Abstract

This study to assess community satisfaction with the public service hall in Pamekasan district as a breakthrough from the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Government.Retrieving data in this study by distributing questionnaires to the public using the Slovin Analysis formula used in this study, namely by using the public satisfaction index. The results of this study indicate that the Pamekasan Community Satisfaction Index towards Service Hall Public is 81,141 and based on the decision of the Minister of State Apparatus Number KEP / 25 / M.PAN / 2004 the value of the IKM is in the conversion interval value 62,51 - 81,25 with the predicate Good . The Public Service Hall in Pamekasan Regency was the first program in Madura and became the first breakthrough in Pamekasan Regency so that it received a certificate from the World-Indonesia Record Museum (MURI) category as the fastest district in establishing a Public Service Mall, this is nothing but the achievement of the District’s vision and mission Pamekasan headed to “Pamekasan Hebat“ which was Bhejjreh, Rajjheh and Parjhugeh.

Abstract

Many salt farmers who are not eager to produce salt even many farmers are switching professions. This is due to the low price of local salt and the quality is even lower the quality of imported salt is even better so that it can reduce the bargaining power of local salt and consequently the salt farmers lose. This study aims to analyze the economic activities of salt farmers in Pamekasan Regency in order to evaluate the optimization of salt farmers' activities through internal and external factors, so that a development strategy can be designed to optimize the activity of salt farmers in order to support the welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, IFE and EFE matrix analysis and qualitative SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the level of optimization of the internal and external environmental analysis of economic activity and welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan district is in quadrant I, which is aggressive, of course, all forms of activities will be optimal and welfare is achieved. The strategies that can be used as policies to increase the optimization of salt farmer activities in Pamekasan Regency are as follows 1) Expanding Salt market share, 2) Increasing productivity, the amount of quality salt production and the interest of Salt Farmers 3) Creating farmer groups 4). Increasing Competitiveness Potential 5). Cooperation with all parties.

Abstract

Prukades (Produk Unggulan Desa) merupakan kemampuan suatu desa untuk menciptakan suatu produk yang bernilai, guna memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di desa, sehingga mendatangkan pendapatan bagi masyarakat maupun pemerintah desa.Setiap desa memiliki potensi-potensi yang dapat dikembangan secara nyata, namun tak semua desa mampu menciptakan produk unggulan yang ada di desanya. Desa madulang merupakan desa yang memiliki produk unggulan “Kripik Tette”.Kripik ini berjenis kripik singkong yang diolah secara tradisional dengan memadukan kearifan setempat (local wisdom).Dalam perkembangannya banyak tantangan-tantangan yang harus dilalui oleh desa agar produk yang dihasilkannya mampu menembus pasaran dengan baik, sehingga berbagi upaya harus dilakukan.Permasalahan yang kerap kali ditemui dalam pengembangan produk unggulan desa tersebut adalah pengembangan pemasaran usaha.Sehingga penelitian ini sangat di harapakan agar pengembangan usaha produk unggulan desa yang berbasis local wisdom ini tetap berkembang dan harapannya mampu menembus pasar komoditi internasional.

Abstract

Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Branta sama dengan pasar tradisional yaitu sebagai tempat yang kumuh, kotor dan bau. Padahal kegiatan membeli ikan segar merupakan kegiatan menarik yang bisa dijadikan sebagai wisata untuk melihat beberapa jenis ikan. Oleh karena itu, dengan pengembangan konsep yang lebih menarik menjadikan TPI Branta Pesisir sebagai wisata bahari ikan segar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan TPI Branta sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari di Pamekasan dan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan tempat pelelangan ikan dari hasil uji kelayakan. Deskriptif dan SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner kepada 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis objek potensial sesuai dengan Pedoman Objek Operasional Daerah dan Analisis Objek Wisata Alam Direktur Jenderal PHKA tahun 2003 dengan kriteria Daya Tarik, Aksesibilitas, Akomodasi, dan Fasilitas. Sebagai alat untuk merancang strategi pengembangan TPI Branta menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis bahwa TPI Branta layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari dengan tingkat kelayakan 70,7%. Strategi pengembangannya yaitu: (1) menambah wahana permainan keluarga, taman bunga, fotospot, fasilitas umum dilengkapi tempat tunggu yang free wifi; (2) membentuk POKDARWIS (kelompok Sadar wisata) dengan dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat; (3) meningkatkan produk ekonomi kreatif dan memperbaiki manajemen TPI; (4) meningkatkan keamanan, keramahan, kebersihan, perbaikan jalan dan pelestarian lingkungan, dan; (5) meningkatkan promosi TPI sebagai wisata.Title: FeasibilityStudy and Development of Fish Auction Branta As A ‘Bahari’ Tourism Fish Market In PamekasanFish Auction Branta is the same as a traditional market, which is a dirty and smelly place. Though, fresh fish buying could be an interesting tour activity. Therefore, the more interesting concept of its development could promote Fish Auction Branta as a marine tourism for fresh fish. The aimed of this study was to determine the feasibility of the Branta Fish Auction Place as a marine tourism fish market in Pamekasan, and to analysed the development strategy for fish auction place based on the feasibility test. The research used descriptive and SWOT analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires towards 30 respondents with purposive sampling method and analysis of potential object in accordance with the Regional Operational Objectives Guidelines and Analysis of Nature Tourism Objects Director General of PHKA in 2003 with criteria of Attraction, Accessibility, Accommodation, and Facilities. The development strategies for developing Branta Fish Auction Place were designed based on SWOT analysis. The results showed that Branta Fish Auction Place is feasible to be developed as a marine tourism fish market with a feasibility rate of 70.7%. The development strategies are as follows: 1). Build family games, flower gardens, photospots, special public facilitiy, waiting rooms and free wifi, 2). Create tourism conscious group “POKDARWIS” to get support from the government and community, 3) Improve the economic creative products of local community and the management of Branta Fish Auction Place, 4). Improve safety, friendliness, cleanliness, road repair and environmental preservation, and 5). Improve promotion of Branta Fish Auction Place as tourism place.

