Abstract

Unemployment is a macroeconomic problem and an important contributor to hindering development and regional economies, both regencies and cities. Labor absorption that is not in accordance with the amount of available resources also causes the unemployment rate to be quite high. This study aims to identify the characteristics of female unemployment and the factors that cause unemployment in Subang Regency. The research method used is descriptive using secondary data from BPS Subang Regency in 2020. Female unemployment in Subang Regency is caused by the level of educational qualifications, skills, community culture and the capacity of the business world. The level of education and skills that are not evenly distributed, the inherent culture of the community that a woman becomes the foundation in managing the household. This dual function becomes less focus and access in market share and in the world of workforce.

Abstract

The study aims to explain the relationship between working hours and psychosocial work characteristics and review the health effects of working hours and related causes. It was identified that lack of sleep might affect work and working hours to illness. Provide an outline of the research method(s), data and materials used in this research. Explain how the method(s) is performed in order to obtain the results of discussions. It was identified that the most likely to improve recovery and health was through changes in working hours. Night work and shift work are associated with various health effects, the risk of morbidity being the most substantial evidence. Lack of sleep or insufficient sleep, associated with inadequate recovery, can cause long working hours, shift work, and work stress to illness. The best work-related mechanisms for reducing psychosocial workloads and the adverse health effects of working hours are regulating overtime and overworked hours, improving individual work-time control, improving recovery from sleep pattern recognition and promoting these principles into shift rotation.

Abstract

Abstrak PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang memiliki misi menjadi perusahaan pembiayaan sepeda motor resmi yang mampu memberikan kualitas dan pelayanan terbaik, dengan mempunyai sertifikat ISO, dan type sepeda motor yang dijual oleh PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis data penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan . Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, observasi lapangan, studi pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Upah Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koefisien antara upah terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang sebesar 078,1% artinya bahwa Kinerja pegawai di PT Adira Finance dipengaruhi oleh Upah pegawai (X) 78,1% dan sisanya sebesar 22,9% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Upah, Kinerja, Karyawan Abstract PT Adira Finance Subang Branch has a mission to become an official motorcycle financing company that is able to provide the best quality and service, by having an ISO certificate, and the type of motorcycle sold by PT Adira Finance Subang Branch. This research was conducted at PT Adira Finance Subang Branch. This type of research is a type of quantitative research data using descriptive and verification research methods. The population of this research is 100 employees. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, field observations, literature studies. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. This study aims to determine the effect of wages on employee performance at PT Adira Finance Subang Branch. The results show that the coefficient between wages and employee performance at PT Adira Finance Subang Branch is 078.1%, meaning that employee performance at PT Adira Finance is influenced by employee wages (X) 78.1% and the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other factors. other factors not examined in this study Keywords: Wages, Performance, Employee
