Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia had caused big destruction for existence of a state. Not only cause state finance detriment but also corruption has taken social and economical right of people in common. This kind of crime is very difficult to be eradicated because sometimes it is done systematically and involve authorized people. We can feel how big and extraordinary of corruption impact. It is worthy if corruption is categorized as extraordinary crime that must be eradicated extraordinarily in which one of those is by social working. Problem identification of this problem are 1) how is social working model for corruptor? and 2) how social work penalty as a way in eradicating corruption in Indonesia? Method of approach used in this research is juridical normative approach with secondary data as its source. Based on analysis, it can be concluded that it is necessary to implement heavy punishment for corruptor by social working because it can create a deterrence effect. Social working penalty also can be a solution is corruption eradication in Indonesia. Social working penalty is do a good deed to people and create social working. Abstract

New student admission is a strategic step for schools to ensure the quality of education and optimal resource management. This research aims to analyse new student candidate data at SMK Negeri 1 Teknologi dan Rekayasa Mimika using the K-Means clustering method. Student data is grouped into three clusters based on academic grades to detect prospective students who have the potential to enter superior classes. The analysis results show that cluster 3 has the highest average academic score, making it possible for students in cluster 3 to enter the general superior class. cluster 2 showed excellence in certain aspects, particularly E grades, making it suitable for specific programmes oriented towards talent development. Finally, cluster 1 has the lowest average score and requires further assistance to improve academic performance. Evaluating the cluster results using Silhouette Score, all three clusters are in the "Good" category (0.51-0.70), with the highest score in cluster 3 (0.594). The recommendation from this study is to prioritise students from Cluster 3 for general superior classes and some from cluster 2 for special superior programs, so as to support the vision of SMK Negeri 1 Technology and Engineering Mimika in improving the quality of data-based education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi penerapan Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dalam aktivitas pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik (Syam-Ok) di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Artikel ini membahas konsep Sistem Informasi Akademik, kepentingan penerapan model UTAUT, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan Syam-Ok oleh mahasiswa dan staf. Model UTAUT mengintegrasikan fitur-fitur utama dari delapan teori penerimaan teknologi, mencakup faktor-faktor seperti harapan kinerja, harapan upaya, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner elektronik yang diisi oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengolah data dan mengidentifikasi pola umum dari respons responden terhadap pertanyaan dalam kuesioner. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa aspek harapan kinerja, harapan upaya, dukungan sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, efikasi diri komputer, sikap terhadap teknologi, niat berperilaku, dan penggunaan sebenarnya memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan Syam-Ok. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi Universitas Negeri Makassar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akademik, serta rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi teknologi di lingkungan akademik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi.
