Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality through dimensions tangible features, flight schedules, service provided by ground staff, service provided by flight attendant, and online services to low cost carriers’ (LCC) customer satisfaction. It was found that flight schedules and online services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While tangible features, the services provided by ground staff and flight attendants do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study was a replica of study by Eng et al. (2012). The results of this study showed two out f five hypotheses wereconcistent with study by Eng et al. (2012).

Abstract

This research aims to know how to implement seven tools and FMEA method in CV. Babypro. Conducted observations inform that there are defects situated in the production cycle, that is the amount of defects resulted which are over the limit set by the firm, 3%. The result shows that the production cycle is still out of control and the highest defects generated by machine hemming. The corrective actions suggested to the firm are making the SOP that will discipline the workers, keeping the machine maintenanced periodically, revising the partnership contract with the supplier and the outsourcing firm, and developing clean habit to the workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived risk, Per Waitning Time, Perceived Inconvenience Transaction to Abandon Shopping Cart. The object used is Tokopedia, as it is the largest original Indonesian online store. The results of this study show that Perceived risk has no positive effect on Abandon shoping cart, Positive Time Waiting Feelings of Abandon shoping cart, Perceived Inconvenience Transaction Positive to Abandon shoping cart.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence between self efficacy and trust in technology on the intention to use internet banking. The result of this study accepted all hypothesis and consistent with Mardiyanti (2014) research and another researchs that analyzed the same thing. This proves that there is influence between trust and efficacy on technology and the intention on using internet banking. This research also can be use for banking as considerations to choose the SST alternative that will be provided for customer and drive customer to use SST especially for internet banking based on the result of this study.

Abstract

Flexibility is an ability to change or act toward uncertain environment that affects to time, power, cost or performance. As one of dimension of supply chain flexibility, distribution flexibility is the ability to supply distribution in wide or intensive range. Distribution flexibility is involve physical distribution flexibility, management of demand flexibility and coordination flexibility. This research was conducted at UD Fadjar Stationary, Surabaya. UD Fadjar Stationary is retail and distributor that sells stationary and gift products.The objectives of this research are to investigate the process of gaining in deep knowledge about distribution flexibility and seeking of how UD Fadjar Stationary create and apply the strategy of distribution flexibility. This researchused explorative method by conducting an interview with the owner of UD Fadjar Stationary. From the result of this research is shown that the distribution flexibility at UD Fadjar Stationary was good enough. Even though, physical distribution flexibility and coordination flexibility were superior rather than management of demand flexibility.
