Abstract

Pemanfaatan lahan secara berlebihan menyebabkan penurunan daya dukung daerah aliran sungai (DAS). Kerusakan tersebut ditandai dengan banyaknya alih fungsi lahan, yang memicu erosi, kerusakan lahan, sedimentasi dan pendangkalan sepanjang sungai dan badan bendungan, penurunan muka air tanah, berkurangnya cadangan dan sumber air bersih dan berkurangnya resapan air akibat lahan pertanian berubah menjadi pemukiman. DAS merupakan wilayah daratan yang menjadi satu kesatuan dengan sungai. Kerusakan DAS juga dipicu oleh pembuangan sampah ke sungai dan berbagai bentuk pencemaran air sungai oleh limbah rumah tangga maupun industri. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi dan pembukaan lahan baru di kawasan hulu sungai serta pembukaan lahan untuk kawasan perumahan di kawasan hilir menyebabkan kondisi DAS Brantas saat ini semakin mengkawatirkan, sementara upaya pemulihan belum mampu mengimbangi laju kerusakan yang terjadi. Upaya konservasi di bagian hilir DAS Brantas harus direncanakan secara cermat dan terstruktur dengan didukung komitmen yang kuat dari masyarakat.Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Doktor Mengabdi di Desa Sengguruh telah dilakukan edukasi terhadap masyarakat dan lembaga pengelola sampah tentang teknik, strategi dan potensi penanganan sampah rumah tangga yang baik, teknik pengelolaan sampah basah dan kering, menciptakan pojok kampung sehat tanpa sampah, menyiapkan draft perdes tentang pengelolaan sampah dan lingkungan serta melakukan penghijauan di lahan-lahan terbuka dengan gerakan menanam pohon buah yang tahan erosi. Diharapkan dalam tiga atau empat tahun ke depan tanaman buah tersebut dapat menahan erosi dan banjir sekaligus potensial menjadi destinasi wisata baru. Melalui edukasi pengelolaan sampah, lingkungan sehat dan budaya menanam pohon di lahan terbuka diharapkan mampu meminimalkan sampah yang dibuang ke sungai, meminimalkan erosi dan sedimentasi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penentuan area yang berbahaya dari suatu sumber bencana sangat penting untuk memberikan informasi tentang area yang mungkin terdampak (vulnerability area) bencana tersebut. Dalam analisa tingkat bahaya terhadap bencana alam kadang timbul ketidakpastian/kekaburan yang terkait dengan adanya informasi yang tidak lengkap terhadap lingkungan sistem (vagueness, ambiguitas, fuzziness) dan ketidakpastian dalam pengukuran (ketidakpresisian, fuzziness). Untuk kasus analisa tingkat bahaya yang memiliki informasi yang tidak presisi, salah satu metode standarisasi yang bisa digunakan adalah dengan metode fuzzy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan metode fuzzy dalam evaluasi multi kriteria daerah berbahaya Lumpur Lapindo. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penerapan fuzzy dari masing-masing kriteria ini kemudian digunakan untuk menampilkan informasi area berdasarkan tingkat bahaya dengan menggunakan analisa spasial. Perhitungan nilai derajat keanggotan dengan menggunakan fungsi sigmoid naik, sigmoid turun dan fungsi linier naik. Sedangkan untuk analisa sensitifitas, digunakan nilai kriteria pada batas bawah, batas tengah dan batas atas. Berdasarkan hasil analisa spasial diketahui bahwa sekitar 71% area dikategorikan kelas kerawanan rendah (Z3), 27% area dengan kelas kerawanan sedang (Z2), sedangkan kelas keranan tinggi (Z1) dan daerah tidak rawan menempati luasan 5% dan 2% dari total area pemukiman. Dari hasil overlay peta kerawanan ini dengan peta terdampak dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat daerah diluar daerah terdampak yang termasuk dalam kelas kerawanan sedang dan rendah. Dan dari hasil analisa sensitifitas diketahui bahwa zona Z1 dan Z2 tidak begitu sensitif untuk nilai dari batas bawah sampai tengah, zona Z4 tidak begitu sensitif untuk nilai dari batas tengah sampai batas atas, sedangkah Z3 sangat sensitif terhadap perubahan nilai kriteria.   Kata kunci: analisa multi kriteria, analisa spasial, logika fuzzy   ABSTRACT Determining vulnerable area of hot mud volcano is important to provide information on the extent of the areas affected by the hazard. Vulnerability analysis requires consideration of a comprehensive set of factors and balancing of multiple objectives in determining the dangerous level of particular area from a defined hazard source. Vulnerability analysis for natural hazard deals with uncertainty arises due to the lack of information about system behavior (vagueness, ambiguity, fuzziness) and inexactness of measurement (impreciseness, fuzziness). The objectives of this research were to develop multi-criteria evaluation method using fuzzy analysis approach for mud volcano vulnerable area and to develop mud volcano vulnerable map using proposed method in Lapindo Mud area. This research used fuzzy for standardize the criteria of analysis. The calculation of membership degree used sigmoid and linier function. The sensitivity analysis was done at lower, middle and upper value of the range. Base on the spatial analysis was found that low hazardous area (Z3) covered about 71% area, while 27% considered as moderate hazardous area (Z2), 5% as high hazardous area (Z1) and 2% as not impacted area (Z2). Base on sensitivity analysis also found that Z1 and Z2 were not enough sensitive between the lower and middle range, Z2 was not enough sensitive between the middle and upper range, while Z3 was sensitive to the changing of membership degree of criteria.   Keywords: multi criteria analysis, spatial analysis, fuzzy logic

