Abstract

Oleh Muhammad In’am Esha Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Email: muhammadinamesha@gmail.com  Abstract This Article trys to identify education role in society changing to form insan kamil. Insan Kamil in this context understood by human being owning efficiency of either through spiritual, moral, intellectual, and also the professional. Education as important aspect in developing of human being hold responsible in attending human being which has qualification insan kamil. Education role becomes progressively crucial of along with society condition which being knocked over by a globalization that distinguishing for example very keen competition, free market appearance of values socialize and cultural, and also the society tendency which progressively materialistic.

Abstract

This paper discusses the renewal of classical leadership styles in the era of deliberative democracy. In the era of deliberative democracy is no possibility for the emergence of the classical model of leadership. Legitimacy in deliberative democracy lies not in the fact that the majority of vote that has been achieved, but on the ways achieve a fair and equitable manner. Law must be product by fairness and equitable process. The fairness can be processed by public discursive. It will have a powerfull law in the modern community or citizens.  In the context of the classical model of this kind of leadership both in the form of a great man theory, trait theory, and the theory of charismatic needed to oversee such a deliberative democracy. Under conditions of deliberative democracy requires great people who are able to have an insight into future developments in line with the new situation of community. We need a leader who concern to devote his intellectual and performance to develop a deliberative democracy.Keyterm: leardership, deliberative, and reactualization

Abstract

This article is oriented to uncover and review the administration development, the formulation of the administration of Islamic education, and the art of managing it. This article examined the literature on the administration of education that usually refers to the west and adapts it to the administration of Islamic education and then manages it with the arts and principles of Islam (Qur'an and Hadith) as well as other Islamic thinkers and the author described it systematically. The results of the article: (1). Development of Islamic education administration through 4 stages (classical organization theory, human relations approach, behavioral science approach, post-behavioral-science approach era), (2). Formulation of Islamic education administration: implementing planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting which is integrated with the approach of human relationships (meeting the needs of employees, motivation, and the relationship of subordinates and managers) based on Islamic principles. (3). The art of management: strategy (shaping human resources as agents of change in Islam, planning Islamic-based education administration model), implementation (controlling the suitability of planning and implementation, leaders provide motivation, fostering, paying attention to subordinates and participating directly, implications (results and impacts of implementation evaluated and improved) to conform to the principle of continuous improvement.

Abstract

The news hoax and radical understand like a chain that is not separated. Both are very dangerous and have the potential to damage the unity and integrity of the nation and state. This concern encourages researchers to conduct research and assistance for mosque media managers. The sample in this study was the manager of Radio el-Jannah 100.9 FM Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with four stages: data collection, training, assistance and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the function of the mosque remains as a center for community empowerment so that it needs to have communication media, one of which is radio which still has a loyal audience segment. The manager of the mosque radio must master the skills of mass communication so that the message broadcast can be well received by the viewers, because from the results of this study it was found that the manager of the mosque's radio had never learned about mass communication. Message and radio broadcast material must be valid, selected, and aimed at educating the public to ward off hoax news and radical understanding.
