Abstract

Creating Project Cost Estimation (PCE), list of materials and staff requirements of a construction project should be done before do the project itself. This process needs careful and accurate analysis. Until now Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (DPU) in Salatiga city still made PCE manually. It needs much of time and lack of accuracy. This article studies about how to design and implements efficient and accurate PCE computer software, especially for building construction and rehabilitation. PCE aplication software will be by using prototyping method. The application is implemented with Java programming language, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) Hibernate, database server MySQL Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Pembuatan Project Cost Estimation (PCE), daftar kebutuhan material, dan tenaga kerja seharusnya dilakukan sebelum suatu proyek dimulai. Proses ini membutuhkan analisis yang akurat dan berhati-hati. Saat ini Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (DPU) Salatiga masih mengerjakannya secara manual, dimana hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan akurasinya kurang terjamin. Makalah ini membahas tentang perancangan dan pembuatan perangkat lunak komputer PCE yang efisien dan akurat, terutama untuk pembangunan dan perbaikan gedung. Perangkat lunak aplikasi PCE akan dikembangkan menggunakan metoda prototipe. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) Hibernate, server basis data MySQL. Abstract

Rancangan anggaran biaya, daftar material dan jumlah personal yang dibutuhkan harusdibuat sebelum suatu proyek dijalankan. Proses ini membutuhkan analisis hati-hati danakurat. Dinas pekerjaan umum Salatiga sampai saat ini masih membuat rancangananggaran biaya secara manual. Cara manual membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dankurang akurat. Penelitian ini mencoba mendesain dan mengimplementasikan rancangananggaran biaya yang efisien dan akurat khususnya untuk konstruksi dan perbaikanbangunan menggunakan metode prototyping. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa Java,hibernate, server basis data MySQL, dan fitur pengguna banyak yang bertujuan untukmeningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan pembuatan rancangan anggaran biaya.

Abstract

This research implements Jenkins for monitoring and managing job processes, as well as its integration with on-premises and cloud infrastructures at PT. AAA. Compute Engine is used as the main server to run Jenkins. The stages include configuring the Compute Engine server, installing important plugins, and using Python libraries. The results show that Jenkins successfully runs job processes between on-premises and cloud systems. The Email Extension Plugin is used to monitor job processes and send notifications to PICs in case of errors. Access management is implemented through Role-based Authorization Strategy. Testing is done using blackbox testing with a success rate of 100%. It is hoped that this implementation can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of job process management at PT. AAA.

Abstract

Data security and privacy are essential for all mobile device users, especially Android. However, deleted data can generally still be recovered using forensic analysis of the storage media hardware with data recovery software. For this reason, you need a data deletion application capable of deleting safely. Many methods are available for safe deletion, such as applying different numbers of passes (overwriting). This research proves that most available methods cannot be deleted entirely and can be recovered, so a data deletion application was created using the most up-to-date method, the Gutmann Method. This method uses 35 number of operands to overwrite the file. Applications are made by analyzing system requirements and implementing them into mobile programming. Then, a comparison test is carried out with other existing applications. The results show that applications created using the Gutmann method are 33% less likely to find file traces than the best comparison application.

Abstract

Toko Kembar is a store providing various daily necessities. The sales transactions at Toko Kembar are still conducted manually, despite the high number of transactions. Store staff must manually check item prices on records, calculate totals, and write purchase receipts. This process is time-consuming, often leading to long queues of buyers. Stock and transaction history records are also manually documented in books, making them susceptible to loss or damage. This research aims to design and develop a web-based cashier application to address these issues. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D). This study produced a cashier application with transaction menu, transaction history menu, and item data menu features. Testing results indicate that the application effectively simplifies the transaction process and data management at Toko Kembar.

Abstract

Mitha Bakery is a Bakery that offers various types of bread, including white bread and brown bread, with undoubted quality. Established in early 2020 in Palu, Central Sulawesi, this shop has experienced a significant increase in sales, from 80 loaves per day in 2022 to more than 300 loaves per day in 2023. To improve service quality, Mitha Bakery designed a sales system web-based using the Laravel Framework and MySQL as the data base. This system is designed to make it easier for customers to obtain information about products and place orders without having to come directly to the shop. This research aims to design and implement an effective and efficient sales system, as well as providing practical benefits for stores and academic contributions through real applications of programming knowledge. With this system, obstacles related to distance, time and limited facilities can be overcome, so that customers can make purchases more comfortably and quickly.

