Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the influence of motivation, competence and financial capability toward interest continue studies on lecturer at the University of Tridinanti Palembang. This type of research is associative with the quantitative approach. The type of the data being used is the primary data by the method of data collection the questionnaire, interview and observation. The population in this research is still a qualified lecturer throughout the master's degree at the University of Tridinanti Palembang totaling 178 people. Sampling techniques using accidental sampling by the number of samples was determined as many as 100 respondents. The results showed that the hypothesis test simultaneously motivation, competence and the ability to financially influential interest continue studies on lecturer at University of Tridinanti Palembang with the value significance of 0.000. While partially, motivation, competence and financial capability to interest in continue study with each influence quantity amounting to 37%, 32%, and 23%.Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Financial Capability, Interest.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial terhadap minat melanjutkan studi pada dosen di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap yang berkualifikasi magister di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang yang berjumlah 178 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi pada dosen di Universitas Tridinanti Palembang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial, motivasi, kompetensi dan kemampuan finansial berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan studi dengan besaran pengaruh masing-masing sebesar  37%, 32% dan 23%.Kata kunci: Motivasi; Kompetensi; Kemampuan Finansial; Minat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the difference in Sharia stock performance in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia. The population in the study is all sharia stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia amounting to 1,280 Sharia shares. The retrieval technique uses purposive sampling where the samples are taken with certain criteria. Meanwhile, the research sample amounted to 60 Sharia shares in which 30 sharia stocks are found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and 30 Sharia shares in Bursa Malaysia. The research uses four indicators to use the stock performance of Return shares, Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Earning per Share (EPS). The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative analysis. The data used is secondary data, time series, and cross-section. The data analysis technique used is by conducting independent sample T-Test. The results showed that there was no difference in the performance of sharia stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia given price to book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) with significance values of 0.308 and 0.264 respectively. As for the performance of shares with indicators return and EPS obtained the result that there is a difference in the performance of sharia stocks on the Indonesian stock exchange with significance values of 0.006 and 0.000 respectively. This difference is more due to the risk difference in Indonesia and Malaysia.Key words : Stock Performance, Return, EPS, PBV, PERABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja saham syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bursa Malaysia. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan purposive sampling dimana sampel diambil dengan kriteria tertentu. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 60 saham syariah dimana 30 saham syariah yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan 30 saham syariah yang terdapat di Bursa Malaysia. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat indikator untuk menggukur kinerja saham yaitu Return Saham, Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), dan Earning per Share (EPS). Metode Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, time series dan cross section. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja saham syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bursa Malaysia di lihat dari price to book Value (PBV) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,308 dan 0,264. Sedangkan untuk kinerja saham dengan indikator return dan EPS didapat hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan kinerja saham syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,006 dan 0,000.Kata kunci: Kinerja Saham, Return, EPS, PBV, PER

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of business incubator activities against the interests of student entrepreneurship at the University of Tridinanti. This type of research is comparative. The population are 5,737 people. Sampling techniques using Accidental sampling by the number of samples was determined as many as 200 respondents. The primary data sources with the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis techniques using paired sample t test. The results showed that there is a difference of interest a student entrepreneurship before and after follow the business incubator activities with significance value of 0.000 where the average value of interest in entrepreneurship student business incubator activities after following increased by 1.960 point than before following the activities of the business incubator. The research also found that business incubator activities have changed the mindset of most college students.
