Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education and health on poverty in districts / cities of Aceh Province 2014-2017. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series data from 2015-2017 and cross section data of 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression, which is a combination of cross-section data with time series data. The data is processed using the software eviews 9. The model used in this study is as follows: Y = α + β1 + Pit + β2 Kit + it. The research results obtained from the fixed effect note that all variables are significant in the model, so that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimation is obtained as follows: Y = 4.72 + 0.02Pit - 0.03Kit + 0.68eit where the constant value is 4.72 percent, it means that education and health towards poverty have a positive relationship of 4.72 percent. The value of the coefficient X1 = 0.02, meaning that the effect of education on poverty has a positive relationship of 0.02. It is interpreted that if the education variable has increased by 1%, there will be an increase of 0.02 percent of poverty. The coefficient value of X2 = -0.03, meaning that the health effect on poverty has a negative relationship of 0.03. It is interpreted that if the health variable has decreased by 1%, there will be a decrease of 0.03 percent towards poverty

Abstract

AbstractA company that performs well will always pay attention to the sustainability of its business. One of them is by carrying out continuous improvement with the aim of satisfying consumers or customers. The large number of banking companies in Indonesia has resulted in increasingly high competition, but only quality banks have survived to continue operating. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of customer satisfaction with AO services at the Sigli branch of PT. BRRI in terms of five service dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible. The sample in this study were 37 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Service quality attributes that are considered important in determining customer satisfaction at the BRI Bank BRI branch are as many as 15 attributes. The results of the calculation of the level of customer satisfaction with AO services amounted to 92.73% of customers feeling satisfied with the service. The highest level of customer satisfaction lies in the professionalism attribute of AO services with a percentage of conformity level of 99.35%. While the lowest customer satisfaction lies in the good impression attribute given by AO to customers with a percentage of conformity level of 80.81%. KeywordsCustomer Satisfaction Level, and Accout Officer Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch as well as simultaneously determine the effect of Relationship Marketing and Product Excellence on Costumer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch. This study was conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch which is located on Jalan Dipenogoro Banda Aceh. Then total subject of tis study was 150 respondents. The data that has fulfilled the test of validity, reliability and classical test are then processed so that the regression equation resulted as follows: Y = 2.020 + 0.185x1 + 0.177X2 + eThe result of the study showed that the relation between customer’s loyalty and product excellence altogether have a significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch with obtained Fcount of 23,361, while F table at a significant level of α = 5% was 2,666, then the result of this study also proved that individual client has a significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Branch Aceh with a regression coefficient of 0.185. The result of the study also proved that the superiority of the products provided by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch individually has a significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch with a regression coefficient of 0.177. After conducting this research, PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch is very popular amongst the society, therefore it should have been able to improve their services to customers, so that customers become satisfied with the provided services. KeywordsRelationship Marketing, Product Excellence and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Publications in international journals and national journals require articles to be written scientifically and use a good reference manager. In this case, there are still many lecturers who have difficulty in writing citations and bibliography. They still undergo manual operating system in changing citations and different styles of bibliographies. This workshop is based on the difficulty of lecturers in publishing their scientific articles in reputable international journals and accredited national journals, especially in writing bibliographies and citations. The workshop was conducted in the form of Mendeley software training on the lecturers' scientific articles. Mendeley software gives a lot of benefit in improving the quality of scientific article writing that is easy for lecturers in writing citations and bibliography. The workshop was held in Abulyatama University involving lecturers from Abulyatama University and other universities such as Serambi Mekkah University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. The total number of lecturers who participate in the workshop is 30 lecturers. The ways of workshop delivery are in the form of lectures, practices and frequently asked questions. Surveys were conducted by distributing questionnaires before and after the workshop activities. The results of the workshop show that the lecturers have been able to apply Mendeley in writing citations and bibliography. This workshop gave positive results in improving the lecturers’ ability to write scientific articles. Among the participants' difficulties were in term of Mendeley installation process (6.67 %), the use of it in mobile applications (20 %), and coaching other colleagues (10 %). Approximately 10 % of lecturers feel that they still need additional training for the smoothness use of this application. All lecturers feel that Mendeley is very helpful and will use this application in their publications.