The performance of professional teachers should be owned by every educator because through these conditions can be obtained education that can form a quality human. One of the things that should be done by teachers to have professional performance must be able to prepare a Classroom Action Research Proposal (PTK). The purpose of this research is (1) to know the quality of learning device ofeconomic teacher learning in Public High School and Private atTulungagung Regency; (2) to know the quality of the implementation ofeconomics teacher learning in Public High School and Private atTulungagung Regency; (3) to know the quality of evaluation of economicteacher learning in Public High School and Private at Tulungagung Regency.This research uses evaluation approach. This research was conducted in order to determine that the application of learning models and Explaining Student Facilitator (SFE) is able to enhance the activity and student achievement on economic subjects in class X Cross Economic Interests D SMA 02 Batu. This study used a qualitative research approach, with a type of action research. Data from this study colected through student activity observation sheet, documentation, field notes, test questions in the form of pre-test and post-test.

The model of collaborative forest resources management between the local government andpoor Pesanggem families becomes one of important alternative strategies to develop forestssustainably and equitably. The focus of this research is the collaborative forest resourcesmanagement between the local government and Pesanggem farmers. The aim of the researchis to analyze how far the local government and Pesanggem farmer involve in thecollaborative forest resources management. The research is conducted in Pasuruan andMalang. The number of respondent involved in the research is 60 respondents. The researchfinding shows that the participation level of the local government and Pesanggem farmers inthe collaborative forest resources management is quite high. The activities of the respondentsin the collaborative forest resources management are deciding the planting location,planning, evaluating, monitoring, and preparing the seedbed. The income level of Pesanggemfarmers that actively involve in managing the forest resources is also quite high. The averageof their income is Rp 500.000,- up to Rp 650.000,- per month. This means that they give highcontribution to the family income.

This study aims to analyze the local resources utilization to improve community’s welfare. This study employs qualitative research method by interviewing some informants who are chosen through purposive sampling in order to obtain some knowledge required by the researcher. The interview result and research finding are analyzed to identify the local resources in Kucur Village, Dau Sub district, Malang District Tourism Destination has been well-utilized and whether it brings significant effects to the local people. The research finding shows that the most potential local resources are water and natural scenery. The local resources have been utilized in the form of clean water distribution and tourism since 2005.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the global economic order and has had an impact on the Indonesian economy, one of which is the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises sector. Therefore, innovation is needed as an effort to recover the economy. Madiun City innovated “Lapak UMKM”, a program based on the local economy spread across 27 urban villages in Madiun City. This study has the aim of knowing the development of MSMEs through Lapak UMKM innovations to recover economic recovery due to Covid-19 in Madiun City. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. This study uses data obtained directly in the field through observation, documentation and interviews and secondary data obtained through the website of the relevant agency. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs continue to be innovative, (1) Lapak UMKM innovations are effective in increasing community empowerment, (2) Lapak UMKM have succeeded in increasing business independence and increasing MSME turnover, (3) Lapak UMKM innovations have succeeded in starting local economy-based businesses, (4) There are still many shortcomings in the implementation of MSME innovation, especially in the field of promotion, and management regulations.

Porbolinggo Regency has potential in the agricultural sector, but its growth is unstable because it has not been managed optimally. The purpose of this research is to improve the economy through the agricultural sector by providing a discussion about the role of the agricultural sector in Probolinggo Regency as a sector that can be developed again so that the agricultural sector in Probolinggo Regency becomes a superior sector and is increasing in economic growth for prosperity. In this research using quantitative methods that use analytical tools such as Location Quotiens and Shift Share, using secondary data, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Probolinggo Regency and East Java Province in the period 2016-2020. The results of this study in the form of a picture of how the development and shift of the agricultural sector in Probolinggo Regency in the period 2016 to 2020 with a picture of these developments can certainly be insight in improving the agricultural sector in Probolinggo Regency.

The development of tourist villages is one way to encourage regional economic growth. This research examines the potential of the tourist village of the colorful village of Jodipan, Coban Putri and the tourist village of Pujon which represent tourist attractions in Batu City, Malang City and Malang Regency. The presence of rural tourist destinations brings fresh air to the community. The indicator of the success of the development of this tourism god certainly depends on the mindset of the surrounding community in developing tourism potential with the local wisdom of the village. Of course, the existence of rural tourism in Malang Raya will support regional income and will certainly have a positive impact on increasing national income, reducing poverty and opening new jobs.

In the era of artificial intelligence (AI), technology is growing rapidly and changing the way businesses are run. AI enables automation, big data analysis, and increased operational efficiency. However, this development also raises various ethical issues that companies need to pay attention to so as not to harm consumers, society, and the environment. This study explores the paradigm of artificial intelligence in the context of business ethics, focusing on its impacts, challenges, and potential benefits in the business world. This study uses a systematic literature review approach from various reputable sources. The article criteria include literature published from 2019 to 2024 with the theme of business ethics in the AI era, and other articles relevant to this study. Based on the search, 15 articles were determined that were relevant to the predetermined criteria. The results of the study found that in this study, AI is not only a technical tool to improve operational efficiency, but is also able to redefine business ethics in the modern era. AI offers great potential to overcome traditional ethical challenges and create new paradigms in business decision making. However, this opportunity is also accompanied by significant challenges, such as algorithmic bias, data privacy, and lack of regulation. This discussion will review the role of AI in business ethics, the benefits it brings, the challenges it faces, and the steps that can be taken to optimize the ethical use of AI.
