Abstract

PLTA Koto Panjang Reservoir is one of the reservoirs in Riau Province which has a primary function as a Hydropower source and also used for fisheries and tourism activities. Increased activity around the existing reservoir affecting water quality conditions that would interfere with function.This research was conducted in April-May 2015 with three observations on 5 stations with the aimed this research to analyzing, determining the status of water quality, and fertility status of waters in PLTA Koto Panjang Reservoir. Determination of reservoir water quality status based on parameters of physical, chemical, and biological methods STORET with water quality standard Class II and III for comparison. Fertility status was determined by Trophic Level Index (TLI) based on the brightness, chlorophyll-a, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus waters. The results showed that the status of Koto Panjang Reservoir water quality can be categorized as being contaminated with the quality standard Class III and heavily polluted the quality standard Class II. The parameters have exceeded the water quality standard Class II and III are ammonia, nitrite, and BOD5. The fertility status of the dam water is the eutrophic category with TLI values ranges from 4.6-5.2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tingkat partisipasi masyarakat Desa Pangkalan Jambi dan bagaimana bentuk–bentuk partisipasi masyarakat Desa Pangkalan Jambi dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat partisipasi dalam pengembangan ekowisata. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua pengelola Ekowisata Mangrove dan 100 orang masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu tingkat partisipasi masyarakat Desa Pangkalan Jambi dengan hasil cukup. Masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam bentuk pikiran, pikiran dan tenaga, dan keahlian. Namun partisipasi masyarakat dalam bentuk tenaga masih tergolong rendah. Karena belum semua masyarakat Desa Pangkalan Jambi yang berpartisipasi dalam bentuk tenaga melainkan hanya masyarakat yang ikut tergabung kedalam kelompok pengelola mangrove yaitu Koperasi Berkah Jaya bersama. faktor–faktor pendukung partisipasi masyarakat Desa Pangkalan Jambi adalah faktor kemauan, kemampuan, dan kesempatan sedangkan faktor penghambat partisipasi yaitu seperti pendidikan, usia yang tidak produktif lagi, ekonomi, dan sifat individu seperti apatis, tidak mau rugi waktu atau uang dan tidak peduli soal lingkungan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam strategi promosi pariwisata, terutama melalui pemanfaatan konten visual digital di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran konten visual digital dalam mempromosikan wisata alam Air Terjun Batu Dinding di Provinsi Riau sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata berbasis alam yang memiliki potensi besar namun belum dikenal secara luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa analisis konten visual pada media sosial, observasi digital terhadap interaksi pengguna, serta dokumentasi pada platform Instagram dan Facebook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan foto dan video dengan kualitas visual tinggi, komposisi estetis, serta pengemasan narasi yang singkat dan persuasif mampu meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi dan keterlibatan audiens. Selain itu, pemanfaatan fitur digital seperti tagar, geotag, dan konten interaktif turut memperluas jangkauan promosi serta membangun citra positif destinasi wisata. Konten visual digital tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media informasi, tetapi juga sebagai alat komunikasi strategis dalam membentuk persepsi dan minat berkunjung wisatawan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa optimalisasi konten visual digital menjadi strategi promosi yang efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan pariwisata alam daerah secara berkelanjutan di Provinsi Riau

Abstract

Service quality is a crucial factor in determining customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. This study aims to analyze the implementation of waiter/waitress SOPs, service quality, and guest satisfaction at Peterseli Kitchen Restaurant Pekanbaru. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Research respondents consisted of 99 restaurant guests, 10 waiters/waitresses, 1 head captain, and 1 manager. Service quality was measured using five SERVQUAL dimensions (Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance), while guest satisfaction was measured through three indicators (meet expectation, repurchase intention, and willing to recommendation) using a 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that the implementation of waiter/waitress SOPs has been carried out very well through 15 consistent operational procedure stages. Service quality obtained an average score of 4.9, which is categorized as very good, with all dimensions showing optimal performance. Guest satisfaction was also in the very satisfied category with an average score of 4.9, indicating that guests have a high interest in making repeat visits and recommending the restaurant to others. This study concludes that the implementation of structured SOPs and strict supervision have a positive effect on service quality and guest satisfaction. It is recommended that the restaurant continues to maintain existing service standards while developing product diversification strategies to expand market segments.

Abstract

Successful tourism development is a development that is carried out together, with the term "Building with the community" so that tourism development can provide benefits to the local community, and good management of tourist villages is one that involves community participation in it. This study aims to determine Community Participation in the Development of Hariarapohan Tourism Village, Hariarapohan District, Samosir Regency, North Sumatra. In this study using qualitative descriptive research methods of data collection through observation, distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation to obtain data related to the management of Tourism Villages, which are samples in the study, namely Village Officials and 100 community members. The problem in this study is the forms of community participation in Tourism Villages and the level of community participation in Tourism Villages, This study aims to analyze how the forms of community participation in Tourism Villages and how the level of community participation in Tourism Villages. The results of the study are community participation in the form of thoughts, energy, thoughts and energy, expertise, goods, money. And the results of the research show that the Hariarapohan Tourism Village community participated in the development of the Hariarapohan Tourism Village, and the level of community participation in the development of the Hariarapohan tourism village was high, so it can be concluded that the community participated in the development of the Hariarapohan Tourism Village, Hariarapohan District, Samosir Regency.