Abstract

Jumiang tourist area is a one of the top tourist attraction in Pamekasan Regency, East Java. This area consists of beaches and hills that have a distinctive natural beauty. The research analyses the development strategy of of Jumiang tourist area as a nautical tourism in the future. The analysis is conducted with a qualitative method of analysis, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the development of the tourist area Jumiang can utilize various ways in accordance with the results of the SWOT analysis that has been described in this study. Hopefully, the results of this study and research can be the basis and consideration materials in the development of sustainable education tourism (sustainable edutourism) in Pamekasan District, so that the community can be more independent in economic life.

Abstract

Batik Tulis Pamekasan market share is getting wider to international levels resulting in intense competition between Batik Pamekasan Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) both in the local market and the national market so that a development strategy is needed to increase market competitiveness with the support of technology, information, organization and the ability of workers (human) the good one. Because the business performance of an organization, especially SMEs, is directly affected by technoware and humanware, while orgaware affects business performance indirectly through humanware. The purpose of this study is to measure the technological performance of the Batik Pamekasan SMEs technology using the technometric method to determine business competitiveness, while to provide suggestions or strategy proposals that can be done with a SWOT analysis. The results of the research of Batik Pamekasan SMEs have a TCC value at a sufficient level because 0.3 <TCC≤ 0.6 = sufficient, it means that Pamekasan batik UKM is at the semi-modern level, this is because the transformation process is carried out manually while the information is not all SMEs understand sophistication of technology perfectl

Abstract

Hasil tangkapan nelayan Desa Padelegen dijual dan diolah menjadi sebuah produk olahan ikan oleh istri nelayan sebagai pelaku usaha Produk Olahan Ikan Teri. Selama ini Pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha di Desa Padelegan sangat sederhana dan masih manual, dengan sistem door to door ke setiap toko, mouth to mout atau dengan media facebook dan Whatsapp namun hanya dilakukan oleh beberapa pelaku usaha. Selain itu juga bentuk produk yang kurang menarik kemasannya mengakibatkan citra produk yang kurang berkesan. Oleh karena itu dalam perbaikan pemasaran dan pemberdayaan melalui Improvement Marketing And Packaging Upaya Peningkatan Produktivitas Produksi Usaha Produk Olahan Ikan Teri di Desa Padelegan Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi, teknik pengupulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara menengai kegiatan bisnis, Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang dan Ancaman usaha produk olahan ikan teri. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : dilakukan Improvement Packaging untuk memperluas pangsa pasar hingga pasar modern atau bahkan pasar internasional. Selanjutnya dilaukan Improvement Marketing dengan analisis SWOT yaitu : a). Melakukan inovasi baru terhadap desain produk, jenis varian rasa dan kemasan, b). Memeprluas pangsa pasar, c). Melakukan inovasi baru melalui internet marketting dengan konsep technopreneur untuk, d). mengikuti Pelatihan Program WUB Pemerintah e). Menerapkan konsep green ekonomi untuk sustainabelitas Produksi dan melakukan Quality Control dalam proses produksi.

Abstract

Fish waste, which includes fish innards, fish heads and bones, as well as remaining fish washing water, if not managed properly, can cause environmental pollution. This waste is increasing day by day. This will have a deadly impact on biota invertebrates Which No with other shells, therefore it is necessary to process fish waste so that it can at least reduce environmental pollution. To control efforts , a service activity program is needed, namely socialization and training on the Implementation of the Blue Economy by Utilizing Fish Waste into Catfish and Petis Feed in Tlesah Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan . By holding this training, the community understands how to use fish waste into products that have economic value and understand the stages of making products starting from preparing tools and materials, the length of the production process until it becomes fish food and paste products. Partners' knowledge about the blue economy has increased after the presentation of the material by viewing response to material conclusions empowerment after a demonstration or practice of utilizing fish waste.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra (kelompok usaha aeng out) adalah omzet penjualan menurun, harga tidak stabil dan lingkungan tercemar akibat limbah olahan udang yang. Oleh karen itu tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan produktifitas wanita pensisir dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan melalui pelatihan pengolahan produk udang (diverivikasi produk) dan limbah udang dijadikan sebagai produk lokal sehingga proses produksinya ramah lingkungan (minimalisir limbah) dengan konsep blue economy. Metode kegiatan ini dengan cara sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi dengan cara pretest dan post test analisisnya dengan skala liket dan analisis statistik. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu 85% mitra mampu meningkatkan keterampilannya dalam manejemen dan proses produksi olahan udang dan limbah serta diverivikasi produk. Berdasarkan analisis paired two sample statistics diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (0,0001) yang menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan antara sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Selain itu juga sudah ada lima produk yang sudah bisa dijual oleh mitra sehingga ini menunjukkan produktivitas wanita pesisir meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to create a strategy to increase the productivity of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) through the “Sapu Tangan Biru” Program. This program has reduced unemployment, created entrepreneurial opportunities, and increased Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) even during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method combines qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed methods). Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations, and the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques both quantitatively and qualitatively. SWOT matrix analysis, both quantitatively and qualitatively, is used in determining its development strategy. The results of this study are several strategies that MSMEs can carry out in the “Sapu Tangan Biru” Program, namely applying the millennial talent up principle, utilizing the development of technological trends, financial management, product innovation, maintaining business legality, and consumer trust. This strategy is in collaboration with the Millennial Talent Up Collaboration. With this strategy, the productivity of MSMEs Sapu Tangan Biru in Pamekasan can increase significantly.
