Abstract

Muhammad Syahrur merupakan salah satu tokoh kontemporer yang mengkaji penafsiran teks al-Qur’an. Meskipun pola berfikirnya dianggap kontroversi, namun tetap mencoba untuk merumuskan konsepnya sendiri. Menurutnya, produktivitas umat Islam mandul di era modern karena masih dipenuhi oleh taqlid, fanatisme dan indoktrinasi pemikiran di masa klasik, padahal Allah SWT telah meninggikan posisi akal supaya selalu bisa menghasilkan karya yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Oleh karena itu, Syahrur melakukan pembacaan ulang terhadap kitab suci dengan merumuskan pembagian perhiasan tubuh wanita menjadi tiga, yaitu perhiasan benda, perhiasan tempat dan perhiasan gabungan antara keduanya. Baginya, perhiasan tubuh wanita menjadi pembahasan penting yang akan membawa pada pemahaman tentang aurat wanita. Akan tetapi, pembagian ini menunjukkan kelonggaran dan kerancuan berfikir Syahrur tanpa didasari keilmuan yang memadai. Selain itu, penafsirannya juga dianggap bertentangan dengan pendapat mayoritas ulama. Abstract: Muhammad Syahrur is a contemporary figure who studies the interpretation of the Qur’anic text. Although the mindset is considered controversial, he still tries to formulate his own concept. According to him, the productivity of Muslims is barren in the modern era because it is still filled with taqlid, fanatism and indoctrination of thught in the classical period, whereas Allah SWT has elevated the position of mind so that it can always produce work that is relevant to the times. Therefore, Syahrur re-read the holy book by formulating the divisions of women’s body jewelry into three, namely jewelry, place jewelry and combined between the two. For him, women’s body jewelry became an important discussion that would lead to an understanding of women’s genitalia. However, this divisions show the laxity and ambiguity of Syahrur’s thought without being based on adequate knowledge. In addition, his interpretation is also considered contradict the opinions of the majority of scholars.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the understanding of students at Yari Junior High School Padang on the verses of the Qur'an about people with special needs and their implementation in daily life. This research type is qualitative research in the form of case studies, with research informants being students of Yari Junior High School Padang, which were taken by random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the students of Yari Junior High School Padang understand the verses about people with special needs quite well. This can be seen from the answers to the following problems. First, the students at Yari Junior High School Padang understand people with special needs generally. Second, the students at Yari Junior High School Padang understand the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an about people with special needs, especially those contained in Surah An-Nur: 61 and Surat 'Abasa: 2. Third, the attitudes of students at Yari Junior High School Padang to the people with special needs are in accordance with what Allah has commanded in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Abstract: Many moslem people are not quite right and even wrong in reading verse of the Qur’an. Unconsciously, it can damage the meaning and interpretation. One reason is when the reader does not learn and understand in advance the science of how to read the Qur’an correctly and well, known as the science of Tajwid. Among the discussions of Tajwid which plays an important role in maintaining the meaning of the Qur’an verse is the science of Makharij al-Huruf. This science learns how to pronounce the letters of the Qur’an properly and correctly and in accordance with what was taught by the Prophet Muhammad. Mistakes in pronounciation can damage the meaning of the verse, but on the other hand there are also those that do not damage the meaning. For example, فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ read by فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْهَر (the letter of ح read like the sound of ه), where errors in pronouncing the letter will change the original meaning.

Abstract

The Minangkabau people believe that ABS-SBK is a philosophy of life, which has been implemented in all segments of life, including food. However, in reality on the ground, it was found that that producers and consumers of Minangkabau culinary had different understandings regarding the concept of halâlan tayyib. Only a small number of typical Minang culinary producers and consumers understand the concept of halâlan tayyib in the Al-Qur'an, including their knowledge of the verses, meanings, and contents. Understanding the concept of halâlan tayyib will have a big influence on the Minang culinary processing process. This research aims to identify the diversity of Minangkabau people's understanding of halâlan tayyib food and drinks. This research is field research using a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods using perception theory. The results of this research show that producers and consumers of Minangkabau culinary have varying perceptions of halâlan thayyiban concepts according to the cognitive, affective and conative components that formed their perceptions
