Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios on profitability (NOM), and look at differences in profitability (NOM) in Islamic Banking before and during the Covid-19 pandemic (2018-2021). The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The selected sample is 10 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period from 2018 to 2021. Financial ratios are measured by ROE, NPF, FDR, and BOPO and profitability is measured by NOM. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and non-parametric test (Wilcoxon test). The results showed that ROE and BOPO had a positive effect on NOM, while NPF and FDR had a negative effect on NOM, then there is no difference in net operating margin (NOM) before and during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research looks at how management accounting functions and factors are implemented. Hawalom Kupi Ulee Kareng, Lhokseumawe City is the object of research. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. This research uses qualitative methods using interactive analysis. Data obtained directly from the owner of Hawalom Kupi Ulee Kareng Lhokseumawe and data analysis in the field so that it is more representative. Data collection techniques are used to collect data seen from its use through observation and so on. Data must provide information based on supporting facts, including by conducting (1) Interviews, (2) Observations. Interviews were asked to the owner of the research object in the form of unstructured questions. Observations are carried out directly so as to obtain relevant results, and can also be used as a reference. The results of observations and interviews are presented in table form with a clear explanation of the research objects in implementing the functions of implementing management accounting, namely planning, organizing, directing, controlling and decision making.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Environmentally Friendly Human Resource Management on the operational effectiveness of private sector companies.  By reviewing several studies that were samples in this investigation.  The results of this research found that Environmentally Friendly Human Resource Management has a beneficial impact on overall business performance. Improves organizational performance and is an important determinant of company sustainability in the market.   The findings of this research indicate that the application of environmentally friendly human resource management methods results in increased employee and organizational performance

Green Financing is a broad term that can refer to financial investments that flow into sustainable development projects and initiatives, environmental products and policies that encourage sustainable economic development. This research aims to analyze the role of banking in green finance in Indonesia. The focus of Green activities Financing itself is providing financing for projects or development that takes into account the balance between the economy, social and environment. To unite the steps of commercial banks in Indonesia in green financing, the government issued regulations regarding the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers and Public Companies.

Abstract

Environmental sustainability is causing increasing concern among business executives, governments, consumers, and management experts. In the midst of the struggles of stakeholders and the challenges and opportunities of environmental problems, the HRM function participates in ongoing discussions and debates. The business domain sees the origins of Green HRM with the expanding role of HRM functions in realizing environmentally friendly businesses. This research aims to explain the concept of Environmentally Friendly Human Resource Management, the company's approach to environmentally friendly HRM, its advantages, policies and practices. This paper discusses the current trends of eco-friendly HRM practices in companies based on findings from several studies, survey reports and secondary data from corporate web resources. This also shows the role of the Human Resources function in creating a 'green' culture in the company

Abstract

This research uses the Volz legal instrument framework to analyze the legal aspects of Green Finance in Indonesia. The results of this research find that Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority have regulatory tools to influence loans, loan policies and investment choices. There are various green finance instruments available under Indonesian law, including loan-to-value/finance-to-value ratios, environmentally friendly financial guidelines, and affirmative steps. The legal framework for environmentally friendly finance in Indonesia is quite promising, with the implementation of sustainable finance by the business world and government support. However, there is room for Bank Indonesia to adopt additional regulatory instruments to further encourage sustainable finance

Abstract

This article attempts to review existing research on green finance. This report identifies important themes in the green finance literature, particularly strategies for increasing green financing; efforts to make environmentally friendly investments profitable; promoting environmentally friendly financing using technology and policy, the role of regulators and financial institutions in the environmentally friendly finance agenda, and the challenges of environmentally friendly financing. Several cross-country observations regarding environmentally friendly finance challenges and solutions to green finance problems have been documented. Existing findings show that green finance has the potential to make a significant difference to the environment, society and climate change mitigation, but there are still many challenges faced such as a lack of awareness about environmentally friendly finance, inconsistent definitions of finance. environmentally friendly, lack of policy coordination for environmentally friendly financing, inconsistent policies, and lack of profitable incentives for investors and financial institutions who want to invest in climate change mitigation.
