Abstract

Knowledge Management is a systematic step in managing intellectual assets/knowledge and various information from individuals and organizations to be able to compete in order to add value and innovation. In the other hand, knowledge is one of the agency's assets and can be a separate competitive advantage if it can be managed properly. Current problems are technological developments and increased competition between educational institutions. If an educational institution does not have good knowledge management, of course, it will be left behind. Good management is needed and applied optimally. In Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Banguntapan, there are two management implementation aspects, namely identification of knowledge and identification of structures. Tacit and explicit factors as patterns of knowledge management development also require attention. If all of these factors are properly considered and applied, it will create a favorite school that has good knowledge management.

Abstract

In modernization, students' interest in reading the Qur'an is very alarming. At present, they spend more time playing gadgets or games than reading the Qur'an. Though reading the Qur'an is one of the keys to be a good Muslim. The ability to read and understand the Qur'an can increase insight and knowledge. This study aims to determine the school's efforts to improve the culture of literacy and Qur’an reading at Karangsari State Elementary School through extracurricular activities in collaboration with the Coordinating Board for the Qur’an Learning Center. Supporting factors in improving reading culture include support and motivation from parents and schools, while the inhibiting factor is the development of the teaching ability of educators.

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan luar biasa atau pendidikan khusus anak berkelainan, memiliki istilah penyimpangan eksplisit yang ditujukan kepada anak-anak yang yang dianggap memiliki kelaianan penyimpangan dari kondisi rata-rata anak normal pada umumnya. kelainan tersebut dapat terlihat dari fisik, mental maupun karakteristik perilaku sosial. Peserta didik tunagrahita sangat memerlukan pendidikan serta layanan khusus yang berbeda dengan anak-anak pada umumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SLB Muhammadiyah Dekso Kalibawang, dapat disimpulkan metode yang digunakan pendidik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada anak Tunagrahita di Sekolah Luar Biasa Muhammadiyah Dekso Kalibawang Kulonprogo adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab, metode tanya jawab, dan metode latihan/ drill. Metode yang dipakai dengan cara berganti-ganti di setiap pertemuan untuk menghindari kebosanan pada peserta didik tunagrahita.

Abstract

Abstract: Education is one component that is very necessary to shape the human personality. One of the study materials in education is the stories in the Koran laden with wisdom and wisdom that will not be exhausted until ever, eternal examples are exemplified in figures narrated in the Koran, one of which is the figure of Nabiyullah Ibrahim AS. in the world of child education, methods are very important in education, because methods are the initial foundation for achieving an educational goal and the principle of success in learning. If the method is used well then the results will have an impact on the quality of education that is good, but if the method used is not good then the results will also result in the quality of learning that will not be good either. An educator should give full attention to both methods in general methods and specific methods in teaching in order to achieve success which is the goal of education.