Abstract

Teachers as professional educators should have some competencies, such as pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence. The focus of this workshop is on the professional competence which its definition is the teacher's ability in mastering broad and in-depth subject matter that allows guiding students to meet the competency standards set in the National Education Standards. There are many activities that can support or enhance the professional competence of teachers, such as writing. By writing, teachers have the opportunity to develop themselves in order to become more creative, active, innovative and professional teachers. The module of X applications usage for vocational teachers can be used to support teacher activities in writing scientific papers. This module will be useful to facilitate the writing of citations in a scientific work. Using the Mendeley application in this workshop, make the teacher to be more insightful which support their research activity, also can improve their motivation to know how the important thing of research in their field. Therefore, this service activity want to give the teacher a knowledge of tips and tricks to facilitate journal writing. There are tools that can be used to make citations in the bibliography, such as the reference feature, Endnote, or Mendeley. So that the teacher's writing will be known and it is easier for teacher to convey the results of his research in relevant journals, especially vocational teachers in Malang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peranan disabilitas dalam membangun ekonomi tidak bisa dikesampingkan begitu saja karena jumlah yang cukup banyak dan keahlian yang dimiliki. Paper ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan bengkel difabel dengan mengoptimalkan utilitas mesin yang ada melalui penjualan e-commerce. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah studi literature tentang utilitas mesin, e-commerce, dan ekonomi teknik. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menghitung utilitas existing pada mesin bengkel sebesar 50%. Penjualan dengan e-commerce mampu dapat mendongkrak penjulan yang sebelumnya terdapat order 2 motor per bulan menjadi 3 motor perbulan. Selain itu juga terjadi penambahan order terhadap komponen motor seperti roda gigi, sumbu, dll yang cukup banyak. Sehingga mampu menaikkan utilitas bengkel secara signifikan melalui e-commerce dengan besaran sebesar 100%. Secara singkat dapat dikatakan bahwa instalasi e-commerce dapat menaikkan nilai utilitas bengkel dengan baik.Abstract: The role of disabilities in developing the economy cannot be ignored because of the large number of people and their skills. This paper aims to increase the profitability of disabled workshops by optimizing existing machines' utility through e-commerce sales. The first step taken is a literature study on machine utility, e-commerce, and engineering economics. Then proceed by calculating the utility of the existing machine workshop by 50%. E-commerce sales can boost sales from previously ordered 2 motorbikes per month to 3 motorbikes per month. Besides, there were also quite many orders for motor components such as gears, axles, etc. To significantly increase the utility of the workshop through commerce with an amount of 100%. In short, it can be said that e-commerce installation can increase the utility value of a workshop well.

Abstract

Technological changes are important to increase productivity, quality of products produced, and provide safety and health for workers. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the application of wood craft machinery technology by persons with disabilities. The first step is an initial survey of the existing wood craft production process, which related to the equipment used, work methods, and work results (productivity and quality) as well as the level of accidents or health problems at work. Small enterprises for disabled workers were used as research objects to check the impact of technological changes on the production process. Changes in technology used in the form of cutting machine, carving chisel, small CNC machine, smoothing machine, and paint machine (finishing process). The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was adopted to approach the assessment of the impact of the technology implementation of the wood carving process. Data was collected through several activities such as interviews and direct observation. The success measurement parameters were divided into several main points, including performance, effort, user behavior, experience, facility design, environmental impact, and the level of worker safety or health. In short, it can be said that technology can improve the quality and productivity of work for disabled workers while still paying attention to the ergonomic value of the human-machine relationship at the right workstation.

Abstract

Kebijakan Kampus Merdeka merupakan salah satu kebijakan baru yang digagas oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia (Mendikbud RI). Kebijakan tersebut tengah ramai disorot publik khususnya pada platform Youtube berkaitan dengan video unggahan Mendikbud di kanalnya. Pada Youtube, opini masyarakat dapat membanjiri kolom komentar dalam sekejap karena kemunculannya sebagai platform pertama yang menawarkan fasilitas konten audio visual. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis opini masyarakat yang tertampung dalam kolom komentar Youtube ke dalam klasifikasi sentimen positif dan negatif. Klasifikasi diimplementasikan pada Google Colaboratory yang berbasis bahasa Python dan Jupyter Notebook dengan algoritme Naive Bayes Classifier serta pembobotan kata Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). 5 proses utama dalam penelitian ini yang meliputi pelabelan manual, text preprocessing, pembobotan TF-IDF, validasi data menggunakan k-fold cross validation, dan klasifikasi. Hasil akurasi terbaik sebesar 97% yang didapat dengan menggunakan 900 data latih, 100 data uji, menerapkan pembobotan TF-IDF, dan 10-fold cross validation. Rata-rata akurasi yang didapat dari 10 iterasi pada k-fold cross validation yaitu sebesar 91.8% dengan nilai precision, recall, f-measure sebesar 90.35%, 93.6%, 91.95%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Naive Bayes Classifier cukup baik sebagai alternatif untuk analisis sentimen.

