Abstract

Background: Frozen shoulder is a shoulder condition in which there is a gradual reduction in active and passive range of motion (ROM) and pain in all areas of movement of the glenohumeral joint, especially external rotation, caused by progressive fibrosis and contracture of the glenohumeral joint capsule. This situation is initially characterized by shoulder pain that arises slowly then the pain becomes sharper, limitations of motion appear, and stiffness of the shoulder joint. Objective: This study aims to determine the management of physiotherapy in frozen shoulders using hold relax exercise and mobilization with movement (MWM) modalities. Result: supporting journals about the use of Hold relax exercise and Mobilization with movement methods can reduce pain and increase Lgs in Frozen Shoulder patients with a dose of 3 times a week and the results show that there is a decrease in pain in Frozen Shoulder patients. Conclusion: Hold Relax Exercise and Mobilization with Movement can reduce pain, and increase functional activity in Frozen Shoulder sufferers. Abstract

ABSTRA ABSTRACT Background: Trigger finger is a disease that occurs in the fingers, caused by inflammation and narrowing of the sheath tendon around the tendon and the presence of a lump like nodules formed on the tendon causing pain in the fingers in addition to signs symptoms of trigger finger such as pain, limited range of joint motion. This study aims to determine the effect of physiotherapy intervention on the condition of the trigger finger sinistra. This type of this study is a case study. This study is done to one patient with the intervention ulra sound, auto stretching and exercise therapy.To find out the benefits of Ultrasound exercise therapy and auto stretching. After doing therapy 6 times with ultrasound, exercise therapy, auto stretching. In get the results of a decrease in pain, An increase in muscle strength, and an increase in joint range of motion. It is recommended for patients to routinely carry out therapy so that the optimal healing and repair process can be achieved. After doing 6 times therapy with ultrasound modalities, exercise therapy, auto stretching. in get the results of a decrease in pain, an increase in muscle strength, and an increase in joint range of motion.

Abstract

Early childhood development is the basis of the learning process that will shape experiences and determine the developments that children will carry for life. As an initial foundation, early childhood determines the readiness and success of children in learning in education in the future. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, namely research in which the data is in the form of numbers or qualitative data that is numbered. The design of this research is correlation with the aim of finding whether or not there is a relationship between parental knowledge and the implementation of sensory stimulation on early childhood development in Baiturrahim Islamic Kindergarten, Jambi. the level of knowledge of parents about the implementation of sensory stimulation on child development at Baiturrahim Islamic Kindergarten Jambi, most of the respondents were in the good category. The implementation of sensory stimulation on child development in Baiturrahim Islamic Kindergarten Jambi, most of the respondents were included in the category of "According" to the implementation of child development according to the stage of development. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of parents about the implementation of sensory stimulation on child development in Baiturrahim Islamic Kindergarten Jambi.
