Abstract

Tujuan Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akademik adalah untuk memudahkan mengelola dan menyimpan data akademik di bimbingan belajar biMBA AIUEO, serta untuk mengetahui setiap data akademik bimbingan belajar secara efektif dan efisien tanpa harus membuka buku besar secara manual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dimana data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan secara langsung dan dianalisis. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data, aplikasi sistem informasi akademik dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengolahan dan penyimpanan data akademik secara cepat, akurat, efektif dan efisien. Perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi akademik ini tercipta dengan adanya dukungan Bahasa Pemrograman Java, database MySQL serta Java Netbeans.

Abstract

Work productivity is the ability of employees to produce compared to the input used, an employee can be said to be productive if he is able to produce services in accordance with the expected time. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system that is running on the Validation Team. The research method used is the waterfall method to describe the running system and the design to be built. The method of analysis that the researcher uses is by conducting direct observations at the company, conducting research on problems, documentation by studying existing documents, and interviews with several parties involved in the Validation Team. Researchers get research results that the productivity management system is beneficial for companies, especially in the Validation Team. As for the benefits of increasing the performance of the Validation Team, the results of the information work produced will be more structured, accurate, and processing time becomes more effective. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of a productivity application system on the Validation Team, providing convenience in the work system, solving problems in recapitulating team work productivity data, and providing convenience in making the final productivity report..

Abstract

Family Pet Shop merupakan suatu badan usaha di Kota Jakarta Timur yang menjual berbagai kebutuhan hewan peliharaan serta perlengkapan aksesoris hewan. Family Pet shop juga menyediakan jasa grooming dan penitipan khusus kucing. Namun, segala jenis transaksi masih dihitung dengan kalkulator konvensional dan laporan dicatat secara manual. Hal ini menimbulkan banyak kesalahan yang akan merugikan badan usaha, sehingga Family Pet Shop membutuhkan suatu sistem aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam hal pengolahan data, proses transaksi hingga pembuatan laporan untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan tersebut. Maka dilakukan perancangan sistem aplikasi menggunakan Netbeans dan bahasa pemrograman berbasis Java dengan database yang digunakan adalah database MySQL. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pencatatan transaksi dan pengolahan data, menyediakan layanan perhitungan, layanan pengecekan stok secara otomatis dan layanan pembuatan laporan yang terkomputerisasi pada Family Pet Shop

Abstract

Program “Pengenalan Komputer dan Internet Aman untuk Anak dan Remaja di Era Digital” dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dasar dan kesadaran keamanan daring pada peserta usia 10–17 tahun. Kegiatan meliputi workshop pengenalan komputer, penggunaan internet, literasi digital, serta simulasi risiko siber yang dirancang menggunakan pendekatan experiential learning. Sebanyak 30 peserta mengikuti rangkaian pelatihan dan dievaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, serta observasi praktik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta dengan kenaikan rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 77,7% dibandingkan pre-test. Keterampilan teknis juga mengalami peningkatan pada aspek operasional komputer (92%), navigasi internet (90%), manajemen file (85%), dan keamanan digital (88%). Distribusi tingkat keberhasilan menunjukkan bahwa 70% peserta berada pada kategori tinggi, 25% pada kategori sedang, dan 5% pada kategori rendah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan berjalan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital sekaligus memperkuat kesiapsiagaan peserta terhadap risiko siber seperti phishing, cyberbullying, dan pencurian data. Program ini menegaskan urgensi edukasi literasi digital sejak usia dini dan dapat direplikasi untuk komunitas lain sebagai upaya membangun ekosistem digital yang aman, produktif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing social media and marketplaces as digital marketing tools. The program involved hands-on training, digital platform simulations, and assistance in creating business accounts and promotional content. A total of 15 MSME participants were involved. Initial findings showed that 80% of the participants had no business social media accounts, and 73% had never used marketplace platforms. However, following the mentoring sessions, there was a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, with 93% stating that the program was highly practical and helpful. This activity also fostered digital entrepreneurship enthusiasm and opened new opportunities for MSMEs to grow sustainably in the digital era.

Abstract

This study discusses the development and implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting the best teacher at SD Negeri Kebon Manggis 01 using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The main problems identified include teacher performance evaluations that are still largely subjective, the absence of structured competency standards, and limited transparency in the process of determining the best teacher. These conditions may lead to inconsistent evaluation results and dissatisfaction among teachers.AHP was chosen because it is effective for solving multi-criteria decision-making problems by organizing criteria into a hierarchical structure and applying pairwise comparisons. In this study, the evaluation criteria consist of pedagogical competence, professional competence, personal competence, and social competence. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data were then processed to determine the priority weights of each criterion and to calculate the final scores for each teacher candidate.The results indicate that the implementation of AHP produces a more objective and consistent ranking of teachers. The developed DSS also improves the efficiency of data processing and provides recommendations that are fair, transparent, and accountable. Therefore, this system can serve as a strategic solution for schools to enhance teacher performance assessment and improve educational quality in the digital era.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) helpdesk services play a crucial role in supporting organizational operations by handling incidents, service requests, and user complaints. However, manual ticket handling processes often result in delayed responses, inefficient information distribution, and increased administrative workload. This study aims to implement workflow automation using n8n to improve the efficiency of IT helpdesk ticket handling. The Prototype development method was adopted, consisting of requirement analysis, workflow design, prototype implementation, system testing, and evaluation. The proposed system integrates a Laravel-based helpdesk application, MySQL database, REST API, n8n as the workflow automation engine, Telegram Bot for technician notifications, and Gmail SMTP for email services. System functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing on ticket submission, ticket ID generation, database storage, notification delivery, and ticket status updates. The results demonstrate that all system functions operated successfully and automated the ticket management process effectively. The implementation reduced manual administrative tasks, accelerated information delivery, improved real-time ticket monitoring, and enhanced overall operational efficiency. These findings indicate that n8n provides an effective low-code and open-source solution for automating IT helpdesk services and improving organizational service performance.
