Abstract

Dalam ketenagakerjaan Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan bagian yang sangat penting.Wiraniaga merupakan SDM yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif.Wiraniaga harus bekerja secara efektif agar bisa mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan.Namun ketika bekerja kerap kali wiraniaga mengalami stres.Salah satu penyebab stres dalam lingkungan kerja yaitu beban kerja yang berlebihan.Untuk mengurangi stres kerja yang dialami oleh wiraniaga dibutuhkan dukungan sosial dari lingkungan kerja yang meliputi dukungan sosial dari atasan dan rekan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara beban kerja dan dukungan sosial dengan stres kerja pada wiraniaga. Subjek penelitian merupakan wiraniaga yang bekerja di dealer resmi daerah Surabaya (N=23). Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu total population.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaituKendals’ Tau. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan beberapa temuan, yangpertama menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja dengan nilai r=0,343; p=0,042. Temuan kedua menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial atasan dengan stres kerja dengan nilai r=-0,251; p=0,105. Temuan ketiga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan stres kerja dengan nilai r=-0,049; p=0,750. Subjek penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja dan dukungan sosial atasan serta dukungan sosial rekan kerja yang tergolong tinggi, namun stres kerja tergolong rendah.

Abstract

ATC is one of the professions that have pressure in the physical and psychological aspects where the profession is susceptible to be a one of the sources stress. Job stress with a mild or high level, depending on the factors that become a source of stress (stressor). Workshift is other things that can affect the level of work stress. The number of subjects in this study as many as 49 people ATC with a total population of 81 people. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress in terms of workshifts on ATC using quantitative research methods. The result of this research is to receive H0 meaning that there is no relation between work load with work stress either on morning shift (r = 0122), day shift (r = -0.097) and night shift (r = -0.180). There are other factors that can be a source of stress (stressor) in addition to the workload of social relationships, management style, organizational conditions, work family conflict, personality type and job experience.

Abstract

Affective commitment is a situation where a person feels comfortable and happy working in their organization, in addition they also feel themselves identified as a member or part of their company. In affective commitment, there are several factors that can influence the emergence of these commitments, such as job satisfaction (Mowday et al., 1982). Employees who receive satisfaction from their workplace, they will show a pleasant attitude towards the job and will eventually lead to a committed attitude to the organization where they work. This study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction with affective commitment owned by employees of PT. PJB Services. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey. Subjects in this study were 117 permanent employees at PT. PJB Services. The results of statistical tests with Pearson's Correlation technique showed a relationship between job satisfaction and affective commitment (r = 0.699; sig: 0.000).
