Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of village funds in the implementation of development in the Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency and to determine the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the implementation of development in the Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data used is in the form of secondary data, namely Target and Realization Data in the Tapaktuan District, 2017 to 2019 along with Target Data and the realization of Village Fund Receipts in the Tapaktuan District, 2017 to 2019. Data collection using documentation techniques. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis (mix method). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the use of village funds in the implementation of development in the Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency as a whole is classified as an average effective. The absorption of the existing budget has not fulfilled one hundred percent, but on average ranges from 30 to 99 percent. Based on the data in table 1.4 Recapitulation of Target and Realization of Village / Gampong Funds for Each Village in the Tapaktuan sub-district, South Aceh Regency for the 2017-2019 Fiscal Year, we can conclude that from a total of 16 villages in the Tapaktuan sub-district, the village with the highest percentage of budget absorption is Panjupian Village. with a percentage of 99.91% in 2017 with the effectiveness criteria being Very Effective, while the Village with the lowest percentage of budget absorption was Air Pinang Village with a percentage of 30.42% in 2019 with the effectiveness criteria being Ineffective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the implementation of development in Tapaktuan District, South Aceh District, if you look at the realization of the use of village funds for each village, it is considered effective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education and health on poverty in districts / cities of Aceh Province 2014-2017. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series data from 2015-2017 and cross section data of 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression, which is a combination of cross-section data with time series data. The data is processed using the software eviews 9. The model used in this study is as follows: Y = α + β1 + Pit + β2 Kit + it. The research results obtained from the fixed effect note that all variables are significant in the model, so that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimation is obtained as follows: Y = 4.72 + 0.02Pit - 0.03Kit + 0.68eit where the constant value is 4.72 percent, it means that education and health towards poverty have a positive relationship of 4.72 percent. The value of the coefficient X1 = 0.02, meaning that the effect of education on poverty has a positive relationship of 0.02. It is interpreted that if the education variable has increased by 1%, there will be an increase of 0.02 percent of poverty. The coefficient value of X2 = -0.03, meaning that the health effect on poverty has a negative relationship of 0.03. It is interpreted that if the health variable has decreased by 1%, there will be a decrease of 0.03 percent towards poverty

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to analyze the effect of Zakat, Infaq and Alms to Poverty. The data used in this study were obtained from the Aceh Central Statistics Agency and the Baitul Mal Aceh. Data analysis used panel data with a Fixed Effect Model regression model for the period 2013-2017 in 23 Regencies / Cities in Aceh Province. The results showed that partially the Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) variables had a negative and significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province / City with a probability value of 0.0128 less than 0.05. Adjusted R² of 0.99, thus means the variable Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS) is able to explain the poverty variable by 99% and the remaining 1% is influenced by variables or other factors that exist outside the model.

Abstract

The effectiveness analysis illustrates the local authority ability to realize Village Finance or Village Budget Allocation to implement planned programs compared to established targets based on potential real value. The management of village funds in Aceh seems to be ineffective where there is an unaccountable village financial realization as well as the planned program is inconsistent with the initial target. Therefore, it is necessary to find the effectiveness of the use of village funds. This study takes a case study in Lambaya, Simeulue Tengah Subdistrict of Simeulue District in 2015-2016. This study aims at determining the level of effectiveness of village funds management planning in village development. Data collection methods were conducted qualitatively through observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative method. The analysis used to calculate the effectiveness level of Village Finance or Village Funds Allocation in Lambaya from 2015-2016 uses the effectiveness ratio’s formula. In which the effectiveness of an organization is said to be good if the ratio achieved at least 90% to 100%. The results show that the effectiveness of village funds management from 2015-2016 has been in the very effective category that is in 2015 of 100.96% and in 2016 of 100.21%. At the planning stage is seen ineffective level, as society participation is still low. At the stage of implementation has reached an effective level where the budget can be used properly. At the village funds accountability stage has been effective, where direct preparation is conducted by the Lambaya’s local authority and evaluate with community leaders and the Village Council Board openly. Thus in the management of village funds need to be considered at the planning stage. All aspects of society need to be actively involved to generate effective use of village funds. Also, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources (HR).Keywords: effectiveness of financial planning, development, village funds.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality provided by employees on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, and to find out which dominant factors influence customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Aceh with the object of research on service quality towards customer loyalty, while the subject of this research is all customers of PT. Bank Aceh totaling 100 people, using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that reliability (x1), responsiveness (x2), confidence (x3), empathy (x4) and realization (x5) with the dependent variable of customer loyalty obtained a correlation coefficient of 85.4%. Then based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it is explained that there is a strong influence between the reliability variable (x1), responsiveness (x2), confidence (x3), empathy (x4) and manifestation (x5) to increase customer loyalty of PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City, with a determination coefficient value of 73.0%. While partially the variables that have a dominant influence are the responsiveness variables and the manifestation variables given by the PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City, because the regression coefficient value is greater than the other variable regression coefficient values. Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research is partially and simultaneously to determine the effect of social factors and economic factors simultaneously on the income of street vendors at the Lambaro Main Market, Aceh Besar District. The research location is the Lambaro Main Market, Aceh Besar Regency, while the object of research is social and economic factors on the income of street vendors. The sampling technique method is simple random sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The number of respondents in this study were 121 employees with a census sampling technique. The results of the study prove that simultaneously social and economic factors influence the increase in the income of street vendors at the Lambaro Main Market, Aceh Besar Regency with an Fcount of 47,313, while the Ftable at a significance level of = 5% is 3,110, then the results of the study show that partially the social factor variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.211 affects the income of street vendors at the Lambaro Main Market, Aceh Besar District and the results show that partially the economic factor variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.087 also affects the income of street vendors at the market. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Government expenditure on Economic Functions and Public Services on Poverty in Aceh Province in 2015-2019. This research is a quantitative research. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial report data from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance for the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis used panel data in Fixed effect regression model which was processed with Eviews-10. The results of the study show that: 1) Government Expenditure on Economic Functions has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province in 2015-2019 with a probability value of 0.0394 <0.05. 2) Government Expenditures on Public Service Functions have a Negative and Significant Effect on Poverty in Aceh Province in 2015-2019 with a probability value of 0.0198 > 0.05. 3) adjusted R2 in this study is 0.998095, this means that the contribution of all independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is 99.80%. Keywords: Poverty, Government Expenditure on Economic Functions and Public Service, Fixed Effect Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Ekonomi dan Pelayanan Umum terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa  data laporan keuangan dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan dengan periode tahun 2015-2019. Analisis data menggunakan data panel dalam model regresi Fixed effect yang diolah dengan Eviews-10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) Pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2015-2019 dengan nilai probability sebesar 0.0394 < 0,05. 2) Pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Pelayanan Umumberpengaruh Negatif dan Signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2015-2019 dengan Nilai probability sebesar 0.0198 > 0.05. 3) adjusted R2 dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0.998095, hal ini berarti kontribusi seluruh variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen yaitu sebesar 99.80%.Kata kunci : Kemiskinan, Pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Ekonomi dan Pelayan Umu, Fixed Effect
