Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan bobot kriteria kompetensi dengan metode ANPdan mendapatkan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan rating scale.AnalyticNetwork Process (ANP) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur bobot kriteria kompetensi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan melibatkan keterkaitan antar kriteria. Dari hasil pembobotan dengan ANP, diperoleh bobot untuk kelompok kompetensi keterampilan teknis (0.079), kelompok kompetensi kepribadian/penampilan (0.339), kelompok kompetensi keterampilan mengurus tugas (0.069), dan kelompok kompetensi hubungan kerja (0.513). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian terhadap 7 karyawan bagian personalia didapatkan hasil bahwa 4 karyawan memiliki kinerja tinggi sedangkan 3 karyawan lainnya memiliki kinerja sesuai standar.Kata kunci : Analytical Network Process, karyawan, kinerja, rating scaleAbstract The purpose of this research is to get the weight criteria for competence with ANP method and get the employee's performance appraisal using the rating scale. Analytic Network Process (ANP) is one method that can be used to measure the competency criteria weights with performance appraisal involves the relationship between the criteria. From the results of the ANP weighting, obtained weight for technical skills competency group (0.079), personality/appearance competency group (0.339), task manage skills competency group (0.069), and labor relations competency group (0.513). Based on an assessment of 7 employees of human resources departement department showed that 4 employees have high performance while the 3 other employees have adequate performance.Keywords : Analytical Network Process, employee, performance, rating scale

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan perlakuan terbaik dari jenis dan konsentrasi adsorben (zeolite, bentonit, karbon aktif) pada skala laboratorium.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agrokimia Jurusan Teknologi Industri Pertanian, Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, pada bulan Oktober sampai selesai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor. Dua faktor tersebut adalah faktor pertama jenis adsorben yang digunakan (zeolite, bentonit, karbon aktif), faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi adsorben (zeolite, bentonit, karbon aktif) yang digunakan yang terdiri dari 5 level, yaitu  1% b/b, 1,5% b/b, 2% b/b, 2,5% b/b, 3% b/b.Hasil penelitian gula semut siwalan diperoleh rerata kadar air yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 0,023 gram.H20/gram.bahan kering sampai 0,162 gram.H20/gram.bahan kering, rerata kadar sukrosa yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 69,86% sampai 78,13%,  rerata kadar abu yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 1,492% sampai 2,766%, rerata kadar gula total  yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 46,67% sampai 80,67%, rerata kadar gula reduksi yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 5,57% sampai 19,48% dan rerata rendemen total yang dihasilkan 55,07% sampai 85,07%. Alternatif perlakuan terbaik dihasilkan oleh jenis adsorben bentonite dengan konsentrasi adsorben 2% dengan nilai produk sebesar 0,6348.Kata kunci : Gula siwalan, Gula semut, Adsorben.

Abstract

Biji buah pinang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pewarna merah alami yang potensial dikarenakan mengandung senyawa tanin yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan formula proporsi antara konsentrasi dan jenis bahan pengisi yang tepat dalam pembuatan pewarna bubuk merah alami, mengetahui pengaruh penambahan pewarna bubuk merah alami pada produk pangan serta menentukan analisis kelayakan produksi pada skala UKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama, yaitu jenis bahan pengisi (maltodekstrin dan dekstrin) dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi bahan pengisi (5%,10% dan 15% (b/v)). Analisa data menggunakan analisa ragam ANOVA dan pemilihan perlakuan terbaik menggunakan metode multiple attribute. Hasil perlakuan terbaik kemudian dilakukan analisis kelayakan, diaplikasikan dan dilakukan uji Hedonic Scale Scoring (Uji Kesukaan). Hasil perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan jenis bahan pengisi maltodekstrin dengan konsentrasi 15% dengan rendemen 12,615%, kadar air 0,705%, kelarutan 97,99%, kecepatan larut 0,036 gram/detik, derajat kemerahan 41,667, derajat kecerahan 51,189, kadar tanin 1,109%, dan aktivitas antioksidan 28,923 mg/ml. Hasil uji hedonik bernilai 4,15-6,3 artinya netral sampai menyukai. Hasil perhitungan analisa kelayakan diperoleh harga jual Rp. 3.000,00/bungkus @10gr, BEP (unit) 13.979 kemasan, BEP (rupiah) sebesar Rp. 41.937.540,37. Untuk nilai R/C ratio didapatkan 1,58, Payback Period selama 2 tahun 10 bulan 2 hari. Nilai NPV dan IRR berturut-turut sebesar Rp. 36.249.962,97 dan 22,43%.Kata kunci: biji buah pinang, tanin, pewarna alami, aplikasi produk, analisa kelayakan.

Abstract

Production effectiveness is an essential aspect of industrial activities to obtain maximum profit with minimum expenditure. One of the companies currently focused on achieving high effectiveness in its production activities is PT XYZ. The purpose of the study was to determine the priority of waste in the coated peanut processing company using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) method. The Fuzzy AHP method combines AHP with a fuzzy system to cover the weaknesses of AHP, which has more personal properties. The Fuzzy AHP method helps in identifying the level of waste in PT XYZ, which is grouped into seven, namely defects (S1), waiting (S2), unnecessary inventory (S3), inappropriate processing (S4), unnecessary motion (S5), transportation (S6), and overproduction (S7). The results showed that the order of wastage criteria starting from the highest to the lowest are S4 with a weight vector value of 1,000; S5 with a weight vector value of 0,985; S1 with a weight vector value of 0,932; S2 with a weight vector value 0,702; S6 with weight vector value 0,678; S3 with a weight vector value 0,144; S7 with weight vector value 0,071. Based on this, it can be seen that the criteria for inappropriate processing have the highest priority as waste in production activities at PT XYZ. The results of the Fuzzy AHP method can be used as a basis for weighting the value stream analysis tools.

Abstract

Supply chain sustainability is important to an organization's long-term operation. Based on the results, management must know that the organization can run the business for a long time. Several studies have carried out risk activities that can affect the supply chain. Differences in research results cause many risk factors to be considered sustainable supply chain management. Therefore, this study uses a systematic system to analyze the factors influencing sustainable supply chain management. The research was conducted using Elsevier, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, and Springer databases. The systematic review papers were selected from 2011-2021, and 30 articles were obtained. The research used a frequency and similarity analysis to classify and eliminate factors with the same concept. As a result, twenty-six factors are considered to affect the supply effect. Abstract

Supply chain benchmarking of agroindustry can be done by emphasizing the perspective of sustainability. This paper aimed to analyze the efficiency of Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and provided a prospective benchmark with the potato chips industry as a study case. Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) estimated future input and output values to obtain prospective benchmarks and be added to the DEA formula later. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods were used to measure SSCM performance. The results showed that 17 of 20 Decision-Making Units (DMUs) were efficient (score 1). The other 3 DMUs were classified and got an efficiency score of 0.965, 0.955, and 0.995. In future estimates calculation, the efficiency score of one of the inefficient DMUs has changed to 1, while the other two got the scores of 0.996 and 0.980. The limitation of this research mainly comes from the scope of assessment, which is limited to the supply chain’s downstream sector and assesses only a limited number of MSMEs in a particular region. SSCM efficiency measurement variables were adjusted to be assessed and applied to MSMEs. PERT was also beneficial to gain future estimates of the assessment scope.
