Abstract

Sampah yang dihasilkan oleh aktifitas manusia baik yang berasal dari limbah industri maupun limbah rumah tangga dibuang dan terkumpul di satu wilayah tertentu yang biasa disebut tempat pembuangan sampah. Adanya sampah yang tertumpuk di Tempat Pembuangan sampah selama bertahun-tahun dengan volume yang cukup besar akan menghasilkan air rembesan sampah (leachate) yang mengandung unsur kimiawi serta bahan organik yang merupakan hasil dekomposisi sampah organik akan mempengaruhi kualitas tanah yang ada dibawahnya. Untuk meningkatkan stabilisasi tanah perlu dilakukan perbaikan dengan metode pencampuran bahan lain sebagai langkah perbaikan sifat-sifat fisik tanah. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbaikan tanah dengan menambahkanbahan kapur dengan variasi 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20%. Pada masing-masing variasi dilakukan pemeraman antara 0 hari, 7 hari, 10 hari dan 14 hari. Pengujian sifat fisik antar lain kadar air, batas cair (LL), batas plastis (PL), batas susut (SL), dan specific gravity, direct shear. Semakin tinggi kadar kapur akan menurunkan prosentase kadar air, nilai batas cair, nilai batas plastis, indek plastisitas namun akan menaikkan nilai spesific gravity. Dari pengujian direct shear nilai optimum didapatkan terjadi pada kadar kapur 15% yang terjadi pada semua kondisi pemeraman.

Abstract

Economic growth in DKI Jakarta has driven significant infrastructure development, from buildings to public transportation, which play a vital role in people's lives. Smooth development will have a big impact, while delays in construction projects can result in losses and conflicts due to deviations from the set schedule and quality. This forces construction companies to develop rapidly and demands effective strategies to overcome problems that cause delays. For example, the Ujung Menteng Flats project which started on December 4, 2019 and aims to target low-income people in Jakarta, experienced a deviation of -0.271% from the plan, which triggered research on the factors causing this delay. Research using the correlation test method shows several main factors causing delays in the Ujung Menteng Flats construction project, including Cost, Tools, Labor, Management, Weather, and Pandemic factors, with a significant correlation level. Cost is the most dominant factor. The study recommends improving financial planning and management to reduce delays and complete projects on budget, as well as improving project management and the availability of tools and labor.

Abstract

Based on SNI 1974: 2023, concrete is a composite material that hardens over time and has compressive strength at 28 days. Concrete is widely used because of its advantages, despite its disadvantages such as weight, cracking, and high formwork costs. This study reviews rubber sandal waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate at 15% and 30% to reduce the weaknesses of concrete. The background is the growth of industry, particularly the rubber sandal industry, which produces large amounts of waste. The test results show that concrete without waste (0%) achieved a compressive strength of 18.94 MPa (7 days) and 34.74 MPa (14 days), exceeding the SNI 1974: 2023 limit. With a rubber sandal waste composition of 15%, the compressive strength was 16.65 MPa (7 days) and 21.24 MPa (14 days), only meeting the 7-day requirement. The 30% composition showed similar results. This means that the use of rubber sandal waste up to 30% reduces compressive strength performance at 14 days.
