hospitals are often associated with experiences about illness, hospitals help solve problems about the disease, but hospitals also provide services about childbirth. The inpatient process is a very traumatic experience for male or female. In the stress management system, several factors have been affected, but stress has not yet been utilized. Questionnaire from the question of the total has several weights at each point. The weighting of each questionnaire points has one weight so that the results of each item will be added. Each question represents each output point. In Figure 2, the results of the DAS-42 assessment will be categorized into three membership functions, namely Depression, Anxiety, and Stress. Calculation of stress management status assessment grouping is tested using assessment calculation. Each question point in the form uses the point grouping reference dass42. The cluster of question points according to the fuzzy variable set members is shown in Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4, and Figure 5. The test was declared valid by psychiatrists and psychiatrists.

Abstract

Mata merupakan bagian dari kelima panca indra dari tubuh manusia. Mata mempuyai salah satu bagian disebut iris mata. Iris adalah salah satu organ bagian dalam dari mata terletak di belakang kornea dan di depan lensa. Fungsi utama dari iris mata adalah mengatur ukuran (besarnya) pupil. Banyaknya cahaya masuk ke dalam pupil jatuh pada retina mata dan diatur oleh otot–otot dalam iris. Iris mata setiap manusia memiliki pola berbeda sehingga dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan identifikasi seseorang. Iris mata manusia bisa menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengidentifikasi atau membuktikan jati diri seseorang, cara ini biasa dikenal dengan biometric. Aplikasi ini nantinya diharapkan bisa mengidentifikasi bagian dari iris mata serta bentuk pola iris mata seseorang. Sehingga bisa dilanjutkan untuk kepentingan biometrik kedepannya. Metode digunakan adalah metode Histogram Equalizationuntuk perbaikan kualitas citra (image enhacement) dan metode Circle Midpoint Algorithm, daugman’s rubber sheet, dan Co-occurence Matrices and Feature untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk pola iris mata.Metode tersebut diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi iris mata seseorang dan untuk mengetahui apakah dapat mengidentifikasi dengan baik maka sistem akan melalui pengujian data.

Abstract

Islamic banking is one of the icons or representations of Islamic Financial Institutions in Indonesia. Problems around Islamic finance are still a hot topic of discussion. Public participation in the use of financial services is an essential issue on the policy agenda of some developing countries that have underdeveloped banking and commercial systems and often only want to serve high-income customers or large companies, because uneven distribution of financial services will hamper the growth and development of a number of small businesses and poor families. Head of the Sharia Banking Department Ahmad Soekro Tratmono explained that the empirical evidence of the stigma was manifested by the fixed position of the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia, which from 1992 until now did not exceed the 5 percent limit. Efforts to increase market share in Islamic financial institutions by using information technology. ADIBA MSME is a technology application that aims to map the distribution of the closest LKS institutions that can be accessed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs. The existence of ADIBA MSME is expected to be a surefire solution in creating connectivity (Link and Match) between business actors and LKS so that the mobilization of LKS funds becomes more productive, effective, and efficient. With the use of ADIBA MSME technology, it can become an accelerator of regional economic growth through the utilization of Islamic financial literacy so that the use of ADIBA MSME can increase the market share of Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

