The background of this research is how to find out how to develop human resources in a company that aims to improve employee performance. Therefore, this research focuses on a company that wants to improve employee performance in order to improve the company so that it grows and develops. The method given in this study is to use a literature review and use a survey tool conducted on 100 employees, in a company. Therefore, the data obtained are real data. The problem raised in this study is how to find out what variables can affect the company's performance variables. Therefore, with a trial run with a survey, it can be seen what variables affect other variables so that it can be a suggestion for improvement in the company in this research. The purpose of this study is how to determine the development of human resources in a company in order to improve employee performance at PT. ARS INDO JAYA PERKASA the results of the research are several variables with human resources can improve employee performance in a company as an asset, the company will continue to grow in the future.

This research aims to know whether the quality of products , attractiveness advertising influences interest of consumers purchasing products indomie in bekasi .The problems have been identified that the purchase of products applied with need or purposes , especially in the area that is learned. To know the interest of interest buy indomie held a hypothesis about the influence of product quality and attractiveness advertising .A factor that affects interest buy on the writing of this restricted with two variables affecting purchasing interest namely product quality and attractiveness iklani .For the purposes of research sample taken 100 consumers indomie that has been selected in the area that is learned .This research using regression technique used to analyze data , and spss was also used in analyzed data. The method used was quantitative. Used to examine the population or certain sample.Of the sample done by means of random, the collection of data and the use of a particular, research analysis of quantitative data and statistics which aims to test the hypothesis that has been decided.The result indicates that it is good enough and the variables of product quality and power tariki ad shows a significant and positive effect on interest to buy products indomie.Keywords: quality of product, advertising appeal, willingness to buy.

The background of this research is how to implement a smart security system that will be applied to a smart home concept so that it can help its residents maintain security in the house. Therefore, the proposed system can help the police in securing an area. The method used in this study is to use the SDLC method which consists of 7 stages. The first stage is training. The second stage is the pain requirements. The third stage is there, besides the 4th stage, which is software development. The fifth is testing. The 6th stage is development when the 7th is the president, with the 7 stage, the research will be clear and can find answers to the problems raised. The problem raised in this study is how to create a system that can protect a house from crime, and can protect the surrounding community for the security section, therefore the arrangement of the system made in this study will be able to raise the problem of how to make a system in a smart home. The purpose of this research is how to create a system that can protect a house from crime, and can report to the police if there is a theft in a house.

Planning in a company is one of the most important things, because a good company must be well designed and planned, from the field of human resources to other parts such as sales, with careful planning will make the company not waste in terms of budget and company expenses, therefore the Enterprise Resource Planning System must be made to the maximum so that the company can be managed properly. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire, which was conducted on 100 people who were selected at random in order to get real data from the field. The problem raised in this research is to test the human resources and budget variables on the Enterprise Resource Planning System, whether these variables affect significantly. This study produces data that can answer the research problem raised, namely the influence of human resource variables and budget variables on the Enterprise Resource Planning System, by knowing the variables that influence the company can improve the shortcomings of the current system.

The background of this research writing is to know what variables affect junior high school, and it can be seen that these variables have a significant effect or not, because they can affect many things in school kindness at school. The method used in writing this research is to use quantitative methods which will be surveyed to 100 people who are randomly selected so that they can find out the data directly in the field because with the appropriate data it will be able to produce good research and can be used as a basis for future research. The problem raised in this study is how the Corona virus variable and the online learning system can affect junior high schools that use English subjects as compulsory subjects in Junior High Schools. Can the Corona virus variable and online learning system variables affect schools Junior Intermediate. The purpose of this study will be to find out what variables can affect the teaching and learning system in junior high schools, in order to improve the learning and teaching system in the future so that they can find out the weaknesses and strengths of the learning system.

The background of this study is to find out the variables that affect the sales system with e-commerce media, by knowing the influencing variables will be able to correct deficiencies in the existing sales system, and can increase the sale of a product or service being marketed. The method chosen in this research is to use quantitative methods by using surveys to search for data in the field, this is done in order to obtain real and accountable data so that the data can be used as the basis for this research and future research. The problem raised is to find out whether there is a relationship between the variable price of goods on e-commerce and promotional media on e-commerce, with the existence of these two variables, data searches can be carried out so as to produce new research data. The results of this study will produce data that can answer the research problem raised, the results of his research there is a significant relationship of the price of goods to e-commerce and there is a significant relationship between the variables of promotional media on e-commerce.

The background of this research is to find out the effect of the covid-19 virus and variables related to English subject matter and online learning systems in high schools. With the variables above, can these variables affect the teaching and learning system in senior high school. This study uses quantitative methods which are considered appropriate in this study because by using the survey method and conducting questionnaires to 100 people who were randomly selected by the survey, it can produce valid data and can be used for future research. The problem raised in this study is how to find out the effects of the covid 19 pandemic, even though the effects of the covid 19 pandemic are felt in all fields. This research is only limited to the field of education, especially high school education. and can know the effects of the covid 19 pandemic. this study produces new data that can find out the effects of the covid 19 pandemic on the world of education, especially in high school in English subjects, with the results of this research can produce data that can be used as references and future research.

The background of this research is how to find evidence from forensics on Facebook Messenger using the NIST method. With this method, it can be described one by one the stages that will be used to prove the chat as forensic evidence. The method used in this research is to use the literature review method and perform an analysis of Facebook Messenger which will be used as a test site in this research so that it can be proven that there is forensic evidence. The problem raised in this research is how to find the problem of forensic evidence on Facebook Messenger so that it can be used as evidence to prove a crime. The purpose of this study is to prove that using the NIST method, you can find forensic evidence against Facebook Messenger so that it can be used as evidence at a later date.