Abstract

Koperasi sebagai sebuah sistem dan badan usaha yang berasaskan gotong royong diharapkan dapat menjadi aktor penting dalam upaya peningkatan perekonomian dan mampu menjadi motor penggerak memberi kontribusi  tercapainya kehidupan ekonomi yang sejahtera, baik orang-orang  yang menjadi anggota maupun masyarakat di sekitarnya. Untuk memaksimalkan potensi koperasi maka dibutuhkan kegiatan dalam bentuk pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh setiap daerah. Salah satu hal utama yang diperlukan dalam penyusunan strategi pemberdayaan koperasi itu adalah tersedianya basis data yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan rencana induk pengembangan koperasi yang terkini dan mudah diakses oleh para pihak yang berkepentingan sehingga pengambilan kebijakan pengembangan dan pemberdayaan koperasi tepat sasaran dan mampu berkontribusi dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional.Pengembangan Aplikasi Monitoring Perkembangan Koperasi bertujuan untuk menyediakan basis data koperasi dan perkembangannya, yang pada akhirnya dapat digunakan untuk penyusunan kebijakan dan pemberdayaan koperasi ke depan. Pengembangan aplikasi ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan basis data, dan perancangan antar muka. Setelah diimplementasikan, maka akan dilakukan pengujian melalui pengujian fungsional atau pengujian blackbox. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Monitoring Perkembangan Koperasi berbasis desktop yang berjalan di lingkungan sistem Operasi Windows 10.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of P2L program (social-bricolage entrepreneurship) on P2L business performance and to examine the role of digital marketing as mediating effect of social-bricolage entrepreneurship on P2L business performance. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is the manager/member of the P2L program group in Malang Regency and collected as many as 62 respondents from 30 P2L groups. Data analysis used the SEM-PL. The research findings show that social-bricolage entrepreneurship does not have a significant effect on the business performance of P2L group managers/members, but has a major impact on the use of digital marketing strategies so as to improve performance. This finding means that digital marketing has a full mediation role in the relationship between social-bricolage entrepreneurship and P2L business performance. In addition to explaining this relationship, this research also shows the need to frame the role of digital marketing within this framework, so that it can provide maximum benefits. Given this important role, managers/members of the P2L group should make maximum use of the existing digital platforms, both freely available and with support from relevant stakeholders.

Abstract

Sugarcane varieties are one of the main factors that determine the yield of quality cane productivity. In this study used several criteria to determine the recommendation of superior varieties of sugar cane that is the number of stems, stem diameter, stem height, brix, nirs1, nirs2, nirs3, and nirs4. In order to get the recommendation of superior varieties of cane that is optimal, then in this research used genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm will optimize the weight value on the AHP and SAW methods. In the process of genetic algorithm the representation of the chromosome used is real code, with a gene length of 28, which is adjusted by the number of varieties criteria. In the reproduction process, the crossover method used is the extended intermediate crossover, and the mutation method used is random mutation. For fitness value obtained from the calculation of accuracy on SAW. While the selection method used is elitism selection, by choosing the highest fitness value as much as the population size. From the test results obtained optimal parameters that the population size of 50 and many generations of 50, with the average fitness of 0.912 so that the obtained accuracy of 91.2%

Abstract

Water is a one of the natural resources which is very important and necessary for the activity and survival of living things, as humans, animals and plants. River is one of the source from various alternative sources of water available for processing. But nowadays as growth of population grows, industrial growth, economic development and rising standard of living cause degradation of quality of water itself. Pollution of river occurs when in the water there are various substances or conditions that can reduce water quality standards that have been determined, so it can't be used for certain needs. Therefore, there is an effort to maintain the quality, quantity and continuity of river water by monitoring and measuring the quality of water. Previously, river water quality and measurement was measured using manual methods such as Water Pollution Index (IP), Water Quality Index (WQI) and STORET with high time and cost constraints. So that another method is needed to speed up the calculation process effectively and efficiently using Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) method which can classify data into 4 water quality class of river based on 7 input parameters. The LVQ implementation process for river water classification begins with the dataset division, data training, data testing and classification that will result in a class of good, mild, moderate and heavy contaminated classes. The best average accuracy result is 81,13% using alpha 0,1, decrement alpha 0,4, comparison of training data and testing data 100: 35 from 135 total dataset, maximum epoch 10 and minimum epoch 0,001.
