Abstract

The Objective of this study is to examine the effect of Store Environment, Shopping Enjoyment Tendency, and Impulse Buying Tendency on Impulse Buying through Positive Affect, Negative Affect, and Urge to Buy Impulsively. Object taken is Super Indo MERR in Surabaya.The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires. Total respondent are 260 person who have an experience shopping impulsively and minimum 3 times shopping per month. The samling technique of this study was non-probability sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach through statistical analysis, Test conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and with the hel of Partial Least Square (PLS) The result of this study show that Store environment have a positive relationship with positive affect and urge to buy impulsively, store environment have a negative relationship with negative affect. Shopping enjoyment tendency have a positive relationship with positive affect, Impulse buying tendency have a positive relationship with urge to buy impulsively. Positive affect have a positive relation with urge to buy impulsively, and urge to buy impulsively have a positive relationship with impulse buying. The relationship between negative affect and urge to buy impulsively proved not to be significant.

Abstract

s study aims to prove the effect of employee satisfaction towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty intentions for family restaurants respondents’ in Surabaya.This type of research is causal research with quantitative approach. This study using purposive sampling approach, which is a sampling technique based on the consideration or personal judgment of researchers associated with the characteristics of the population according to the research sample. Respondents in this study amounted to 210 people. The analysis in this study using a model of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and processed using SPSS software version 18.0 for Windows and Amos version 22.0 for Windows for testing Measurement and Structural Model.The result of this study indicate that hypothesis 1 and 3 were supported and have positive significantly effect such as employee satisfaction has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. For hypothesis 2 were not supported and does not have positive significantly effect that is employee satisfaction has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze consumer response to email advertising from online agent Tour and Travel in Indonesia.This type of research is causal research with quantitative approach. This study using purposive sampling approach with an assessment of the researchers who can be made respondents in accordance with the characteristics of the population. Thecharacteristics of the population is consumer who buy and used online agent Tour and Travel 2 times in the last 1 year, live in Indonesia, minimum of level education is bachelor.Respondents in t his study amounted to 125 people. The analysis in this study using a model of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through SPSS software version 22.0 for Windows and AMOS version 21.0 for Windows for testing Measurement and Structural Model.The result of this study indicate that with the intention of consumers to buy, build relationship, and trust with good service then consumers will read, open, take advantage of email advertising from Tours and Travel in Indonesia and even consumers want to get email ads in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Usability, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service and Trust towards Loyalty of Mobile Banking user in Surabaya. The data that used in this researach are primary data that obtained from questionnaires. Respondent in this study are 200 respondents who live in Surabaya that are using mobile banking facility from BCA, BNI or Bank Mandiri for the past 6 months. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 18 for Windows and Amos Graphic 21 for Windows. The sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type.The result of this research shows that there is a positive effect between usability, customer satisfaction, customer service and trust towards loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract – Game is a rapidly developing industry in the worldwide, including Indonesia. But the high piracy rate in Indonesia itself is harming the profit of the domestic gaming companies, and to prevent further damages, game of limited- amount version is one of the solutions. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impact of perceived scarcity and perceived value toward buyers’ purchase intention of game of limited-amount version. The results of this study is to provide insights and recommendations for the decision making of gaming companies in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative approach and the data collection is done by surveying, where 200 questionnaire is distributed to respondents whose domiciled in Surabaya and bought game of limited-amount version at least once in the past 6 months. The findings in this study shows that perceived scarcity, in an indirect way, does affect perceived value. Then perceived value has a direct impact toward buyers’ purchase intention of game of limited-amount version in Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the influenceof service quality, satisfaction, stickiness toward usage intentionon the application of WhatsApp in Surabaya. Data processing was conducted using software SPSS AMOS 20. The sampling technique thatused is non-probability sampling. 150 respondents, who qualify the specified characteristics of the population were the total of sample used in this research whichdistributed by off line quetionaire. The result of this research that there was a positive influence betweenenvironment quality on satisfaction, a positive influence between outcome quality on satisfaction, a positive influence between satisfaction on usage intention, a positive influence between satisfaction on stickiness, a positive influence between stickiness on usage intention and mediating role of stickiness between satisfaction and usage intention is confirmed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Social Media Brand Communication on Consumer Based Brand Equity of Indomie in Surabaya. Data from 150 respondent in Surabaya were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) via Amos version 22. Respondent were randomly drawn from Surabaya society who joined the Fan Page of Indomie on Facebook. Result of this study showed that firm-created and user-generated social media brand communication positively influences Brand Awareness/Association, but has no influences on brand loyalty, and perceived quality only affected by user-generated social media brand communication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of background music on approach behavior, with the role of moderation co-creation and mediation perceived mood at consumers of Rumah Ice Cream Baratajaya Surabaya. Data processing is done by using SPSS 22 software. Data obtained from two different places, namely private universities in Surabaya and at Rumah Ice Cream Baratajaya Surabaya. The number of participants in this study were 160 respondents.The results of this study indicate that perceived mood proved to positively mediate the relationship between congruence of background music and approach behavior on consumers of Rumah Ice Cream Baratajaya Surabaya, co-creation proved to moderate the negative effect of congruence of background music on perceived mood at consumers of Rumah Ice Cream Baratajaya Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of Mobile App users to thecharacteristics of Mobile App (Mobile App Features) at Surabaya and its impact to Mobile AppUsefulness, Playful Engangement, Mobile App Stickiness, and Mobile App Word of Mouth. This studyanalyzed using Structural Equation Model via the Statistical Package for Social Science computerprogram version 18 and Lisrel 8.70. 180 respondent were drawn from Mobile App users domiciled inSurabaya area. Result of this Study found Mobile App Usefulness have positive and significant impacton Mobile App Stickiness, and Mobile App Word of Mouth, while Playful Engangement only havepositive and significant impact on Mobile App Stickiness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of attitude toward the product placement on attitude toward the brand with several attitudinal constructs (attitude toward the actor, character, movie) that influence attitude toward the product placement in Korean drama ‘Goblin’. Method analysis that use in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM). The object of this study is Indonesian viewer who use an internet forum for Korean drama fans, who also watch Korean drama ‘Goblin’ and could recall at least one product placement in the drama. There are 200 respondents that participate in the study. Data processing using SPSS 22 software for Mac OS and Lisrel 32 for Windows OS. The result of this study indicated that attitude toward product placement has significant positive effect on attitude toward the brand, but the attitudinal constructs like actor, movie and character did not have any effect on product placement. The fit between actor and brand have a significant effect on product placement.
