Abstract

The purpose of this study as follows: 1) To identify and explain the legal protection of land rights holders as a result of the loss of data in the land office Kendari. 2) To identify and explain the impact of the destruction of land records of the rights on public land in Kendari. 3) To identify and explain the legal aspects of the legal protection of land rights data recovery results.The method used by researchers is normative juridical law approach and specification in this study were included descriptive analysis. The source and type of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies with interview BPN in Kendari.Secondary data were obtained from literature studies. Based on the results of research that legal protection to the right holder on the ground due to the loss of data in the land office are: 1) BPN only provide legal protection to the certificate of land rights have been restored archives; 2) The purpose of data recovery is providing legal protection for the land rights archives destroyed. BPN perform data recovery and ratify certificates and land books and letters Perkaban the measure under Article 18, Act No. 6 of 2010. The destruction of land records can weaken the strength of the evidence as a certificate as evidence of land rights. The impact of the destruction of land records of the rights on public land in Kendari are: 1) the destruction of land records can weaken the strength of the evidence as a certificate as evidence of land rights; 2) the impact of the destruction of land records lead to certificates of land rights before the restored data can not be used as evidence to take legal actions; 3) loss or destruction of land records will not necessarily be able to eliminate / abolish the rights to the land concerned. Legal aspects of the legal protection of land rights data recovery results are 1) a substantial aspect, 2) structural aspects, 3) cultural aspects.Keywords : Legal Protection; Rights to Land; Land.

Abstract

Group 43 Student Work Lectures (KKM) at Bina Bangsa University (Uniba) participated in the government's efforts to promote the prevention and reduction of stunting rates in Cilegon City. This socialization and counseling activity was carried out at the Sakinah Residence Posyandu with Midwife Lia Chaerunisah and the Head of Kalitimbang Subdistrict, M Uffan. Field Assistant Lecturer, Tiara Nofiana, emphasized that this activity really helps the community in determining the right steps for the golden growth period and cognitive development of children. The main focus of socialization is empowering stunting prevention through education regarding the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, providing appropriate MPASI, and providing nutritious food for babies and toddlers. Apart from that, the Uniba 43 KKM Group is also active in posyandu activities such as weighing babies and providing education about healthy living and the importance of nutritious food. This program received a positive response from the community and the posyandu, indicating the success of collaboration in efforts to prevent stunting in the area.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has driven a paradigm shift from the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to the development of Adaptive Learning Systems (ALS) based on artificial intelligence (AI). This article aims to examine the evolution of this learning system through a literature study approach to 16 national and international scientific articles in the 2015–2025 period. The results of the study indicate that the integration of AI in the learning system strengthens personalization, student engagement, and the effectiveness of learning achievement. LMS has now evolved from a managerial and content distribution platform into an ALS that is adaptive and responsive to the characteristics of individual learners. However, this transition process is not without challenges, including the need for representative data training, the readiness of technological infrastructure, and issues of data ethics and privacy. This study recommends an integrative and inclusive strategy in the implementation of AI-based ALS to realize a dynamic, personal, and sustainable digital learning ecosystem.

Abstract

The transformation of education towards digitalization demands new strategies that are both adaptive and efficient. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of micro learning-based instruction integrated within a Learning Management System (LMS). Micro learning was selected due to its ability to deliver concise and specific content, thereby facilitating learners' gradual understanding of the material. This research is presented as a systematic review following the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA). Literature was sourced from the electronic database Google Scholar. The findings regarding the effectiveness of micro learning and the contribution of LMS to its implementation indicate that micro learning significantly enhances learning outcomes and provides a more flexible and structured learning experience. Learners also reported high levels of satisfaction with this instructional model. This study provides evidence that micro learning within an LMS can serve as an effective alternative for distance learning and self-directed learning contexts.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur mengenai efektivitas media animasi dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Media animasi dipilih karena karakteristik visual dan auditifnya yang mampu menarik perhatian anak-anak serta menyederhanakan konsep abstrak menjadi lebih konkret. Pembelajaran kosakata merupakan fondasi utama dalam penguasaan bahasa asing, dan pendekatan yang menarik secara visual dapat meningkatkan motivasi serta daya ingat siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah tinjauan pustaka sistematis dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan, baik nasional maupun internasional, pada rentang tahun 2016–2024. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa media animasi memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, serta terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya dalam aspek kosa kata. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pendidik dan pengembang media dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik sekolah dasar

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi desain pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kajian teori (literature review) dengan menganalisis berbagai teori dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai gamifikasi pendidikan dan motivasi belajar. Data sekunder yang digunakan berupa artikel jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan, yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen penting dalam gamifikasi, seperti mekanika permainan, dinamika permainan, dan estetika permainan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dengan cara menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Elemen-elemen seperti poin, level, tantangan, penghargaan, dan umpan balik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Model yang dihasilkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan memotivasi siswa. Pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi tidak hanya membuat siswa belajar dengan cara yang menyenangkan tetapi juga memungkinkan mereka untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga mengenai penerapan gamifikasi dalam pendidikan, yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, penerapan gamifikasi dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan berdampak pada motivasi siswa.