Abstract

In carrying out its business activities, Angkasa Jaya Motor stores often experience problems in managing and storing goods in the warehouse. The problem occurs because the store still employs manual work methods in its business processes. One of them is that the process of recording goods still utilizes a notebook. The data recorded in the notebook is then transferred to the spreadsheet tool. In this process, data synchronization is also a constraint. There are data discrepancies between the stock data in the inventory, notebooks, and spreadsheet tools, thereby affecting the accuracy of the goods data. The research aims to develop a Web-based warehouse application using Node.js to help address these issues. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (RD) method. This research yields a Web-based warehouse application system that enables employees to conduct inventory management more practically and optimize warehouse operations and data integration helps store owners efficiently access real-time information goods on the inventory, so that enable business decisions to be made based on accurate data.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang baik merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan. Akibatnya, sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara pemasukan dan pengeluaran, yang dapat menyebabkan kehabisan modal usaha. Rumah Makan Ayam Baltim merupakan salah satu pelaku UMKM yang mengalami permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan. Pengelola Rumah Makan Ayam Baltim hanya mengandalkan ingatannya untuk menghitung pemasukan dan pengeluaran sehingga hasilnya kurang akurat. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada maka diperlukan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pencatatan keuangan yang akurat dan terintegrasi sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu pengelola untuk mengelola keuangannya. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model extreme programming. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pencatatan keuangan berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan proses bisnis pada Rumah Makan Ayam Baltim dapat menghasilkan catatan transaksi, menampilkan pemasukan dan pengeluaran secara akurat, serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar EMKM.

Abstract

The Square Transposition method has notable potential in enhancing diffusion within block encryption systems; however, its application is typically limited to perfect square key lengths. The objective of this study is to reconstruct the method to accommodate non-square key lengths by utilizing two square matrices. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed approach, the method of this study uses a comparative analysis conducted against the transposition structures found in DES and AES algorithms, both of which are cryptographic standards established by NIST. The comparison is strictly limited to the transposition component, excluding other components of the full encryption framework. The evaluation involves Monobit, Block Bit, and Run Tests, along with Pearson correlation analysis between plaintext and ciphertext. Tests are conducted on 16 input variations across three key sizes: 128-bit, 256-bit, and 512-bit. The results of this study show that the proposed method achieves lower correlation values (r = 0.02) compared to DES (r = 0.07) and AES (r = 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that these findings indicate the approach offers improved key flexibility and diffusion capability, making it a promising transposition component for block cipher encryption systems. This reconstruction contributes a novel transposition structure that is compatible with non-square key sizes, thereby enhancing both diffusion strength and adaptability in modern cryptographic applications.

Abstract

Rumah makan Ayam goreng Sam-sam merupakan sebuah restoran makanan yang berada di jalan Profesor DR. Soeharso, Kecamatan Laweyan, Kota Surakarta. Sistem pemesanan di warung makan Ayam goreng Zamzam yaitu masih menggunakan metode manual dalam pemesanannya, hal itu tentunya kurang efektif karena ada kemungkinan kehilangan data yang telah diperoleh dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mencatatnya. engelolaan stok yang tidak teratur juga menjadi hambatan, karena jika persediaan tiba-tiba menipis, pihak rumah makan harus langsung menambah persediaan tanpa membuat pelanggan menunggu. Sistem penggajian menyulitkan manajemen karena harus menghitung setiap hari dan terkadang ada kesalahan dalam penghitungan. selain itu fitur laporan keuangan dari database juga berguna untuk pemilik restoran mengelola keuangan mereka dengan lebih teratur tanpa takut laporan keuangan mereka. Dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis web ini, maka pemilik restoran dapat dapat mengelola warung makan yang dimilikinya menjadi lebih mudah, karena setiap pencatatan di website ini akan masuk dan disimpan kedalam database. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan metode blackbox testing.
