Abstract

Tourism is important sector of economy in Indonesia, because including the top 10 contributors of foreign exchange. Indonesia’s marine tourism is one of Indonesia’s charm that attracts much attention for Indonesian visitors and also International visitors. The purpose of this research is to find out how the aesthetic experiential qualities and perceived value by tourist visitors in influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of marine tourism visitors in Lampung Province. Sample of this research is 100 visitors Pahawang Island in Lampung Province. This research use data analysis method uses smartPLS. The result of this research shows that aesthetic experiential qualities and perceived value have effect on visitor’s satisfaction, and visitor’s satisfaction has effect on visitor’s loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung yang bergerak di bidang kuliner banyak melakukan pembayaran berbasis online. Hal ini dilakukan UMKM untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen yang kini lebih memilih pembayaran online, seperti Gopay, Ovo, Dana, Shopee Pay, dan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan dan laba bersih UMKM kuliner di Kota Bandar Lampung sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fintech pembayaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pendapatan dan laba bersih UMKM kuliner di Bandar Lampung sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan pembayaran fintech, pendapatan dan laba bersih UMKM setelah menggunakan pembayaran fintech meningkat sebesar 100% dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan fintech. pembayaran.Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Laba Bersih, Fintech. ABSTRACT MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City which are engaged in the culinary sector make many online-based payments. This is done by MSMEs to meet the demands of consumers who now prefer online payments, such as Gopay, Ovo, Dana, Shopee Pay, and others. The purpose of this study is to know difference income and net profit of culinary MSMEs in the city of Bandar Lampung before and after using fintech payments. . The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in the income and net profit of culinary MSMEs in Bandar Lampung before and after using fintech payments, the income and net profit of MSMEs after using fintech payments increased by 100% compared to before using fintech payments.Keywords: Income, Net Profit, Fintech.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is one of the aims pursued by most corporation in order to sustain in the business. Once the company could achieve a competitive advantage, it can increase the value and enhance the performance of the company. Competitive advantage is one of the aims pursued by most corporation in order to sustain in the business. Once the company could achieve a competitive advantage, it can increase the value and enhance the performance of the company. The purposes of this research are firstly is to analyze the concept of competitive advantages in orderly and secondly it is to analyzed the benefit of competitive advantages for the company. The method of this study is content analysis. This research is different from the previous one, it is present the competitive advantages in orderly, that has never been researched in advance and especially investigating competitive advantages. This paper result some propositions related to the competitive advantages concept. From this this research we can conclude the three things firstly, competitive advantages are rooted in superiority in performance, finance, and market positioning. And secondly, competitive advantages can create an added value for a company. Thirdly, competitive advantages suggest the meaning of the company’s having an excellent position relative to its competitors. The drawback of this research is incompleteness of the definition of competitive advantages which occurs every year

Abstract

The aims of this study is to investigate what are the influence factors of consumer behavioral intention toward online food delivery services (OFD). 200 valid questionnaires were collected to empirically test the research  model using partial least square (PLS) path modelling approach. The result imply that proposed hypotheses were supported except for the relationship between prior saving orientation and convenience motivation.

Abstract

Persaingan usaha sejenis diatasi dengan menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya. Berbagai persoalan dihadapi pelaku usaha diantaranya adalah belum memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial dan e-commerce untuk pemasaran usaha, belum memaksimalkan perencanaan keuangan pribadi dan penggunaan instrumen investasi. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra, tim PKM mengadakan analisis kebutuhan organisasi terlebih dahulu untuk memberikan pelatihan yang tepat guna. Pelaksanaan PKM dibagi menjadi dua yaitu pelatihan optimalisasi penggunaan media sosial dan e-commerce serta pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan, perencanaan keuangan pribadi, dan instrumen investasi. Kegiatan PKM ini berdampak secara langsung pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Komunitas Odapus Lampung yang dapat terlihat dari hasil uji beda. Uji beda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS, data diperoleh dari penyembaran kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dan dari uji beda diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0.002, dapat disimpulkan adanya kegiatan PKM ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan anggota komunitas tersebut.
