Abstract

Amanah has a significant role in Islam. In some mandate authority, amanah is one of the conditions that must be fulfilled. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis related to the meaning of the mandate and its classification in relation to the development of organizational culture. This research is qualitative with documentation as the technique of collecting data. This technique is carried out by examining documents related to the interpretation of the mandate through several interpretive literatures and also other works. The conclusion of the study states that the meaning of amanah is obedience, security, and keeping promises. Furthermore, the classification of amanah in the context of developing organizational culture is as a criterion for faith, a criterion for choosing colleagues, as an organizational culture, and as one of the criteria for the success of a believer. Thus, the Qur’anic meaning and classification of amanah play a role in enriching the development of organizational culture in thedisruptive era

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Revitalization of the Role of the Mosque in the Empowerment of the People's Economy at Al-Ikhlas Mosque. This study uses a qualitative approach with the subjects of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque management and Baitul Maal Al-Ikhlas management. The selection of Al-Ikhlas Mosque as a place of research is based on the issue of revitalizing the mosque's role in economic empowerment. Given that many mosques are only used for prayer 5 times without any other activities. Data collection methods are done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Whereas data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Revitalization of the role of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque had gone well with many activities held to prosper the Mosque and also in empowering the Economic Community of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque also had its own container namely BMA Al-Ikhlas which had helped several Al-Ikhlas Mosque congregation traders. Sincere to provide cash capital loans without complicating in lending.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between the knowledge owned by students of Al-Ittihad Mojokerto Islamic boarding school to the interest in saving in Islamic banking. This study is a quantitative and the data collection method used questionnaires. The results of this study, the significance value of the variable students’ knowledge was equal to .000 < .05 and there was a positive influence between the variable of knowledge of students about Islamic banking (X) towards the interest in saving in Islamic banking (Y). Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Moreover, the result of r_ (count) is .753 greater than r_ (table), which is equal to .195. According to the criteria, the relationship between the dependent and independent variables showed a strong and significant correlation between the variable knowledge of students and interest in saving. Moreover, the knowledge was greater so, the interest of saving also was greater. It was expected for further research, in order to increase the number of respondents and variables. The results of further research can be further elaborated.

Abstract

Increasing awareness of Muslims associated with the awareness of the economy in accordance with Islamic values is good news to be grateful. This has the logical consequence that the development of Islamic economics both in the theoretical and practical level is increasing rapidly in proportion to the increasing awareness of Muslims, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze in depth and comprehensively related three important points, namely: first, the concept of ta’dib in Islam. Second, the economic values of sharia economy. Third, the relevance of the concept of ta’dib in Islamic economics. The approach used in this study is literature research by conducting a study and in-depth analysis related to literature related to the concept of ta’dib and Islamic economic values. The result shows that the concept of ta’dib can be applied in the study of Islamic economic accordance with the key concept which stated in the al-Qur’an such as: al-fadlu, ‘adl, maslahah, iqtishad, dan falah. Using those values so that the activity has the motivation (intention) is right and good that is reaching mardhatillah. On the other hand, running an economic activity based on true and good Islamic values is a form of a Muslim's presence against the virtue (al-fadlu) given by Allah to him.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this activity is that the educators of ABA Kindergarten in Kedungkandang sub-district can understand and understand that consumers have the right to consume halal products and convey this information to students. Methodology: The method used is mentoring which includes socialization, training, practice, monitoring, and evaluation. Main Findings: Educators, parents, food and beverage traders and students can choose safe and healthy food ingredients for consumption in accordance with Islamic rules, namely halal and thoyyib. Applications of this study: This service is useful for educators, parents and traders in choosing halal and thoyyib food and drinks for the younger generation, especially early childhood (pre-school). Novelty/Originality of this study: By using socialization, practice, monitoring, and evaluation, it increases the understanding of educators, parents and traders in choosing halal and thoyyib food and drinks.
