Abstract

Abstract:This thesis is entitled "Analysis of the Use of Teaching Variations in Integrated Social Sciences Subjects in MTS Al-Hikmah, Tayan Hilirk District, Sanggau Regency." A common problem in this thesis is "How to Use Teaching Variations in Integrated Social Sciences Subjects in MTS Al-Hikmah, Tayan Hilir District, Sanggau District". From the results of the study, it was planned that the learning of Integrated Social Sciences subject teachers in the Planning stage was quite good. 2. The activities of Integrated Social Sciences subject teachers in the teaching process stage are quite good. The activities of Integrated Social Sciences subject teachers in the teaching process stage are quite good, this can be seen from the teacher giving questions to students about the material that has been delivered. Then conclude the results of the discussion of the subject matter discussed. In terms of assignments and assessment of Integrated Social Sciences subject teachers see the available time, if time is not possible again the assignments given to students are done at home and their assessment is carried out at the next meeting, as well as informing the subject matter to be discussed. which are available. Keyword : Use of Teaching Variations.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was the teacher role in shaping the discipline of the eighth class F in the country’s first high school 18 pontianak. The sub problem in this research was how a teacher’s role in giving direction, guiding, leader, motivatoin, evaluator. The analisys in study was  with qualitative descriptive, role in directing are teacher always untructing students to come on time, teacher also play role in guiding students through the guindance programs the teacger has already done to provide guindance in all religious activities. Then the teacher has also been indtrumental in watching the students, with a notebook of abuses commited by student. The theacher role as a leader in wich teachers can be a good example for student and act according to the values that are applicable in school. The teachers role as motivation can be seen in the teachers presence give motivation and cousel to student who violate school rules of discipline. Then the teacher also had done his role as the evaluatorthat the teachers always assigned to each end of the learning and assessments are based on attitudes and result of the assigment given to students.Keyword: A character of student dicipline, a teachers role.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Anggota Terhadap Kinerja Pengurus Dalam Meningkatkan Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam. Metode yang digunakan ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survey. Teknik pengolahan data menggunkan rumus persentase, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) Persepsi anggota dilihat dari aspek kualitas baik dari ketelitian pengurus, tanggung jawab pengurus maupun katerampilan kerja pengurus sudah baik. (2) Persepsi anggota dilihat dari aspek kuantitas baik dari ketanggapan pengurus dan kemampuan kerja dari pengurus sudah baik. (3) Persepsi anggota dilihat dari aspek Ketepatan waktu memproses pinjaman, dan kemudahan pelayanan sudah baik. (4) Persepsi Anggota Terhadap kinerja pengurus dalam meningkatkan unit simpan pinjam dari faktor efektivitas sangatlah baik hal ini dikarena pengurus sudah dengan tepat guna dalam mengelola sumber modal koperasi. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Anggota, Kinerja Pengurus Koperasi Abstract: This study aims to determine the Member Perception on Performance Management to Improve Business Unit Savings and Loans. The method used is descriptive method with survey forms. Data processing techniques using the formula percentages, while the technique of data analysis with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study are (1) Perception of members from the aspect of good quality of the accuracy of management, the board and the responsibility of administrators already working katerampilan well. (2) The perception of members from the aspects of a good quantity of responsiveness board and workability of the board is good. (3) The perception of members from the aspect of loan processing timeliness, and ease of service has been good. (4) Member Perceptions Toward performance management in increasing savings and loans unit of effectiveness factor is good it dikarena board already with appropriate ways of managing cooperative capital. Abstract

Abstract : This paper aims to describe the influence of pedagogical competence of teachers to student learning outcomes on economic subjects XC class SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya district . Form used is a form of quantitative research . With a sample of the total population and 30 students using purposive sampling technique is the determination of the sample with certain considerations. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, communication techniques directly, indirect communication techniques and engineering documentation with data collection tools such as observation , questionnaires , interviews and document guidelines . Analysis of the data using a simple regression analysis consisting of one independent variable and one dependent variable . Based on the analysis of the data there are significant pedagogical competence of teachers to influence learning outcomes , the magnitude of the effect of 43.3 % . Keywords : Pedagogic Competence , Learning Outcomes Abstrak : Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XC SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah bentuk penelitian kuantitatif . Dengan jumlah populasi dan sampelsebanyak 30 orang siswadengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penetapan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung, teknik komunikasi tidak langsung danteknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi, angket, pedoman wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana yang terdiri dari satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat pengaruh pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar, besarnya pengaruh tersebut sebesar 43,3 %. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik, Hasil Belajar
