Abstract

School based Management (SBM) is a model of management that grants autonomy to schools to organize their schooling independently. Independence is actually a responsibility given to the school, especially to the school principal in order to bring the progress of the school he leads. In its application, school based management requires extensive understanding of basic concepts. The article aims to discuss some basic concepts in implementing school based management by recommending one example of an institution that successfully implements it. Through literature study, the results of the study gave explanations on the basic concepts of management and school-based management and implementation problems as one of the decentralized policies of education organizing. An example of applying to an education unit shows that the school implementing the model is able to make the school a place for human resources empowerment and able to create a learning atmosphere that is enjoyable for students.

Abstract

Karakter yang baik bukanlah sesuatu yang Anda kembangkan secara tiba-tiba, tetapi sesuatu yang dikembangkan melalui pendidikan Anda. Karena Penghargaan Adiwiyata sebenarnya merupakan pengakuan atas komitmen terhadap kualitas lingkungan melalui pembelajaran, kebiasaan dan keberlanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendefinisikan konsep program adiwiyata untuk mengembangkan karakteristik perlindungan lingkungan SMPN 1 Wajak, dan (2) mengetahui implementasi program adiwiyata dalam membentuk karakteristik peduli lingkungan di SMPN 1 Wajak, (3) memahami faktor pendukung dan penghambat program adiwiyata di SMPN 1 Wajak.

Abstract

One of the ways Allah maintains Al-Quran is through the memorizers of Al-Quran. Currently, many people are enthusiastic about memorizing Al-Quran, especially among students who follow memorization in institutions, one of which is in Madrasah. Therefore, MA Al-Ittihad stipulated the existence of a tahfidz program to accommodate students who wanted to memorize Al-Quran both those who already had provisions or not. The objectives of this study were (1) to know the concept of the tahfidz program at MA Al-Ittihad Poncokusumo (2) to determine the implementation of the tahfidz program in supporting student achievement in Al-Qur'an Hadiths at MA Al-Ittihad Poncokusumo (3) to determine the supporting factors and a barrier to learning achievement of al-qur'an hadith for students of the tahfidz program at MA Al-Ittihad Poncokusumo. This type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative methods. The data collection procedure uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that (1) the concept of the Tahfidz Program. At MA Al-Ittihad, the tahfidz program has existed since 2017. The tahfidz program at MA Al-Ittihad has a target that students must achieve, namely memorizing 10 Juz for 3 years. There are requirements before entering the Tahfidz class, namely taking the program entry test. (2) Implementation of the tahfidz program to support students' learning achievement of Al-Quran hadiths. Tahfidz activities are carried out every Monday-Thursday at 07.00-09.00 WIB. Learning begins with reading the prayer tahfidzul quran, reading sholawat ibrohimiyah and Asmaul Husna, followed by muroja'ah and deposits, many verses that are deposited by students are at least 1 front page every day, learning ends with a closing prayer. Other activities are tarjim, recitation and khotaman. There are 2 kinds of tahfidz learning evaluations, namely daily and semester evaluations. Accustomed to memorizing and interacting with Al-Quran can make it easier for students to learn Al-Quran hadith subjects so that it can improve student achievement. (3) The supporting factors for the learning achievement of Al-Quran hadith students in the tahfidz program include environmental factors, teacher motivation and peer support, while the inhibiting factors include technology, laziness and busy student schedules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh berkembang pesatnya teknologi internet yang terus membawa perubahan yaitu game online. permainan yang sangat diminati oleh banyak kalangan khususnya dikalangan siswa. Kehadiran penggunaan game online dikalangan siswa membawa dampak terhadap perubahan akhlak. Maka perlu untuk meneliti masalah tersebut yang bertujuan untuk mengarahkan permasalahanya. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: Apa saja faktor pendorong kecanduan game online dan bagaimana dampak game online terhadap perubahan akhlak siswa di SMA PGRI 1 Kromengan? sedangkan tujuanya untuk mengetahui Apa saja faktor pendorong kecanduan game online dan bagaimana dampak game online terhadap perubahan akhlak siswa di SMA PGRI 1 Kromengan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Studi Kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti melaksanakan penelitian yang pertama yaitu memulai dengan tahapan-tahapan penelitian seperti: 1) Tahap pra lapangan/pendahuluan, 2) tahap pekerjaan lapangan, 3) tahap analisis data, 4) tahap pelaporan. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang diperlukan seperti obaservasi non partisipan dan wawancara online dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Siswa SMA PGRI 1 Kromengan dalam penggunaan game online tidak mengami dampak yang terlalu serius artinya, mereka menggunakan dalam batas wajar meskipun tidak sesuai dengan porsinya, tapi tetap perlu adanya pengawasan khususnya bagi para orangtua dirumah untuk mendisiplinkan diri dari sekarang.