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality provided by employees on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, and to find out which dominant factors influence customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Aceh with the object of research on service quality towards customer loyalty, while the subject of this research is all customers of PT. Bank Aceh totaling 100 people, using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that reliability (x1), responsiveness (x2), confidence (x3), empathy (x4) and realization (x5) with the dependent variable of customer loyalty obtained a correlation coefficient of 85.4%. Then based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it is explained that there is a strong influence between the reliability variable (x1), responsiveness (x2), confidence (x3), empathy (x4) and manifestation (x5) to increase customer loyalty of PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City, with a determination coefficient value of 73.0%. While partially the variables that have a dominant influence are the responsiveness variables and the manifestation variables given by the PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City, because the regression coefficient value is greater than the other variable regression coefficient values. Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi dan pengetahuan karyawan terhadap sistem informasi akuntansi PT. Tuah Sejati, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 32 responden pada karyawan PT, Tuah Sejati. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan model persamaan regresi berganda program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial, teknologi informasi dan pengetahuan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sistem informasi akuntansi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengujian variabel teknologi informasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sistem informasi akuntansi, yaitu sebesar 0.001. hasil tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3.914 > 1.694). adapun variabel pengetahuan karyawan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sistem informasi akuntansi (Y), yaitu sebesar 0.006, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (1.919 > 1.694) dengan signifikan < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the number of tourists and the number of MSMEs on the income of the community around the Ulee Lheue beach tourist attraction and the Banda Aceh City Floating PLTD ship, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative approach and association research type. The population of all communities around the Ulee Lheue beach tourist attraction and the PLTD Kapal Apung ship and a sample of 30. Questionnaire data collection technique. Data analysis used SPSS Version 26. Based on the research results, it is known that the number of tourists influences the income of the people around the PLTD Floating Ship and Ulee Lheue Beach tourist attractions. The number of MSMEs influences the income of the people around the PLTD Apung Ship and Ulee Lheue Beach tourist attractions. The number of tourists and the number of MSMEs influence the income of the people around the PLTD Apung Ship and Ulee Lheue Beach tourist attractions. The R2 value in this study is 0.814, meaning that the independent variable influences the dependent variable 81.4%, while the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that were not examined in this study. Keywords: Tourists, MSMEs, Community Income. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah wisatawan dan jumlah UMKM terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata pantai Ulee Lheue dan kapal PLTD Apung Kota Banda Aceh, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiasi. Populasi seluruh masyarakat di sekitaran objek wisata pantai Ulee Lheue dan kapal PLTD Kapal Apung dan sampel 30. Teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa jumlah wisatawan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata Kapal PLTD Apung dan Pantai Ulee Lheue. Jumlah UMKM berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata Kapal PLTD Apung dan Pantai Ulee Lheue. Jumlah wisatawan dan jumlah UMKM berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata Kapal PLTD Apung dan Pantai Ulee Lheue. Nilai R2 dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,814 artinya variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen 81,4%, sedangkan sisanya 18,6% di pengaruhi variabel lain di luar persamaan regresi ini atau variabel yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci  : Wisatawan, UMKM, Pendapatan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Tourism is currently experiencing rapid development in various developing countries such as Indonesia. Tourism is one sector that has potential to support regional development. The aim of this research is to look at the conditions of tourism in Southwest Aceh. As well as tourist attractions that influence the relationship between tourism and community income. Writing uses descriptive and qualitative methods to analyze data. To create systematic, factual paintings of events occurring at the present time, using population and samples, as well as primary data and questionnaires. The results of the research are: first, F-count is greater than f-table, namely 289,804 > 2.569031 and the value The calculated significance is 0.000 < 0.08 so, simultaneously there is an influence between tourism development (X1) and tourist attractions (X2) on community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh. Second, the sig value is 0.000 < 0.08 and the t-value is 5.352 > 1.76279. shows a significant value, which means that there is an influence between tourism development (X1) on community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh. Third, the sig value of 0.000 < 0.08 and the t-calculated value of 9.548 > 1.76279 shows a significant value, which means that there is an influence between the tourist attraction variable (X2) on community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh. Fourth, the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 79.4%, the remaining 20.6% of community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh is influenced by other variables that have not been examined in this research.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) measures human development achievements based on a number of basic components of quality of life. This study aims to determine the unemployment rate and poverty rate affect the human development index in Aceh Province. The data technique uses panel data from districts/cities of Aceh Province from 2010-2021. Data analysis using the Fixed Effect Model panel data method. The results showed that the open unemployment rate and poverty rate had a negative and significant influence on the human development index in the districts / cities of Aceh Province 2010-2021. The R² value in the study valued at 0.8930 means that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 89.30%, the remaining 10.70% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
