Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the influence of motivation, competence and financial capability toward interest continue studies on lecturer at the University of Tridinanti Palembang. This type of research is associative with the quantitative approach. The type of the data being used is the primary data by the method of data collection the questionnaire, interview and observation. The population in this research is still a qualified lecturer throughout the master's degree at the University of Tridinanti Palembang totaling 178 people. Sampling techniques using accidental sampling by the number of samples was determined as many as 100 respondents. The results showed that the hypothesis test simultaneously motivation, competence and the ability to financially influential interest continue studies on lecturer at University of Tridinanti Palembang with the value significance of 0.000. While partially, motivation, competence and financial capability to interest in continue study with each influence quantity amounting to 37%, 32%, and 23%.Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Financial Capability, Interest.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial terhadap minat melanjutkan studi pada dosen di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap yang berkualifikasi magister di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang yang berjumlah 178 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi pada dosen di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial, motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan studi dengan besaran pengaruh masing-masing sebesar  37%, 32% dan 23%.Kata kunci: Motivasi; Kompetensi; Kemampuan Finansial; Minat.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of business incubator activities against the interests of student entrepreneurship at the University of Tridinanti. This type of research is comparative. The population are 5,737 people. Sampling techniques using Accidental sampling by the number of samples was determined as many as 200 respondents. The primary data sources with the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis techniques using paired sample t test. The results showed that there is a difference of interest a student entrepreneurship before and after follow the business incubator activities with significance value of 0.000 where the average value of interest in entrepreneurship student business incubator activities after following increased by 1.960 point than before following the activities of the business incubator. The research also found that business incubator activities have changed the mindset of most college students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance at Excelton Hotel Palembang. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques carried out through questionnaire distribution to 68 employees of the Excelton Hotel Palembang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques that are processed using the help of the computer program Statistics Product and Service Soulution (SPSS 22). From the results of the study there is a positive and significant influence of Workload, Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Excelton Hotel Palembang, which is indicated by the Regression model = 38.016 + 0.850X1 + 0.427X2 + 0.657X3 + e. Simultaneous correlation between the Work Load independent variable (X1), Competency independent variable (X2), Compensation independent variable (X3) to Work Performance dependent variable (Y) equals 0.724 means that there is a strong and positive directional relationship. Partial correlation of Workload (X1) to Work Achievement (Y) equals 0.562 means that there is a fairly strong and positive relationship in the same direction, partial correlation of Competence (X2) to Work Achievement (Y) equals 0.581 means that there is a strong enough relationship and positive direction, partial correlation Compensation (X3) to Job Performance (Y) equals 0.613 means that there is a strong and positive directional relationship. This can be seen from the large coefficient of determination which is quite strong at 50.8% so there are still 49.8% of variables that cannot be examined. From the results of data conducted by researchers known Workload (X1), Competence (X2), Compensation (X3) significantly influence Work Performance (Y) of Excelton Hotel Palembang Employees with a calculated F value of 23,480 and a significant probability of 0.00 <0, 05. Workload (X1) has a significant effect on Work Performance (Y) with a calculated T value of 3.496 and a significant probability of 0.001 <0.05. Competence (X2) has a significant effect on Job Performance (Y) with a calculated T value of 2.033 and a significant probability of 0.04 <0.05. Compensation (X3) has a significant effect on Job Performance (Y) with a calculated T value of 2.776 and a significant probability of 0.007 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) simultaneously on  stock  prices  in  banking  sub-sector companies  listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this study is associative and uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 (43x3=129 samples). The data analysis technique used in this research is  descriptive statistics, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test, f test using the software program spss 22 for windows. From the results of the t-test research shows that Return on Equity (ROE) has an effect on stock prices in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) because the significant value is 0.006 <0.05. Earning per Share (EPS) has an effect on stock prices in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) because the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) have a simultaneous effect on stock prices in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) because the significant value is 0.000 <0.05.Keywords : Stock Price, Return on Equity and Earning per Share
