Abstract

This study to assess community satisfaction with the public service hall in Pamekasan district as a breakthrough from the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Government.Retrieving data in this study by distributing questionnaires to the public using the Slovin Analysis formula used in this study, namely by using the public satisfaction index. The results of this study indicate that the Pamekasan Community Satisfaction Index towards Service Hall Public is 81,141 and based on the decision of the Minister of State Apparatus Number KEP / 25 / M.PAN / 2004 the value of the IKM is in the conversion interval value 62,51 - 81,25 with the predicate Good . The Public Service Hall in Pamekasan Regency was the first program in Madura and became the first breakthrough in Pamekasan Regency so that it received a certificate from the World-Indonesia Record Museum (MURI) category as the fastest district in establishing a Public Service Mall, this is nothing but the achievement of the District’s vision and mission Pamekasan headed to “Pamekasan Hebat“ which was Bhejjreh, Rajjheh and Parjhugeh.

Abstract

Low productivity in home industry which produces featured product in rural area in Pamekasan cannot cover entire market target nationally or internationally. Featured Product of Rural Area (PRUKADes) is the first program of 4 priority planned by Ministry of Village, Disadvantaged Regions and Trasmigration (Kemendes PDTT) aims to increase village competitiveness and company’s productivity in order the villagers gain higher income. Based on the statistic analytical test, a result is valid if r is bigger than r in table. In addition, data is considered reliable because the value of Cronbach's Alpha is 0,77 or more than  0,6. From double linear regression analysis, the value is 0,800. It shows that there is a strong relationship between home industry productivity (X) through X1 (workers quality), X2 (managing skill), and X3 (Input and Output process) and the increasing featured product of rural area in Pamekasan (Y). The value is 64,0%  and it is quite big. The rest is 36,0% and it is influenced by other factors that excluded from this research. Abstract

Suramadu Bridge which stretches and brings Madura and Surabaya together, has not yet been able to absorb unemployment in Madura. The proof, the number of unemployment found in four districts in Madura, is still very high. While on the other hand, Madura has quite a lot of creative economic potential. Both culinary, work and cultural arts that have the potential to be sold. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This method is used, to fully understand the problem of high unemployment and creative economic potential that can be developed to address the high unemployment solution in Madura. The data source is free directional interview. Which is reinforced by some existing literature.
