Abstract

Health is the main thing for mankind because with optimal health, everyone will live productively in social or economic aspects. With the increase in various types of diseases experienced by the community, resulting in a decrease in the percentage of health in the community so that a comprehensive solution needs to be carried out and touches every community even from an early age (toddlers). Until now, the management and processing of data at the posyandu in Tegalsari Village, Kab. Karawang still uses a paper-based mechanism so that problems are still found, especially in terms of accuracy, transparency and effectiveness. The software development method used in making the information system is a prototype then using PHP and My sql and the tool used in designing this information system is UML.

Abstract

Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) termasuk kedalam pelayanan masyarakat yang ada di Kepolisian, akan tetapi pembuatan SKCK ini belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, padahal pelayanan pembuatan SKCK ini berkaitan dengan masyarakat luas. SKCK berguna untuk mengetahui identitas yang valid tentang jati diri seseorang, serta digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat melamar pekerjaan, melanjutkan pendidikan, atau alat untuk kebutuhan yang lain kemudian SKCK juga digunakan untuk menerangkan bahwa orang yang bersangkutan tidak memiliki catatan atau keterlibatan dalam kegiatan kriminal. Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall (air terjun). Harapannya dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Polsek Kotabaru dalam melayani masyarakat dalam pembuatan SKC, perpanjangan waktu SKCK dan juga dapat memudahkan dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahaan data masyarakat yang terlibat ataupun tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan kriminal. Police Note Certificate (SKCK) is included in the community service in the Police, but the making of this SKCK has not maximized the use of information and communication technology, even though the SKCK making service is related to the wider community. SKCK is useful for knowing a valid identity about a person's identity, and is used as a condition for applying for a job, continuing education, or a tool for other needs. SKCK is also used to explain that the person concerned has no record of or involvement in criminal activities. In this study, a web-based system was designed using the waterfall model software development method (waterfall). The expectation is that the creation of this information system can help the Kotabaru Police in serving the community in making SKC, extending the SKCK time and also making it easier to manage and process data for people who are or are not involved in criminal activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan kredit belum terkomputerisasi pada Lajuar Motor Karawang. Sehingga, menunjukkan bahwa perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan Kredit dapat memberikan dampak untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan. Yang digunakan pihak Perusahaan sebagai alat bantu perancangan dan pengelolaan dalam kegiatan penjualan kredit di Lajuar Motor Tunggakjati-Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi , penelitian ini dilakukan pada Lajuar Motor Karawang yang terletak di jalan Proklamasi - Karawang. Hasil penelitian dari perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan kredit adalah memudahkan dalam melakukan pencatatan penjualan kredit yang akurat di bandingkan dengan sistem manual yang digunakan pada Lajuar Motor. Selama ini pihak perusahaan menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan transaksi penjualan, padahal dengan menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan, pihak perusahaan akan meminimaliskan resiko dalam kesalahan pencatatan dan transaksi penjualan, sehingga mendapatkan informasi yang lebih akurat dan lengkap. Hasil yang ingin dicapai adalah dapat membuat suatu sistem penjualan tunai terkomputerisasi untuk dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terjadi di PD. Lajuar Motor Karawang. Kesimpulan sistem penjualan tunai terkomputerisasi dapat menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terjadi pada sistem pencatatan manual.

Abstract

The background in this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the ease and trust of an e-commerce with customers who buy goods online, with this ease and trust whether purchasing goods online is increasing what are the factors that make sales increase and the variables that influence it, with the ease of using this e-commerce system and with a high level of trust, the public will be more confident shopping in an e-commerce media, because the seller provides the best service or has a very good product so that people buy with believe in the products they buy. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods by conducting surveys to several customers who have used e-commerce media, is it easy and trustworthy in an e-commerce to increase sales, therefore, with the survey media, data is obtained primarily and the truth can be justified. With the ease and level of confidence about customers, shopping on an e-commerce can increase, with the increase, we can find out what variables can make customers shop more online, therefore variables must be known by sellers with an e-commerce system, with known variables such as ease of trust and the presence of a low price level, product sales will increase. This research will produce data that can determine whether there is a relationship between convenience and trust in purchasing goods online, with this data it can be used as a basis for further research and can be the basis for developing e-commerce systems today.

Abstract

Archiving is a mechanism for storing various forms of documents in various formats so that they are safe and can be accessed again within a certain period of time. The function of data archiving is to support administrative activities, decision making tools, evidence of accountability, sources of information and as a vehicle for communication. At the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Purwakarta Regency in archiving deed data it is still not optimal because of the limited role of information technology so that archival data control does not run effectively, efficiently and systematically. This study uses the waterfall method to develop the system, the waterfall method is a method that starts with a survey to the design of the application, each stage is carried out systematically from the analysis stage to the last stage, namely system maintenance. The Deed Data Archiving information system which is designed aims to build an information system to make it easier for the Population and Civil Registry Office to carry out Deed Data Archiving easily and produce an effective, efficient and systematic filing system.

Abstract

Field Work Practice is a form of educational service combined the vocational and vocational training, which is usually followed by students or university students by working directly in the business world or the industrial world, systematically and directed with competent supervision in their fields with the aim of gaining experience and skills in mastering expertise in all fields to reach a certain level of professional expertise. At the Cikampek Public Eye Health Center (BKMM), the registration mechanism, submission to reporting of fieldwork practices are still carried out in a paper-based and must go directly to the BKMM Cikampek office, from these problems, a web-based fieldwork practice Information System is needed, with the hope that this system could help manage and process information data from all related entities to be more effective and efficient. This PKL Information System development method uses a prototype method starting from analysis, design, coding the system, system testing, system evaluation, and system implementation so as to produce a computerized information system that can speed up the data processing process, efficiency in cost management and more accurate information produced.

Abstract

Sistem informasi registrasi parkir merupakan sebuah sistem yang akan mengelola registrasi dan pemantauan kendaraan yang parkir di area parkir. Permasalahan dalam prosedur manajemen area parkir pada PT. Astra Honda Motor Karawang menggunakan mekanisme pengambilan sticker yang dilakukan dengan cara mengisi data diri, mengisi data kendaraan dan memberikan foto kendaraan sehingga mengakibatkan prosedur tersebut mengakibatkan tidak tepat guna dan tepat waktu. Berdasarkan kendala-kendala tersebut dibutuhkan sistem registrasi parkir yang mempunyai tujuan dapat mempersingkat waktu dalam proses registrasi, mereduksi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi kemudian dapat membuat area parkir lebih aman di PT. Astra Honda Motor Karawang. Metode pengembangan sistem registrasi sticker parkir ini menggunakan model waterfall yang diawali dari analisa kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, implementasi, verifikasi dan maintenance.
