Abstract

The research purpose is to find the effect of mind bubble relaxation meditation therapy to decrease anxiety level. The subject is senior high school students at XII grade who have anxiety level with intermediate and high category. The collecting data is done by using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) that have had reliability and validity of 0, 93 and 0,97. This research used experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. Statistic testing that used in this research is paired sample T-test toward experiment group with value of sig. (2-tailed) < 0, 05 or 0,000 < 0, 05. The result concluded that there is significance difference between pre-test result and post-test in the experiment group so there is a decreasing in subject anxiety after treated by mind bubble relaxation meditation therapy. All in all, there is an effect of giving relaxation mind bubble meditation therapy to decrease anxiety for senior high school students at XII grade toward national examination.

Abstract

Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) is a therapeutic technique that combines spiritual and psychological elements in practice. The life of pesantren which is closely related to spirituality is one of the bases for the selection of SEFT techniques as a step to increase the confidence of former pesantren students. The aim of the study is directed at overcoming the inferiority problems of ex pesantren students caused by stress. The research method used is quantitative research. The form of treatment given to study participants was Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy. The design / perspective of this study used SEFT experimental therapists with subjects namely ex-Islamic boarding school students from Tulungagung IAIN with an experimental approach to pre-test post-test with control group experimental design. The number of subjects who participated was 90 ex-pesantren students at IAIN Tulungagung. SEFT therapy techniques can significantly increase self-confidence with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05) and t value = 6.891.

Abstract

In the digital era, the challenges to religious moderation have intensified due to the proliferation of radical content on social media, which has the potential to influence young people’s religious understanding, tolerance attitudes, and ideological orientation. This study aims to strengthen the values of religious moderation through the digitization of content responsive to radicalism, particularly among the youth of Baitul Hakim Mosque in Tulungagung. The method employed is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes the utilization of human and technological assets as media for the production and dissemination of moderation-based content. The program involved a series of training sessions and discussions covering self-analysis, religious moderation, mosque activism, social media utilization, and digital content production techniques. As a result, a community of digital creators and mosque da’wah activists was established, capable of producing and disseminating moderation-oriented content through the Instagram platform @aktivisdakwahmasjid. Digital literacy was implemented to enhance critical skills in filtering information and educating the public about the dangers of radicalism. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening digital literacy and innovation-based communication rooted in moderation values to minimize the impact of radical content on social media. The implications suggest that similar programs can be implemented sustainably as a contribution of the ABCD-based model, reinforcement of moderate digital da’wah, and replication of the model in other campus mosques.