Case 30.8 percent of Indonesian children under five are stunted. Bantul is a district in the Province of D.I. Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is a locus of stunting. Bantul has ten villages. The ten villages include Patalan Jetis Village, Canden Jetis Village, Terong Dlingo Village, Argodadi Sedayu Village, Triharjo Pandak Village, Triwidadi Pajangan Village, Jatimulyo Dlingo Village, Datangharjo Sewon Village, Sendangsari Pajangan Village, and Trimulyo Jetis Village. The research focuses on the village of Argodadi Sedayu. In the village of Argodadi Sedayu, Antenatal Care (ANC) research would be conducted. Antenatal Care (ANC) is a pregnancy check by a doctor or midwife. Therefore, Antenatal Care Analysis (ANC) is needed to determine whether diet, parenting, and sanitation are well programmed. Antenatal care (ANC) research framework was a model of method improvement. The method improvement model consists of indicators, proposed methods, objectives, and measurements. The indicators consist of monitoring instruments and health visits. The proposed method uses an aggregation pipeline stage. The data was processed in the aggregation pipeline stage. The data were obtained from the time series data surveillance dataset. The research objective was to analyze the research results accurately according to the proposed method. Measurement of indicator analysis with the application of the dashboard as a performance indicator on the research results. Practically, it is hoped that the research results could consider the health office and related institutions in reducing or even elevating Argodadi Sedayu Village in Yogyakarta as a non-locus of stunting using massive monitoring of diet, parenting, and sanitation well programmed.

Abstract

The development of advances in educational methods has developed in the last few decades. especially at the higher education level such as college. The rising interest of students in pursuing their higher education education has caused the sector to be split into two sectors, both private and public university. This difference raises several questions recently about how the two types differ in carrying out the educational process. whether there is a difference in terms of cost, service or quality, we really can't tell exactly. For this study, we will try to use the K-Means Clustering & Logistic Regression to group the University into two groups, Private and Public and then compare the two model accuracy. The results of this study show that the results obtained from the K-Means clustering model (22%) are much lower than the Logistic Regression model (91%).

Abstract

User satisfaction is one of the important points for evaluating information systems or applications. Information systems or applications are said to be "good" if users are satisfied with the information system implemented in an organization and ADIBA MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) application is one of example. ADIBA MSME application is engaged in business economics. ADIBA MSME uses flutter platform with dart programming language. ADIBA MSME can map the distribution of closest LKS in Yogyakarta so that it can be accessed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) actors. The existence of ADIBA MSME is expected to be the right solution in creating connectivity (link and match) between business actors and LKS so that the mobilization of LKS funds becomes more productive, effective, and efficient. Even though this app is already used, we still need to find whether users satisfy or not with this app. Therefore, we do this research to find that. The user satisfaction model in this study is End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and data processing methods to determine the relationship between indicators and construct to user satisfaction using SEM-PLS. The purpose of this study is to determine user satisfaction with ADIBA MSME application.

Abstract

Ekspedisi menjadi media penting dalam proses pengiriman barang oleh banyak orang maupun berbagai instansi. Terlebih situasi pandemi yang membuat jasa ekspedisi kian ikut meningkat pula. Penulis melakukan penelitian pada Kantor Pos Wates yang berada di bawah perusahaan Pos Indonesia yang justru peringkatnya jauh berada di bawah ekspedisi swasta lainnya. Faktor penurunan ini kemungkinan karena permasalahan pengiriman barang oleh kurir yang disebut dengan TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) dimana kurir kesulitan menentukan rute terpendek dalam pengantaran paket kepada pelanggan di setiap lokasi pengirimannya mulai dari titik awal sampai kembali ke titik awal lagi. Solusi permasalahan ini adalah penerapan algoritma genetika untuk pengiriman barang dengan hasil keluaran aplikasi berbasis web sehingga kurir dapat mengirimkan barang lebih efektif untuk menghemat jarak, waktu dan biaya. Algoritma genetika adalah algoritma metaheuristik sehingga mampu menyelesaikan masalah sampai optimal. Tahapan algoritma genetika meliputi pembangkitan populasi, individu, kromosom, penentuan gen, penentuan fitness, seleksi untuk mendapatkan parents, crossover untuk menghasilkan offspring, mutasi, sampai menghasilkan solusi. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi digunakan API pada Google Maps untuk menampilkan titik koordinat lokasi yang didefinisikan sebagai gen. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall agar proses pembuatannya dilakukan secara urut dan terstruktur. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah PHP untuk menanamkan algoritma genetika pada web-nya. Adapula hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi web penentu rekomendasi rute yang di-generate berdasarkan jarak terdekat yang dapat dilalui kurir.
